I wanted a pair of trainers and I also found a hoodie, joggers and a rope. I made the order on 8th of January and until 28th of January it Was not dispatched from the warehouse. In the email it was specified that the order is partially dispatched without asking. On 5th of January, after almost a month from the initial order, I got the package which cointained only the rope. So I paid 7 Pounds transport for a 6,99 rope and got not trainers. It happend to me another time after making the payment to get the money back after a while. Maybe my money is not good enough. Overall I am very disapointed by your services, including the mail support.

Horrible, horrible service!! Been waiting for an order to be delivered close to pne month now. I have never experienced this kind of thing not even in the so called third world countries!

Waited ages for order, after complaining wS told order had been lost, in same email was offered a duplicate replacement to which I agreed, only to receive another email telling they had none. Really disappointing customer service.

Fate is hard, after a long time of waiting, dozens of emails sent with no response, I had given up the idea of receiving my package. The thirtieth day after my order, I FINALLY receive my package. The joy was short-lived, JD sport was mistaken in the color of one of my two items (lmfao). The best is yet to come, the item with the color ordered is out of stock, JD sports has the nerve to ask me to return the unwanted item to trigger the refund. JD sports offers products with a very attractive streetwear style, unfortunately JD sports is not up to the task and proves an undeniable lack of professionalism. When you don't know how to manage an E-commerce, you don't do E-commerce business.

Just don't even deal with this company! I ordered an ONLINE GIFT CARD! This is the simplest of products to deal with. I type the email address and you send the voucher. It's so straight forward that not even a human needs to do it. But no! It's obviously not that simple because over a month later, and I still haven't received it. I still haven't had the situation resolved despite NUMEROUS emails, despite repeatedly asking for the voucher, despite repeatedly giving up and asking for a refund. I left a review on Trust Pilot and they asked me to send them a message, I did that and they have never responded. I have been on their facebook page to leave bad reviews and it seems everyone else and the same thought too because the posts are FULL of people complaining about items that they have never received. Terrible company..

Customer services is an absolute disgrace! I Tried chasing parcel was they was not willing to help (also this is not the first time its happened) I then requested for them to email down to the warehouse regarding my item in which they refused then i requested to speak to a Manager or supervisor which was also refused then the phone being slammed down on me. I was told to just WAIT for parcel 2 arrive. I asked if it could be months with a reply i just dont know? Quick to take everyones money not quick to dispatch items. My 6 year old son has better manners than JD Sports customer service!!! Trading standards really need to get involved with this company as its a complete and utter rip off

I ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday, when it turned up I was really disappointed with how it looked, it looked faded and like it had be worn ... it looked nothing like the picture or what I had seen previously in the shops weeks before, when I contacted j.d I just got told to send it back then. Also I ordered something else from jd and I'm still waiting for it, it was ordered 3 weeks ago

Similar to the most recent complaints on here - all the JD sports group which includes Scott’s and Tessuti - over past 4 weeks I have ordered approx 35 items - all claim to be instock when buying . Then the problems start , lots of messages saying trying to get your order . Then all of a sudden they cancel the majority of the items and say they will refund them. No apology and no offer of a discount to compensate. Out of the 35 items I have purchased only 5 items will actually be sent . There is definitely something dodgy going on with this company and trading standards and other agencies should be looking at how they are running this business . The offer great discounts to blue light card holders but that means nothing if each item gets cancelled . It’s like they get you to buy , take your money , sit on your money for a while and then decide which items they actually want you to have ! Like I said there is definitely some kind of scam going on here . Will be boycotting all JD sports companies until this mess is sorted out .

Do not buy items in this Application, it has been close to 1 month since the goods I bought were sent, but the size was wrong, and JD Sport asked to return the shoes, and served within 7 days after receiving the wrong shoes, Jd Sport will refund return the money. It's been 3 weeks since the shoes were returned, JD sport still has not returned my money. Don't be fooled by JD Sport.

One of the worst experience from jd did not expect that. Order on 27 dec 2020, £300 worth shoes and cloth. Waiting for delivery 4 week since now nothing turn up. Phone them today customercare saying we lost your parcel and refunding your money back. It’s time waster and money. Big No to JD stay away. 😡

Ordered in November didn’t receive parcel so called customer services to be told been delivered but to wrong address so I’m entitled to a refund did everything they asked but still heard nothing, after months of me chasing them come January they now tell me my claim is unsuccessful and I won’t be getting a refund! I’ve now sent my complaint to the financial ombudsman as this is disgusting! I’ve spent a fortune with this company in the past but will never order from here again they are nothing but scammers

"DESERVE zero stars. order placed 20/12/2020. (Christmas present) and cancelled 05/01/2021 due to purchase from Footlocker (arrived in 4 days). Item saw still sent on 14th Jan even though I sent a million emails saying I don't want it. Now I have to pay to send it back and will not be paid for the postage. Ridiculous.... NEVER EVER ORDER STUFF FROM HERE AS THEY ARE UTTER RUBBISH"

I ordered a pair of trainers but when I opened the box there was only one in there. When I went to school I'm sure a pair meant 2. I did get a refund when I returned them but had to pay for postage as Hermes do JD deliveries and are rubbish! I am now awaiting a new order of trainers but low and behold Hermes have messed up again and I can not track them even with correct tracking code, JD need to sort themselves and inept Hermes deliveries out. Lucky to get 1 star

Did not receive my parcel for Xmas complained to jd sports have now dealt with 6 different operatives and had to tell each one the problem over again it’s now over 6 weeks and still not resolved

I am giving 0 star is absolutely discussing after 1 week they start to prepare my order don’t make mistake to order online. From JD sports I am ordering from plenty of online company’s I have found JD sports the most disappointing and discussing company online ignore it 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Customer service is absolutely awful. They lost my order and I had to keep chasing them up until they eventually admitted it had been lost. I spoke to Jon from their customer service team who was extremely rude and unhelpful and only offered a 10% discount which is wholly unhelpful as I already automatically receive 20% off. They were extremely useless and rude and I constantly online shop and this is the first time a company has just ‘lost my package’ 3 weeks after the order which is 5-7 days. My second and LAST time ordering with JD Sports. Absolutely appalling and embarrassing.
