Given a time window, it came and went. There were no further tracking updates after that, just an email pointing out the obvious. Afternoon wasted waiting in. Also requested a text message to notify me when I was the next drop, that never arrived either. Very poor service

No parcel and no "you were out" card was left. Furthermore, although I am expecting several parcels at the moment, because the email you sent me doesn't specify the originator of the parcel you claim to have delivered to me today, I am not even able to take it up with original sender. All I can do is wait to see which of my parcels hasn't arrived by the end of the week, and assume it was that one that went astray today. Not much help as I'm going away at the weekend, and all the good I ordered were required for the trip. Very poor service.

Yesterday I experienced the worse customer service of my entire life from ipostparcels. I spoke to three different advisors on the phone who each followed seemingly different procedures and the first one assured the problems were sorted and I would received delivery OK. I did not ever receive my delivery in fact due to one character being wrong in the postcode ipostparcels changed THE ENTIRE ADDRESS to a totally random address and would not let me speak to a Manager or escalate the query

I wasn't in, so a card was left with my package in the recycling bin next to the front door. Pretty standard really.

big notice on my front door asking for parcel to be delivered to neighbour ... but parcel still left on my doorstep ... very expensive motorcycle part ... very unimpressed ....

Your service was abysmal. The driver did not leave a card to say he had attempted a delivery. I checked on line to find out what had happened to the delivery and could see that it had been returned to your Swindon depot. My wife phoned and agreed that she would collect it from your Swindon depot on Monday 17 August. Having made the special journey, she was told that the driver had taken it to deliver at my home. She asked your employee to contact the driver to tell him that he must leave the package in the greenhouse and he said that he didn't know whether he could do that. He did in fact contact the driver, but he said that he couldn't commit to contacting her, if the driver took the delivery back to your depot, because he was "from the warehouse and might forget". The driver did leave the package at my home.

The delivery arrived 10/08/15 but was due on the 4th or 5th /08/15.don't know who was at fault either you or the seller. The delivery itself was placed in my wheelie bin and a card shoved through the letter box with good information as to where the parcel was,(no one home when the delivery arrived). The free draw on 1st June hope its 2016.

Two deliveries were booked but never turned up. I was told the driver could not find our house, though no other delivery companies have this problem. I phoned on a Monday and arranged to reschedule delivery the following Friday as I would be away. Nevertheless, a delivery was made on the Tuesday, and parcel left in our coal shed. I am not impressed with this level of service and lack of care in leaving the parcel in a shed while I was away and without my permission.,

Parcel sent 2 doors away from my property even though someone was in all day, and NO note put through door to say where it had been delivered !!!!!!!!! Its not rocket science is it.

This is the worst courier company I have had the misfortune to deal with. My parcel was not delivered for 4 consecutive days. It would show as en route on the tracking system until 1900 each night and then disappear with no explanation. The driver appears to have be unable to follow diversion signs due to Road works and despite me leaving a message with customer service about alternate routes. I made numerous calls to customer service who appeared unable to speak to the depot. Several operatives were rude and I was hung up on at least twice. In the end the parcel was delivered by a very helpful lady, who said she didn't work for the company but had been asked to deliver some difficult parcels. On asking how she had found us, "I followed the diversion signs". I will never use this company again.

Parcel was not delivered to me, I have not received notification of where it is, someone who I do not know has signed for it according to the online tracker, Still not received, still do not know where my parcel is....

Left online message on company website for parcel to be left with neighbour (choice either side) instead it was left partially exposed under the front doormat which could easily be seen from street due to the irregular shape formed by the parcel. Another alternative scenario, although not ideal would have been to leave the parcel between two wheelie bins which are positioned at side of my house. At least, the parcel would have been completely out of sight!

I requested delivery on Wednesday, when I would be home all day. The parcel was left in the porch on Tuesday. It's OK but, I am not entirely happy.
