“This company is scamming people by insisting that they send a photo of the return receipt in order to receive a refund so in other words they are hedging their bets on people not bothering to keep receipts for weeks and then refusing to pay back customers money as well as having the stock returns to sell on to other people. “Ordered two outfits on 20th December 2021. 99p next day delivery was offered so I chose that option. Parcel arrived on 28th December wrapped in brown tape. It had been tampered with and an outfit stolen. I contacted ISAWITFIRST straight away explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I am still waiting for them to respond. AVOID ISAWITFIRST!
