“Parcel left under rear of car, in the open. Fortunately I got home before it started raining. If I had been away for a few days, the package would have been ruined. I will avoid buying from any seller who says they use this service.”

“Do yourself. Favour and avoid like the plague, i paid £16 for a next day deliver parcel and surprise surprise it hasnt turned up! False advertising at its best!”

“Booked a parcel for collection on Thursday 13th November for collection next day and delivery on Monday. No one turned up to collect it on Friday. Over the weekend booked the second parcel for collection on Monday, the driver arrived on Monday afternoon to collect just one parcel which was booked over the weekend he had no instruction to collect the parcel booked on Thursday, nevertheless he collected it with the assurance that it would be delivered next day, its been several days since then this parcel has not been delivered so far, the worst of them all is their customer service, I sent several messages but they never never replied to any of my messages, call them and they never never pick up the phone you are always in a unending que. I would rather pay more money to anther company to deliver my parcel then to give it to them and this the second time it happened.”

“This item was ordered on 7th November, contacted seller who said you collected item for delivery on 10th November and it didn't arrive until 20th November!!!! Not very good service in my book”

“I am not impressed by the service I received. Unfortunately, I was not at home when my parcel was delivered. The driver left it on my doorstep, barely hidden by a small pot plant. I have plenty of neighbors that my parcel could have been left with. Or the parcel could have been placed behind, or in my bin and a card put through my door.”

“Don't bother paying for the express service. I did and asked for a 8am-1pm collection, it is now 5pm nobody has collected my oracle, I spent 30 minutes on the phone to them this afternoon too with no response!!!!! I would never use this company again!!!!”

“I saw the driver pull up through my window so was ready at the door, he handed me the parcel but didn't say hello or anything. He said "name" so I told him my surname (it was on the address of the parcel) and he handed me the signing machine. There was no "please sign here" or anything like that. He handed me a biro pen and then turned it round in my hand so it was non ink end round and gestured for me to sign. He then left. He wasn't exactly impolite, perhaps hisEnglish was poor, but he wasn't very jolly! Otherwise, it was securely delivered!”

“DO NOT USE This is going to be an honest review. They are cheap for a reason, they are useless. I arranged for a parcel to be collected. This bit went ok. The courier picked it up and put a label on it. This is what I paid them to do. All well so far. It went to their depot in cardiff, from hear it was meant to go to ABINGDON and then delivered somewhere between Cardiff and Abingdon the package disappeared. They have a record of it leaving their depot but not arriving. Have tried their call centre, eventually you get to speak to someone that cannot tell you anything. Ipost operate via the email and do not take calls. This is for a reason as they are useless. So far I have emailed them everyday for three weeks and nobody gets back to me with any useful information. They really are best avoided as they do not have any contact details and do not respond to their own complaints handling system. I would recommend you use other services. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“I had a parcel which i paid for next day delivery, yet it was picked up 3 days late. When i tried tracking it the online tracker did not work. Ebay needed to track the parcel too and that was impossible. Near to non existent customer support. If you are not going to have telephone support which should be a minimum, at least empty your email box so you can receive emails. In addition to the exceptionally poor customer support their web site was buggy. I would not use them again and have advised my associates to do likewise. They should be renamed CROSSYOURFINGERSDELIVERIES.com”

“Original parcel label did not have my full (work) address on. Nor my name. So delivery failed. I received no notification of this. I had to ask sender for tracking details. The UK Mail online tracking system was not clear - it stated parcel was at delivery location *and* that recipient had rearranged delivery, when neither was true. I called UK Mail (on hold for 15 minutes) and re-arranged delivery, and gave my full address. But following day they failed to deliver the parcel to me, and instead delivered to my work post room. Again, full address was absence - I think UK Mail's system cannot cope with non-standard addresses, so extra details are put on label as 'Special instructions' which delivery drivers then ignore / don't understand. My name was also absence from the redelivery (despite me confirming everything on the phone the day before). They had managed to put my phone number on though, which is how my work post room tracked me down.”

“I have received a couple of parcels from IPost, one of them had to be chased up and i received a next day delivery over a week late! The second one was broken and a replacement was sent, the deliver driver actually THREW a clearly marked FRAGILE parcel at me! I have tried to contact IPost to complain as of yet no luck!”

“Still waiting for my parcel to be picked up since last Friday !!! My Daughter paid for this out of her pocket money to send to her half Sister in Ireland ... Have had no contact from them at all despite sending several emails ... and the money was taken from my Daughter's account !!!! Not happy with this service at all !!!”

“I bought a xmas jumper for a friend and requested that it be posted to her as she lives in Scotland and I wasn't sure if I would make it up there before xmas. The jumper was posted to MY home address. What was the point.”

“Absolutely abysmal service. Don't collect parcels on specified date meaning the term 'Next Day Delivery' is a completely load of bollocks. Their 'customer service' (and I use that term in the loosest possible fashion) is really quite astoundingly bad. They don't even have a phone number for you to call them on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY.”

“Why was my parcel not collected, I am a new customer and i booked a collection and delivery service for 3 parcels to be collected yesterday on the 18-11-14, i waited in all day and no one turned up to collect the parcels i have emailed and phoned, after being on hold for 45 mins spoke to some one who said a collection attempt was made at 5 pm but no one was home, (I was in all day) so not only is the service poor your staff appear to be liars as well , very disappointed with this service. This is not a very good first impression to make on a new customer. I had to drop the parcels off my self this morning even though i had paid for a collection service, because i could not waist another day waiting in for a collection that may or may not happen. (what a rip off)”
