Returned trainer in store I bought with a gift card. 4 weeks later I am still waiting my money, despite several calls, emails, even contacting the executive office...

I am a support worker for learning disabilities I ordered a client a pair of trainers on line from JD sports when they arrived the client was unable to get them on as they very small fitting so a staff member and the client took the trainers to JD sports shop in Newcastle for a refund the shop assistant would not refund the money as they said the trainers had been worn outside support the ask to see the manager and she explained to him the client was unable to get the trainers on so how she could walk out side in them is impossible after heated .worlds the manager said he would let them off this time as a gesture obviously the trainers had been delivered to another customer 1st and they returned them then the staff dealing with returns did not inspect the trainers at that point and they were sent out again and this poor client with a disability has been blamed for the soiled goods.

so i ordered today a shoe on their website after paying an error occurred and a "return to store" button appeared so i clicked it. after that i checked my account balance(which i paid thru debit card) and to see that i was charged! i did not receive confirmation email or whatsoever. tried reporting in their website and twitter and still to no avail. still hoping to get my moneyback from this bs

JDSortssaved by the bell, did anyone see the footwear Wilder was wearing at the pre fight presentation, I do not know what they were or who makes them but when you compared those to Tysons footwear, god did it make you want to cringe, can you not do better for the man who now sits on Muhammad Ali's seat as the number one fighter in the World today and you the UK outlet for world events such as this one just let him sit there with those granny boots on, you need someone smart and sophisticated in this little rockin world of yours, someone quick enough to catch this stuff and then maybe your share price would not be down 2.3% two days after this phenomenal sporting event. Here's an idea get that smart sharp laser fast girl from the Treaty Center store Hounslow to show you how to do it, I have to wonder why you have her at all she is bound for the top but you just don't see these things do you. ...Marsham or something akin to that,....total winner.. Gift Card Girl.

Please upgrade your payment system and your stocks all the time, I had been trying to buy from jdsports 20 items in one go when I get to payment put all details and click pay, a message appears ‘your payment not made please try again and your cart is still intact’ tried reducing items and do not work tried a single item few times and it did not work , sometimes it says no stock for this product after removing still the same problem payment cannot be made And I was forced to shop from sports direct and payment was made in one go for over 400pound and no issues(if thoughts the card or bank had problem) Thanks

Constantly messing up orders online sending wrong items to store , then my local store Isn’t very helpful and the manager is rude and unhelpful, she’s a waste of space and miserable

i ordered 2 pairs of tracksuits (adidas and nike) for my 13 year old son. Paid an extra 4.99 to get the next day....not only did the first pair arrive way after that but i only received one pair...shame as i had had nothing to complain about when it comes to this company....

I don’t advise anyone to order anything from jd on short notice,not even a week in advance. I ordered a top from jd last Thursday and it was supposed to come by Monday and it is now Wednesday. I am very disappointed because I wanted this top so much and I needed it to complete my outfit and now they can’t re send it to me because it has been “lost”. I have never had this experience before which is why I gave it 1 stars but I’m very angry now because jd sport has me down. I hope you think twice about ordering from jd before you make the same mistake as I did.

Ordered online before Christmas and it was shipped quickly - unfortunately they insist on using myhermes for delivery who you can see reading reviews on here are dishonest and items go missing regularly. My item was showing as lost, clearly it was pinched by the courier staff, but even worse, when JD chased it up they just signed it off as delivered and doctored information onto the online tracking. This means I couldn't get the order resent (all sale items now are sold out!) and I've had to fill in a delivery dispute and put forward all my evidence (fortunately I have a load of screen shots) but from the form being sent it takes 28 days - so we're probably looking at 2 months before I find out if I will get my money back. So far they keep 2 stars as they've responded to emails and tried to help, even if their processes are very slow. I'll drop it to 1 star if they don't refund me with all the evidence I've sent in though! I wouldn't use them again unless they switch to a better courier - or I'd have it sent to a store and collect, that way this fiasco couldn't occur!

I have been patronising JD UK online, and since they opened up a local store in my country they stopped shipping here. Which I can understand that it might be a business move, however, I kept seeing shipping to my country for $9.99 and shop on JD uk online now to avoid tax for my country etc... Mislead me to start shopping a couple of times and only ended up disappointed when I try to checkout - No available shipping methods to your country. I tried calling the newly opened JD local store multiple times but no one is pick up the phone! Terrible move IMHO... people are keeping cost low keeping their competitiveness but JD is moving backwards... why?? Live Chat service doesn't work. Customer service via online form/email never got back with a proper answer only replied that the are working on it which I think its system preset responds to unanswered inquiries. My previous orders which came took a relatively long time in comparison to the other online stores which I have bought from. I hope JD boss is aware of these and stop tarnishing whatever good name his business use to have.

item arrived and was a fair price but as for communication it's not great, takes 2 days for them to dispatch , the link for tracking never works then after countless emails from them eventually 5days later the item is ready for collection ! never had any other problems with JD but online experience isn't great

poor service was told refund £95 would be in bank in 5 working days two weeks later it still wasnt in,... several calls later was told it would be in my account in 5 working days.. thers a shock dare bet its not

They have a great choice there, maybe a little expensive on some items but quality stuff. As with the Aintree store which is handy it is just I feel the 3 times I have been over the past few months I am in their way......Don't seem to wanna serve, Never a good morning, can I help, Smile ?? Just the price , here you go, get out , I have a life !! I have been a Boss with hundreds of staff and no way would mine act like this, ever. So miserable
