Would put no stars if I could Would put no stars if I could ! Christmas ruined for my kids! Ordered expensive trainers etc and no show! Even before the Christmas delivery cut off time. Waiting 5 weeks for my stuff (kids presents) to then receive an email today (Boxing Day) saying they have cancelled it all and will refund me in 3/5 days. Absolute shower of s**t!!! Never ever giving these people my money again they need to be fined from trading standards!!! also just to add one of the pairs of trainers they have emailed me (after me chasing them) saying they aren’t getting anymore back in stock until summer! Quick enough to take all my money though. SCAMMERS I’m appalled I think we all need to complain to someone high up they should be penalised for this shambles of a service and false promises they have led me on a wild goose chase !! I am a lot of money out of pocket and missing Christmas presents for my children. JD you should be utterly ashamed I am outraged

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. I paid $18 for USA express and 12 days later tracking shows my order hasn’t moved from the date I made it. Customer service is horrendous- they don’t respond to your specific question just sends a standard link that doesn’t help. I am beyond frustrated. If you are in the USA DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I will never buy from JD again. Ordered kids trainers paid for next day delivery. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Been to Trafford Centre JD sport because there is a huge lack of customer service on the phone in terms that they never answer. Manager couldn't do anything and said I had to contact the number that no one ever answers. Now I've just been told to get a refund I have to fill out a form which I don't have a printer so I can't. Spoke to a someone on the phone very rude, unhelpful, and cocky, told me I need a lesson on using my phone. Avoid disappointment and order elsewhere.

Ordered a month before Christmas never received order now being given a refund which will not clear until after Christmas. Never using them again. Strongly advise others to use another store. Pathetic customer service normally automated.

Bought items on the 6th December with the promise all items would be delivered in time for Xmas. Tried to chase up the order several times, only to receive an email this morning to tell me all the items have been cancelled due to lack of stock!! Surely you could have told me this in plenty of time so that I could have tried to source the presents from somewhere else. I will never again buy from you online or in your shops. You are a disgrace and I am appalled that you treat customers like this 😫 if you’re thinking of buying from JD Sports, please reconsider.

Ordered online, on 4th december, 2 kids tracksuits, 2 kids trainers and mens coats, Mens coat out of stock 5 days later but rest of the order arrived 5 days late, complained and manged to get £40 compensation via gift card. Happy I received my kids presents before xmas !!

Absolutely disgusting my daughter in law ordered a top for my son from me for Xmas nearly 2 weeks ago apparently its lost and nothing you can do customer service was no help at all

I wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Waiting for a Christmas present to arrive but it still states that it's still being processed, what!? Still after 3 weeks. Absolutely appaling.zero customer service. Never again will I order from these bunch of cowboys. I ordered Nike joggers, So I have ordered another item directly from Nike and it arrived in 2 days with Free Delivery!! Why can't JD do this? Because they don't have the items in stock and like to sit on customers money..fraudulent! I will raise it with Resolver!

