I returned to Jennings to buy my new car as even though I've had issues in the past with work done in my old car they were quick to resolve which showed a commitment to customer service. I was a little disappointed when I first got there as the car I had enquiries about had been sold the day before! So I had to look for an alternative. I dealt with Gary and he was polite throughout even taking my requests into account to try and get me the best price. I purchased my new car and so far quite happy with everything. It's apparent that Jennings value their customers which is the first priority in my book. I could have gone elsewhere and got something cheaper but the service and care would not have been there

bought genuine kia parts -although the parts did not arrive that quick they were well packaged undamaged and as described at a good price-so all in all a good experience

Being 300 miles away from Jennings, I never met any of the sales team when buying my Kia Carens recently. IT is therefore difficult to assess service,support help etc. OVerall I was given all the answers I wanted with regard to the car. When paying for it , there was some confusion between meand you with regard to the actual price, The car has behaved as I would wish over it first 1000 miles with me at the wheel. My one complaint is that the rear number plate fell off on day three of my ownership. It was embarrassing that it was the police that informed me of this I have since replaced this at my expense!!! Good equipment as expected from a main dealer with reasonable prices. One of the items was the wrong part and was returned and correct item received with no problems. Delivery charges quite high for the products, but just a matter of opinion of course. Well done!

The before during and after sales service and advice given by Kames our salesman was very helpful and professional I would certainly recommend Jennings to my family and friends So far the Kia Sportage has proved to be very economical and lovely to drive Thank You Dennis and Jean Lister

Asked for car to be viewed at Washington - not prepared to bring car from South Shields unless I was willing to complete a deal over the telephone. Thought this a little churlish; I appreciate that this cannot be done for everyone - but I was a serious prospective buyer because I had left details at South Shields earlier. I eventually did buy the car but I was not impressed by the initial unwillingness to bring the car closer, especially bearing in mind the traffic delays involved in getting to and from South Shields for the customer. The salesman we dealt with at South Shields was at all times pleasant, courteous and easy to deal with; the items that required attention he ensured were completed as agreed.

An excellent service across the board and everything was straight forward . Edward was great and most helpful as I rang him a couple of times. I brought my Grandchildren with me and I thought Edward was lovely with them. I bought my last car, an Escort, in Dec 2000 from Jamie Steel and received excellent service, in Dec2016 I had excellent service from Edward. I might be back again in 16 tears time! while we wanted a new sportage , we didn't want to wait for a 3 month delivery time, sales staff fixed me up with a demo model which suited our requirements in regards to towing capability, happy with the car up to now, while front tyres are legal, we are disappointed in finding we will have to spend £300 on two new front tyres very soon, car only 10 months old, my fault for being so trusting.

I received a very good sales service from the salesmen that attended to my requirements and appeared to go the full distance to help me. The only negative was the sales manager who gave me the impression that he did not have much time for me.

Jennings had just what I wanted in terms of detailed specification in a Ford Direct car. They were good at responding with details of the options installed. We agreed prices for trade in of my car(s) based on offers I had already had. I then sold one privately, which didn't change the deal. They agreed I could collect from the branch of my choice (important as we were traveling up from Surrey) and the change over was very easy. Didn't make a fuss about inspecting the trade in vehicle. Overall very satisfied and recommend you try them.

I have purchased cars before but usually as a "couple". This time i purchased a car on my own for myself. Quite a daunting thought but I was not to have worried as the teleagent who answered my initial telephone call to the end process of collecting my newly bought car could not have ran any smoother. The salesperson, Richard was very polite, friendly and approachable. He made the purchase easier with his great customer service and attitude in all aspects of my experience. I am very happy with my car and enjoyed dealing with Jennings. Thank you.

Found the whole experience at Jennings South Shields very easy Steve was very informative and was very thorough in explaining to me all I needed to know, I wouldn't hesitate in Recommending Jennings to anyone thinking of going for a car
