i cannot fault the regular delivery chap.always courteous and on schedule. it is a big plus to have the delivery text with the one hour window -no more waiting for parcels that do not arrive or wasting hours sitting at home when i could be doing something worthwhile.the only negative i have is when something goes wrong with a delivery then contacting ipostparcels is a most frustrating process.therefore i can only rate customer service contact as a distinct test of endurance.one gets the feeling that their attitude is"if we make any claim difficult to make then hopefully the customer will give up and go away!"the company needs to a good close look at this aspect of their business.

After failing to collect parcel yesterday morning (paid for morning) they have failed again yesterday afternoon, they have yet again failed to collect it by 1715 today - and the call centres are a shambles

As the email did not mention what was in the parcel you were delivering - or even what company was sending the parcel, I had no idea who you were, and as I was not expecting a parcel on that day and you asked for my phone number, I thought - especially when the item was not delivered until some hours after the stated time gap - I thought the email was a trojan or other virus delivering con, so I did not send my phone number. However the time between my order being taken and the actual delivery day was much faster than I expected, but I think that's down to the firm I ordered from being so quick to get it in the post. I had never heard of your postal company before, and your company name is totally different to your email address, so I suggest you find some way of reassuring customers that you are not a virus delivery system, intending to screw up their precious phones... just an idea. Awful service - Paid for 8-13 collection yesterday and got text saying coming at 1507 to 1607 - never came and after chasing today call centre saying anytime up to 1830. UK mails seems to try to avoid responsibility by blaming iPost (arn't they the same company??). Promase to call back but never do - and still have not collected parcel on second day.

I had to wait over a week for the parcel to be collected from the merchant (MTS) the merchant blamed the courier! When it was finally collected by ipost the service was very good delivered the next day in the allotted tine frame

It has on the packaging next day service and it was paid for as next day service but I did not recieve it until the following Monday not happy at all. Dont take money or offer a service if you cannot provide this service

No driver came to my house, CCTV confirms this. No delivery has been made. Still waiting for a reply to my Email regarding failed delivery. Driver wrote delivery signature name in print, on delivery paperwork. Disgusting service all round. Sender very upset as he has been told, driver is not available to answer questions.

The driver left the packet out on my home (in the street), anyone from the street could take the packet. I am really disappointed about it.

We received an e.mail stating that the parcel would be delivered betweet 17.11 and 18.11. We waited and waited until 18.30 before going home as we were very hungry. Having been at work since 8 am. The following day, The Centre Manager told us he had a parcel for us and that is was delivered to his office at approx 15.45. He took the parcel and then went off to a meeting and did not think to tell us the parcel was in his office. We sat in our office until 18.30 waiting for the parcel unaware that it was in the building. We were going by the information on the e.mail from you which said that the parcel would be delivered between 17.11 and 18.11. The status did not change to inform us that the parcel had in fact been delivered. This would have been very helpful.

The parcel was left on doorstep. Should have had a signature and could easily have been stolen. (£300 rug). Sadly, the wrong rug was dispatched. I have waited in on two separate Friday's for this to be collected for return, each confirmed, but failure to attend. Hate complaining, but your logistics are terrible.

For some reason UK Mail placed their own label on the parcel and missed out my home village of Adlestrop giving only the postal district of Moreton in Marsh. My address Post Office 6-7 MAIN STREET Adlestrop Moreton in Marsh Glos GL56 0YN They used Post Office HIGH STREET ........ Moreton in Marsh Glos GL56 0AH My address was perfect on the parcel senders label. Uk Mail found out where it was delivered and I had to do a 10 mile round journey to collect it. I have to tried to get an explanation from them but they give it a Case no of CC2A6D71 AND SAY CASE CLOSED. Awful company.

parcel was thrown into back garden over the fence!!! I`m really unhappy with that!!! I would never use this company for delivery!!! good luck with throwing customer` items over the fence (customer has paid for item and your service by the way)

My parcel was left at the wrong address under a car. When I called I received no apology only for the delivery driver to later call me back and shout at me for telling him that I don't have a black Ford (although my car is yellow and not a ford). The parcel eventually turned up, damaged; however this was the worst service I have ever received from any company!!

Appalling service! My parcel was reported delivered, but turns out more like dumped as no signature collecyed. It's 4 days later than reported, I've made two wasted journeys and wasted my time. Never exexpected this between a courier and argos. Both myself and the eBay seller have been inconvenienced! Needless to say I shall never use this service again.

My parcel went to the wrong address in a different street , it was only due to a neighbour who brought it round I received it, the drivers might need to learn how to read street signs to find the right house very bad service .

Despite careful packaging and VERY clear labelling that the package was fragile, some of my consignment was broken - I know that we send fragile items at our own risk, however the packaging was very very good and I think had just a little bit of care been taken by the staff handling then this breakage could have been avoided
