I am a business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The parcel is a week late and nobody in the call centre can get answers from the depot. I cannot speak to a supervisor, manager or call the depot. The retailer also cannot do anything about it until ukmail admit it is lost..... so I paid for next-day delivery and dont have any idea when I will get it, and nobody is calling back or can give answers if I call them... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not all of the items were delivered and we are still waiting to find out what happened to the missing items. In addition the courier refused to help move the delivery into our office.

Upon receiving a text message advising me of when my delivery was due I went on to your website and arranged to have the parcel delivered the following day, when I would be available. Imagine how surprised I was when I got home to find that the courier had thrown my parcel over my garden fence and classed this as safely delivered. This meant that my parcel was left outside all day and was soggy and damp by the time I got home. Not only was my rearrangement ignored but my parcel was left in a very poor state. This is not the level of service that I expected to receive.

The item I ordered was smashed . The parcel had fragile stamped all over it !

Arranged collection for a parcel. Failed on 4 successive days to show up despite texts giving times ' your parcel will be collected'. Have emailed asking for refund. Ignored, and no way to speak to a person. Will be suing as they rely on the amounts being too small for that to be worth while.

Easy and cheap to arrange online. Collection was OK but delivery by next day never happened. Parcels took 6 days to arrive, no tracking information available and no reply to my emailed enquiries. I will not be using them again! Jake Backus

In the week before christmas and first week in January no pick up of parcels in the small, remote and hard to find city of LIVERPOOL??? False communication from ipostparcel giving you pick-up windows even though no drivers are covering the area, so we ended up staying in for 2 full days in the run-up to Christmas only to end up having to drive to depot ourselves. No reply to queries left on their 'contact us' service either. Finally one of the parcels arrived in bits. Won't be using them again. Cheap does not have to mean cr*p!

Two orders not picked up this week and had to go to the depot to drop off. Then delivered two days later than should of been. Can't contact anybody. Customer service diabolical. Delivery Service diabolical. All in all rubbish service.

Just left the parcel (which was only wrapped in a Argos bag) on the door step. Not in the cupboard by the front door, no note thought the door to say they had delivered it either

I had MAJOR problems with this company and found it impossible to contact anyone, eventually, I found them on Facebook, (good old facebook eh?) I sent them a private message and was immediately contacted, within a week I received a FULL refund in my bank account. So, any problems, find them on facebook folk. It worked for me.

The driver drove his van onto our front lawn and became stuck causing extensive damage, he finally contacted a local garage to help tow him from the lawn. There was no need to drive onto the lawn as there is ample turning space in front of and adjacent our house. If you send me an email address I can supply you with photos of the incident and damage. The driver who told us his name was Imran Patel( van registration number MW12 DYF) and worked for a company called "Speedmaster" did not even apologise or show any remorse for the damage and distress caused. 2 weeks late and no contact to explain why. The delivery miraculously appeared after I raised the issue and confirmed the address. The parcel had been mis-treated, damaged, protective packaging virtually destroyed and then it was poorly re-wrapped. There was water damage suggesting it had been badly stored whilst your firm left it lying round in a yard waiting for someone to claim it. Overall a useless, poor, disrespectful service that makes it's own existence pointless. The package I had delivered is now unusable and I'm sure it didn't start it's journey 14 days ago in that condition.

Requested txt notification when I would be next call did I get it no I didn't Asked driver about the txt he really didn't give a #### I just work for them mate was his response Customer service zero Delivery slot was 10.15 to 11.15 arrived 11.14 I actually think he was sitting up the street aways as he actually past my house on way up and then of course parked on wrong side of road facing oncoming traffic totally irresisponsible and an accident in the making Truly a professional outfit I think not This driver was a poor ambassador for your company

The parcel arrived on time but was just left outside the front door with no note put through the letter box - only good luck that nobody just walked off with it. I wouldn't even have known it had been delivered. Poor service.

The delivery driver knocked at the door but by the time I opened it he had left the parcel unattended and was heading back to his vehicle. If the house had been empty there was a possibility that the parcel could have been stolen. A considerate delivery firm would have waited for the door to be opened and handed it to the occupant. Or if no-one was in, left it with a neighbour.