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW BEFORE BUT FEEL COMPELLED TO DO SO OWING TO BAD EXPERIENCE I AM HAVE WITH MY JDX ACCOUNT. I placed my order through my JDX account (Xmas Gifts) which guarantees next day delivery, value £134 on the 5th of Dec and all items were in stock and money deducted from my account . This is now 19th of Dec and tracking on numerous occasions states my items have not yet been processed. I keep receiving texts "working to get your order to you, please be patient" no reasons as to problem. I have emailed customer services every other day but only get automated replies, that repeat the same thing. used online assistant Becky, exactly the same response. if you phone customer services, an automated service advises "if you've placed an order before 9th it will be delivered before xmas then once again you get online "AUTOMATED BECKY" who says she will put you through to an adviser asks for you post code then advises they can't speak to you. I have just checked site today and its displaying all my items in stock, yet on tracking system not even processed!!!. I received a message from Farham on 11th advising items were in stock and would be dispatched 28/48 hrs still 19th Dec NOTHING AND TRACKING STATES STILL PROCESSING. IN THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH THE PANDEMIC WHEN WE ARE ENCOURAGED TO SHOP ONLINE JD SHOULD HANG THEIR HEAD IN SHAME FOR TAKING LOYAL CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND THEIR MONEY AND NOT AS IT NOW APPEARS FULLFILLING THEM IN TIME FOR XMAS. OTHER COMPANIES ARE MANAGING TO!!!! I JUST HOPE READING THE REVIEWS PREVIOUS THAT JD ARE NOT GOING TO LEAVE PEOPLE WITHOUT XMAS GIFTS OR OUT OF POCKET FINANCIALLY AS NO DOUBT IT IS GOING TO BE THE SAME PROBLEM TRYING TO CANCEL OR RETURN ANY ITEMS AND GET REFUNDS AS IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM OR GET A REASONABLE EXPLANATION AND NOT THE USUAL AUTOMATED REPLIES. As I say I don't normally leaves reviews and appreciate the Covid situation this year is difficult on business but feel compelled to do so because of the unprofessionalism of JD at this time and the resultant stress they are placing on loyal customers. I will update this review if manage to get any satisfaction from JD or indeed my ORDER!!

Very poor service. Order placed and paid for on 2nd December. Still not received it. Can't get response from phone calls. E-mails from customer service repeatedly ask for the same information that I have forwarded to them umpteen times. I have never experienced such a poor response from a company in my life. I am still waiting for delivery. I would never order anything from this company again. I would rate service very poor.

Ordered a parcel nearly 3 weeks ago and was told it would be arriving by December 9th. Parcel still isn’t here! Customer service just repeat themselves in every email and don’t offer much help. They assured my parcel would arrive before Christmas but are now saying they can’t guarantee? Now been told my order hasn’t even been packed even though it was ordered nearly 3 weeks ago?!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of trainers only to receive 1 pair. Still waiting for the missing pair a month on. Emails same reply 'someone will be in touch within 48hrs and phone calls go to a robot then hang up.

I placed an order for 4 gift cards for some boys xmas present & was told I would receive BEFORE 10th Dec 2020 .. Then I started getting texts each day telling me my order had been delayed, no reason given ? went on to auto email & was constantly told to supply my details which I did, only for them to tell they `appreciate my patience & understanding` they default to that mantra the whole time, but nobody speaks to me at all. I have now sent 2 letters to the CEO in Bury explaining the situation, but again no response... I am now waiting for a full refund because the recipients have now gone home and left the country, so what does an 80 yr old granny need with 4 gift cards? I did think JD would have had drawers full of gift cards so why the delay,not like they`re out of stock..? I would most definitely never use this Company again & would advise other potential customers to be VERY AWARE of what an awful Company for lack of communication/contact they are, absolute rubbish....

The utmost worse service I've ever received, customer service (most of the staff have attitude and repeat what they are saying). I had bought an item online for a birthday gift and its been a month and still have not received my item. I have asked for a refund and they are not willing to give it to me. The customer service man Aidan and customer service girl Abbey has been the worst people I've ever dealt with, rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend this store ever again.

Wouldn't recommend, I placed an order by mistake, straight away I contacted JD to tell them I don't want the order, I tried calling, emailed, sent numerous emails but nothing they didn't respond, took about 10 to reply still no item no response to my emails, then responded saying they can't do anything even though item wasn't even sent out when they replied. Then they sent items got it after god knows how many days, the refund doesn't include the postage I paid for £4.00!!! I told them not to send it, they clearly didn't listen, then I had to go through hassle to send it back and pay for that, so I paid postage there and back when I asked them to not even send the item! Ridiculous behaviour wouldnt even recommend buying anything of JD again!!! Rather use the actual brands websites, you will get much better service. Still have not received my money back!!!!!!!!!!
