“The booked (at extra cost) am collection failed resulting in the parcel taking 2 days longer to arrive. Hopefully this is a '1 off' incident”

“The Delivery driver collected the parcel from the wrong place. Instead of phoning me on the supplied mobile number (he was one door away), he left. Really hard then to make contact (as help only available by email) and the company refused to send the driver out again or accept the error. I ended up having to pay again. Totally unsatisfactory experience. Will never use this company again”

“Your delivery driver knocked on my door, but by the time I answered it (within 30 seconds) he/she was gone having left my parcel on the doorstep. When checking on your website later I saw that the delivery was described as having been left in a "secure location", which clearly it was not. Presumably the driver thought they could get away with not waiting as there was no signature required. I have had many parcels delivered by various companies over the years, and the usual procedure is: wait at least a minute for me to answer the door, and if I am not in then leave a card and either return the parcel to the depot for collection / leave it with a neighbour / leave it around the back of the house (which is easily accessible).”

“Avoid at all costs. They do not collect and when I contacted them they said the driver had attempted collection and left a card. Lies! Lies! Lies! It would be quicker to deliver parcel myself. You have been warned”

“Took out insurance but wouldn't pay out said it wasn't covered would only give me my money back they broke item even though it was well packed and labeled handle with care. Driver just threw it into back of van. Not happy.”

“I arranged to have 2 chairs collected and delivered, one has arrived completely broken beyond repair. I believe no care or respect has been given at all to the items they were delivering. This is currently being dealt with in the complaints department. I will not be using this delivery company in the future!”

“First time I have had a delivery with this company and was shocked to pick up a card on the mat that read "parcel in the Bin" when I checked yes the parcel was in my Wheelie Bin and it said a signature was required!!! Terrible Service...........”

“Your service is acceptable - but no more than that. for examples of really excellent service look at DPD who email a delivery time-slot of 1 hour. This is the way to do it!!”

“I was left the parcel around the back of my house. When I returned home I didn't need to open it to know the glass was broken as I could hear it was smashed to bits. Ref. 1525621”

“Parcel left under door mat. I wouldn't be concerned, but my front door is off a main walk path, so anyone could have get in a possession of the item without the notice. Ref delivery. I bought item on Sunday and it has been delivered on Tuesday morning, so delivery time excellent, therefore I didn't give an overall very poor score”

“Disgraceful...one item of small furniture arrived smashed up over a month ago ...made complaint ans requested compensation...never heard back from you.....and yesterday two small side tables arrived damaged..would not use you again unless you compensate and address issues properly”
