“I purchased dining chairs for the holidays. They arrived early and I was very excited. Until I attempted to screw the legs on. The first chair was great. The next 3 chairs screws stripped with each turn. Small shards of metal were almost invisible on my floor. This is a hazard especially for diabetics! I contacted Priscilla in JCP Whittier and was referred to another number. I called many times and was told something different each time. Finally I was told it was out of JCP's hands and that I had to wait until the company who picks up the chairs called me with no estimate of when that would occur.
