Not impressed at all I ordered what thought was a brake pedle a cluch and excearating pedle and for what I paid I was so angry ill never use or recommend this site ever to nobody I received one item for about 35 00 pounds what a joke !!!!

I purchased a fiesta from Jennings just before Christmas. I found them fantastic. My experience of car sales in the past has always been aggressive sales people, so was shocked at Jennings approach. I sent a query via their website, that was answered really quickly. When I got to the Gateshead branch Felix Maughan was really friendly, he used honest facts to sell the car. He was also very kind about my 04 reg corsa I was trading in, i wasn't expecting much trade in for it, but at other companies they normally insult or pick fault with your car to try and make you feel grateful for what they offer. The whole experience was fantastic, the car was serviced (even though not due for a month) and taxed for me picking it up and I was even sent a Christmas card, which I thought was a nice touch. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Being 300 miles away from Jennings, I never met any of the sales team when buying my Kia Carens recently. IT is therefore difficult to assess service,support help etc. OVerall I was given all the answers I wanted with regard to the car. When paying for it , there was some confusion between meand you with regard to the actual price, The car has behaved as I would wish over it first 1000 miles with me at the wheel. My one complaint is that the rear number plate fell off on day three of my ownership. It was embarrassing that it was the police that informed me of this I have since replaced this at my expense!!! I would like to thank Mark Taylor at the South Shields Jennings Ford for yet again getting me the perfect car on a great 3 year deal. He always listens to what I need and gets me exactly what I need he has a great manor about him and is clearly a professional in his field I would reccomend anyone looking for a good deal on a Ford to visit this dealership and speak to Mark he never fails to impress and his understanding of the cars he sells is second to non. I left today with my new focus feeling very well looked after and that I had received the best customer service possible. Thanks Mark and the Jennings team keep up the good work and I will be back next time.

Good equipment as expected from a main dealer with reasonable prices. One of the items was the wrong part and was returned and correct item received with no problems. Delivery charges quite high for the products, but just a matter of opinion of course. Well done!

Asked for car to be viewed at Washington - not prepared to bring car from South Shields unless I was willing to complete a deal over the telephone. Thought this a little churlish; I appreciate that this cannot be done for everyone - but I was a serious prospective buyer because I had left details at South Shields earlier. I eventually did buy the car but I was not impressed by the initial unwillingness to bring the car closer, especially bearing in mind the traffic delays involved in getting to and from South Shields for the customer. The salesman we dealt with at South Shields was at all times pleasant, courteous and easy to deal with; the items that required attention he ensured were completed as agreed.

My family and I are long term customers of Jennings Ford (Simonside). I work in customer relations and I can say that the team who dealt with my purchase, Jamie (Steel?) and in particular Peter Nesbitt were fantastic. They went over and above what was expected and displayed utter professionalism at all times. Queries were dealt with in a timely manner and I was thrilled by the bouquet of flowers (which I asked for tongue in cheek). I would (and have) recommended Jennings Ford (Simonside Branch) and this is based on the exceptional customer service and willingness to achieve the highest of standards at all times. I would like to thank Peter and Jamie for all of their help and, would also request that this feedback is sent directly to the Director of Ford so they are aware of the excellent work their staff do. An excellent service across the board and everything was straight forward . Edward was great and most helpful as I rang him a couple of times. I brought my Grandchildren with me and I thought Edward was lovely with them. I bought my last car, an Escort, in Dec 2000 from Jamie Steel and received excellent service, in Dec2016 I had excellent service from Edward. I might be back again in 16 tears time! Did not pressurised into buying a car but discussed very professionally the main items.
