The delivery that I paid for was next day delivery.My order was placed on wednesday and was given to you on thursday,so I should have received it on friday of last week.When it did not arrive I stayed home all day on saturday thinking it would be delivered then,but again I was disappointed not to receive it.It was finally delivered on monday{9/3/15} when I was not home.I am not happy with how long it took you to deliver my parcel because it was food items that only stay fresh for a week.

Delivery failed on Thursday and Friday. Contact made to ebay to confirm address Thursday night. Yes I replied. Friday i spent ages on the phone waiting for an answer. I gave them a phone number to call for later that day. No delivery. No call. The seller asked if the delivery driver called the number. .don't know. Delivered Mon afternoon. Not bad for a next day delivery! !

Collection driver didn't collect parcel - despite stating when ordered 'behind gate'. Ended up driving to industrial estate 30 miles away to drop it off. Delivery was quick from there though.

Retailer sent my good on NEXT DAY delivery, the item was collected from them and sent to your warehouse, but NOT sent out for delivery at all the next day. Being self employed, I was not happy at waiting in for the entire day at my own expense, with you failing to deliver. I did telephone to enquire and had to wait over 40 minutes on hold, before I got to speak to somebody about it. Your agent's only suggestions were that, I could take another day off during the week at my own expense, as you "don't deliver on Saturdays" or collect the item myself, which was 1) impossible for several reasons and 2) the service for which you had been paid to undertake in the first place. He then made a rather insincere apology and ended the call. Having then taken the matter up with the retailer, he was able to get you to deliver it the following day, which was a Saturday - that you supposedly don't work on. This type of failure has proved to be a repeated occurrence with your company. Your opening hours, delivery times and hours of available contact are thoroughly useless to most working people and it seems your staff are entirely uninterested in resolving the problems you create through your own failures. These things consistently represent a piss-poor level of service and a "couldn't care less" attitude - so much so, that I now won't buy goods from retailers who insist on using you as their courier.

I paid for the package to be picked up the next day. I waited in all day. However, the courier didn't arrive. When I called to find out where they were I was told they had already tried to pick up, but nobody was in. I can guarantee I was in and looking out the window at the time they said the pick up was attempted. I don't want to call someone a liar, but... As a result I had to take another day off work and wait in for the courier again. This time he did arrive, but about 5 hours before the time I was told by text/email. Luckily I was in. I doubt I will ever use iPost Pacel again. I think Post Man Pat and his Black and White cat can do a better job.

Your tracking system inoperable. Your designation of numbers to use incomprehensible. Your phone number takes 15 minutes to answer.

Paid extra for delivery before 1 pm never happend sent 2 emails of complaint no one has come back to me service very very poor 1 hour of phone calls still nothing sad

I had a problem and left a message but no-one got back to to help. Good picking and dropping parcel, was given info on when parcel being picked up and delivered. Need to help customers if they need help.

I paid 8.99 for next day delivery package . their driver even didn't come to my street but they stated they couldn't find my address. I have been receiving parcels and letters for pas 10 years. it was 1st time that somebody said we cant find the address. it means that the driver even didn't come to my address at all but he lied he couldn't find it. after that I asked them I will pick it up from your depot. I attended their depot and I had been waiting for more than 2 hours to collect my parcel.the service was so bad.

My delivery was supposed to happen on a Wednesday. After being delayed for 3 days, it finally got delivered the following Monday. The help desk couldn't help me more than "well, hopefully they'll deliver it tomorrow." The online app was next to useless.

Ordered my parcel for next day delivery, it was picked up Friday last week, expected delivery on Saturday. nothing arrived. parcel didn't come until Monday. when I phoned customer services Saturday morning I was told it was "next working day" being Monday. even though the Saturday check box on the order page is free. upon ordering my product from you it did not say it was next working day delivery. the orders page is misleading and wont be using ipost/uk mail again as a courier. your customer services peoples attitude are disgusting when I spoke to them.

Did not follow delivery instruction. Customer service waste of time no phone number just email wrote to them 3 times got an automatic ref numbers but no reply to questions. Delivered when you wanted not when I requested. Will not use again waste of my time not to mention the flack I got from seller

In fact, it arrived on Friday, not yesterday. The time was not as notified. We were emailed to tell us our parcel would arrive between 14.10 and 15.10. In fact, it arrived around noon when we'd only JUST returned home. I guess had we not been at home, the driver would have returned when we expected him to.
