“My best friend spent around £200 from them. He’s been paying back for the past few years and it kept going up. I ended up giving £750 to pay off the balance that it had built up to. This isn’t a real clothing business. It’s a payday loan style dodgy piece of dirt.”

“Wanted to buy from jamaco and realised when I get to the final part , they will want me to join a credit payment of sort which am not interested in. There’s no way to buy without not agreeing to their credit terms. Had to quit and when I checked other people’s views, am happy I didn’t purchase from this site . All thanks but no thanks to them ..”

Jacamo need to improve their quality control. I purchased three Polo shirts, two fitted perfectly, the other,though supposedly the same size 4X, is a half size too small. The two good shirts materials are made of a beautiful fine good soft material , where as, the third shirt is a course, ruffer material. I would have liked to buy more of shirts in different colours, but, I did not have a choice of colours. Also, due to the extreme variances in their sizes, I couldn't trust purchasing other Jacamo shirts as I was not certain of the fit. If all their fits in the same size & material quality could have been guaranteed, then I would've purchase more, but sadly this isn't the case.”

“Ordered on the sat before christmas. Next day delivery. On site offered standerd delevery free. But paid for next day. Arrived on the friday. Was then offered £1 refund as difference in price . They dont care less.”

“Can you please check your internal people as there are absolutely rottone staff you got. I have not create any account to your online shopw but I keep receiving items. I returned it already and have proof of returned. But there was the first delivery that was delivered in the morning and was pick up back in the afternoon. Of course I have to give it back as he introduced himself from hermes courier company (same company that deliver the item that morning). Now I am contacting you for so long waiting in your contact fone number 25minutes and no answer. Finally, when I spoke to one of your staff, they do not settle the case and have not deleted my account as I still received some item the other day... What a nightmare!!!! Please call me 07748928942”

“Ordered an Xbox one and paid online. Next day order had been cancelled and I was promised a refund in 5 working days. 5 working days later, no refund. I spoke to customer service who promised the refund again, in 5 working days. 5 working days later, guess what? No refund. I speak to another member of customer service who explain that the refund was not processed last time and they are very sorry, but they have processed it now and I will receive it in 5 working day’s. So, today is 5 working days later and??? No refund. So I spoke to customer services yet again who yet again promise my refund in 5 working days. I lodged a complaint of non receipt of goods with my bank last week, so if I do not receive the promised refund this time, my bank will refund it to me, thankfully. Absolute nightmare!”

“Recently Jacamo has fallen very short of what should be good customer service Despatch seems to be very slow of late. Orders can sometimes take 3 days to even leave the warehouse! On two recent occasions orders of jeans have been completely the wrong size, way too small even though the label was correct. When I returned them post & packing was not automatically refunded. I had to specifically ask for it as Jacamo had sent me the wrong sized item. Please Jacamo, sort your service out and return to the good old days when orders were dispatched within hours and the garments were always the size ordered Also Live Chat is so rarely available. What is the point of advertising it?”

“Iv been with jacamo for 7 years and always been happy even told people about them have spent £1000,s with them …..BUT now they have change over to w willaims omg what hell they putting me tho 1 I could not het onto site ,,,,,they sorted that 2 get on site now but have no balance and no where to make a payment 3 write in 3 times get promise it be sorted ,still waiting ?????? 4 get letters saying im a good customer and can you help lol what a joke 5 keep hitting me with late chargers when its your flute 6 NOW TO TOP IT ALL YOU HAVE NOW LET CREDIT PEOPLE NO IM LATE WITH PAYMENTS 7 im disabled have a problem getting out why I like you lot as could be done on line ,and if you wish me to pay in bank I need slips so everone just take care they love you when you spending but when they much up they make your life hell ,”

“I paid for next day delivery on Jacamo, I am going on holiday so there will be nobody at home to get the delivery, also i spent all my money with you guys for me and my sons holiday clothes, so now i will have to spend my holiday money on other clothes , this i cannot afford, i actually changed my order to items that were available next day delivery,I trusted your company to deliver what you said you would do and you didnt, i will make it a priority on social media to warn other families not to believe in what is advertised on your website. “Bought some jeans - OK..after 2 months ..the zip went..sent a pic..they said return the jeans ..did...then had 10 EMAILS TO AND FROW AS TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND PROBLEM THEN WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GET THE REFUND..THEN OF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT..CAN YOU PROVE YOU SENT IT !!!!!!!..YOU ARE KIDDING ME!!!!!!..THANK GOD ONLY £ 20 POUNDS ...!!!!! never use thIS SITE crooks!!!!!!”
