“the delivery driver who delivered my parcel was very rude and abusive very unprofessional lm a person who has a physical disability the courier delivery person could not deliver my parcel upstairs as he was very lazy and couldn't be bothered second floor apartment when i even told him I'm physically disabled he then starts swearing and being abusive and leaves my parcels in a public place and says pick it up your self im not coming up to deliver it i was shocked at the behavior i will avoid this company at all cost as the service is poor and very unprofessional”

“Your driver did NOT deliver my parcel to me. He put a card through the door of number 38 and delivered the parcel to number 42 Ardneil Road, Glasgow, G51 4UQ. Even although an alternative delivery was was NOT given. Plus; my mobile number was on the parcel, he could have called me. Plus; He did NOT check with the address he did leave it at if there was a person of my name Archie Lovatt at that address. He was suposed to return the parcel to the depot and your company should await my call re; a re-delivery. Is that not correct and on your card? Soryy but you get the thumbs down from me and in the roman arena that puts you to death. Archie Lovatt 07712864889 PS and; I have NOT had a reply yet to my complaint.”

“Although the parcel was delivered promptly, it was delivered to the wrong address and left on their doorstep. The house number had been mistyped on your label (it was correct on the other label). Anyway, the guy who received it brought it round to me, so all was well in the end.”

“Paid for a Friday delivery because I was off work that day, parcel never arrived. It was delivered instead on the Monday and left on the drive and no signature was obtained. Someone could have easily taken it or i could have been damaged due to the weather. Sorry but will not be recommending you anytime soon.”

“Would like to know who decides what parcel is delivered on the requested day or two days later !! , Parcel was booked on 17th April for a overnight delivery on the 18th , according to the tracking info it arrived at delivery location at 03:05, this was actually the depot arrival time , at which time this Urgent parcel was rescheduled for a Monday delivery , despite my attempts of offers to collect the parcel or get it delivered by taxi at my expense, no efforts were made on your part to accommodate this or fulfil you obligation of delivering when required , I have a very disgruntled customer who did not have a completed system for use on Monday morning you have a very disgruntled customer that will no longer be using your services”

“My parcel was collected from the merchant late on Friday. I received an e-mail after 8am on Saturday to say that it would be delivered between 10 and 11am. At 11am I received another e-mail to say that the driver was experiencing a delay. Not a peep from them until I phoned customer services on Monday. When I explained that no card was left and that someone had been in the whole day to receive the parcel they said the driver had run out of cards. I had the delivery rearranged for the Wednesday before 12 and after trying every buzzer in the building except the one on the parcel the driver finally managed to make it to the right door and hand over the parcel. This delivery cost me more than £6 as well. A delivery from another company from much further outside London was free and very efficient.”

“I was told by Ebay I would receive a delivery on one of two consecutive days by your company - I waited in both days. No delivery. I phoned and you blamed the vendor. So I arranged a day for me to travel to your depot and we duly attended in the afternoon only to be told that the parcel was on a lorry. Eventually it was delivered. Two days and one wasted trip. How bad can it get?”

“I received an email as my parcel will arrive 17th of April. After day 15th of April in the morning when I already was in my workplace I received a text to my mobile as my parcel will arrive that day between 10:57-11:57. Therefore I was not home when the parce arrived, it was not enough time to arrange be home. I don/t know what time arrived, but the parcel was left in the groundfloor in the hallway, I am leaving 4th level, so I had to carry up the my door. I was not really happy about it. But never mind, the parcel was untouched, this is important. Kind regards Andrea”

“I had left 'special instructions' to put parcel in my green house (side of house) if I wasn't in. But it was left behind the gate and because it was raining hard the bottom of the cardboard box had almost broken. Good job it was plants and not electrical goods!”

“The parcel arrived over 2 weeks late on the 14th April having been sent to Germany by mistake, the box had been repackaged but still looked as if it had been dragged through a hedge backwards (I took photo's to prove my claims before taping the box back together). I had contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement which I received after 2 days I am now left with a set of brake Discs I don't want and have the hassle of returning the original order which should have had delivered on the 27th of March.”

“I have used this company for a while and loads times your waiting for collection for 2 days and sometimes money comes out of bank twice No contact number for i post parcels Try to ring uk mail and they wont help you”

“This is the worst parcel delivery company I have experienced and I get at least 4 parcels per week. The driver drove past a 3feet by3 feet sign with my address and directions on it and left the parcel at Carrot cottage which had a sign outside obviously not Carrot moor farm.The people were in the house but he never knocked the door to ask but just left the pair of tyres at the door. I phoned after I saw on the internet that they had been delivered but was told to phone back in a couple of hours.This is poor customer service!!! I had to get in my car and drive 1.5 miles and go round six houses to eventually find my parcel. A very poor service and I will tell sales company to change their delivery company.”

“Inside was a tin (sealed) of pond paint, plastic protective cover, all taped down and lid clips! however your service was able to force the can open and most of the contents inside the very soden packaging, very bad 'service' will never use you.”

“Was told parcel would be there via text for a certain time, so I took the day off work, parcel did not arrive in time stated, I was then sent another text to say parcel was still on its way and would be with me that day, so I waited all day and no parcel arrived, I then received an email at 6:42pm to tell me that my parcel would not be delivered today, after I had waited all day as the texts I had received from you said that it was still on its way, very poor”
