Got sent a email saying I had a DELIVERY DUE but when i clicked on the link to see its where a bouts it stated that i had already received it and also said I myself had signed for it which I did not and I had not delivery yesterday.Simple request asked for by me is " please show me my signed details you think you got from me!" Not good service in my eyes.

Hello - we did receive our parcel yesterday - 6th July. Although, we were meant to receive the parcel on the 3rd July, this did not happen. We were told the driver had tried to deliver but could not find our office address and we received no phonecall from them informing us. Instead, they just drove away. The delivery of the package was time critical, we are a theatre company and the package was a piece of the set. Really disappointing.

Our parcel should have been delivered on Monday and waited in all day. Nothing. We then wait in Tuesday. I get an email and a text both confirming delivery between 17:01 and 18:01. At around 15:00 I realised I had a missed call, called back immediately and the driver said he'd just tried to deliver it but couldn't find us and so would try the next day! Er, no! It was not my fault that he turned up hours earlier than stated and it turned out he was only two streets away. Asked him to come back immediately as there'd be no one in the following day and if he couldn't find us today what made him think he'd find us the next day? He reluctantly agreed, my husband flagged him down as he was on his way out and the driver then promptly blocked the whole road rather than park up. He just dumped a huge box into my husbands arms without asking rather than do his job and deliver it to our flat. He then drove off and when I looked at the parcel it wasn't even ours!!!!!!! Called him back and exchanged it for ours. With no paperwork being signed it makes me wonder how many parcels get misdelivered?! The following day I was driving down the high street and a man just sauntered out in front of me, on the phone, with no intention of crossing quickly. I had to hoot him as it was dangerous and then realised it was the same delivery guy!! Not very professional at all and I would be reluctant to use this company if the other drivers are anything like this one.

I am very disappointed and upset as my figeruine is damaged. First time I have used the service and I will never use it again.

No parcel was not deliver to me yesterday so please check with your driver. I give a poor rating because of communication with you and your driver

we received the parcel yesterday it was split around the edges again and the drivers terminal was not working properly so we had to get in to the van to sign for it

Attempted delivery well before the timeslot provided; card left with useless reference number stating that it was delivered to neighbour; requested redelivery was not even attempted. Worst possible service you can have.

We were very disappointed that our parcel wasn't collected on three separate occasions despite reassurance that it would be collected. There was very poor customer service and absolutely no communication or understanding as to why the driver simply didn't turn up on three separate Occasions. I took three days off work to wait for the collection and this is not acceptable.

When I arrived home at 6pm the 2 parcels were on the front doorstep in full view of every passer by and according to a neighbour down the road they'd been there since lunch time at least. Thankfully they were still there! Not what I'd call a super service and not a service I'd use in future.

Terrible! Collected package 24 hours late (apparently my house closes!) caused me a fine for late return, charged me twice! All in all ipost parcels is pretty useless!

Up to your usual standard, which is not very good. Left a note on the Door asking for parcel to be left next door. The note was ignored and parcel was left in the garden.

My original delivery was scheduled for Friday, ok your vehicle broke down, I understand that happens. Your driver rang me Monday morning to get me to COLLECT the parcel from him.....excuse my ignorance but aren't you a delivery company?? He then couldn't find my address ((on a main road)) so I rang up to b told it hadn't been put on the van, now that I know to be a lie! It arrived yesterday and your driver parked ON MY LAWN front near side wheel on the grass blocking the footpath

The parcel was delivered safely. The delivery person did not wait for me to get to the front door, but left the parcel on the front door step in full view of the street. By the time I opened the door there was no one in sight, he/she had already gone. I don't know how he/she knew I was in as the blinds were all closed. The contents of the parcel were valuable and could have been lost. I have never had a parcel left like this before.

I organised a parcel to be picked up from an address and delivered to me. I paid the extra for an afternoon delivery, yet they picked it up in the morning which caused problems, and frantic messages. I was notified that the parcel would be delivered to me between certain times, yet there was a delay of several hours until it arrived. Also, I understand that your service is not for fragile items, but your delivery guys (who were nice and polite) seemed to generally handle all the parcels (when they were trying to find mine) is a rather careless and disrespectful way. Unfortunately, it did not inspire me to use your service.

This item was 48 hurs delivery, should be delivered on Friday i received 3 days later

Unfortunately I feel you have let yourself down, parcel was marked, (NEXT DAY) despite this It did not arrive , I telephoned an advisor the day it should have arrived and according to him, there was no status on this parcel at all , not even as being picked up the day before. So a parcel that should have been here on the Friday, did not arrive until the Monday due to the weekend, and now you would like my feedback. Spend more time concentrating on job in hand and worry less about reviews.
