Had concerns at buying at distance but was reassured by the team that all was Ok with the car and I had the right to refuse if all was not well. Peter Nesbit was extremely helpful and kept me informed of progress, so very pleased with the service. One small thing, one of the reversing lights was not working and the cover appears to be loose. This will be sorted on Friday by Heny's (redhill), subject to authorisation by yourselves. Overall very good.

No fuss simple perfect transaction from 380 miles away what a gem of a car clean smart tidy low mileage at the perfect price even with the delivery charge still a super little bargain even got half a tank of jungle juice wow what a dream team with no hassle/quibble and no strings attached sales team They sell every car as if it was there own even got a free Jennings ford key ring, A jennings air freshener would of been an icing on the cake.well top marks and will defo recommend and buy again ***** star Treatment all the way Many thanks Jennings and mark Taylor for the deal of the century well done....

I was assisted by a staff member called Tracy. I am disabled and was looking for a new vehicle that more suited my needs, which had changed over the last couple of years. While other deals didn't seem interested in my issues, Jennings Motor Group and Tracy took ownership of my problems and seemed focussed on sorting things out. I was shown around several cars, based on my mobility and access/egress requirements, we finally found a vehicle that was ideal for my needs. No hard sell or pushing, I was given the options and information and was able to decide in my own time. Nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel valued as a customer and more importantly, that I wasn't wasting their time, which counts for a lot in a world where many car companies forget that excellent customer service means a lot to the customer. I finally decided to take the car and it's the best decision I could have made!

Service received from sales, Callum was excellent throughout. He was very knowledgable and made the sales process very relaxed and professional. He kept me informed as the car sale progressed with the build dates etc. Could not have wished for a smoother stress free sale. Would definitely recommend Jennings sales department. The sales executive understood my financial situation and successfully worked to get me a great deal on a lovely new car which saves me any worry towards the end of my original lease deal. I now have peace of mind for another 3 years or sooner if another great deal is presented to me. Thanks Gavin.

I had done my research and knew what car I wanted to buy so it was basically test driving it and then I picked it up when a service had been done on it. Salesman was efficient and not pushy which is what I like. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was made to feel a valuable customer, all of my questions were taken seriously and answered in a genuine and informative manner. The salesman was helpful from our first meeting though to me taking delivery of the car and after delivery. He explained all of the paperwork in detail and led me through all the controls in the vehicle. His attention and patience were exceptional.

Very helpful in discussing my requirements and arranging test drive. No pressure at all. Plenty of time to think of options, I was allowed to control timing of the process. When I did finally make up my mind I was offered good part exchange allowance and attractive deal on my nearly new car. Car buying made pleasurable.

I've recently purchased a vehicle from Jennings Kia in Washington. Having done so I would like to point out a few issues which sadly have put me off buying another vehicle from this organisation. Having had the vehicle for a week and despite making murmurous telephone calls I was not sent the MOT cert and had to pick it up a week later on my own initiative, also on HPI car is listed as on finance this has been explained and I've been advised that it will be cleared now that car is purchased, however I've still no clarification of this almost two weeks down the line or anything in writing nor was this explained at time of sale. I feel that having paid cash immediately on the day that I viewed and test drove vehicle the after sales service has been of a let down as I still await the HPI being clear. As large motoring group I would have expected a much more organised and better after sales approach.

My salesman was Peter Brown. Mr Brown obviously has a wealth of experience in car sales and his excellent customer service skills compliment this. Also, although you might see that someone has a disability, you can't always just look at someone and understand how that disability impacts on them but Peter Brown understood and made adjustments to his timetable to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible for me. My experience with Jennings did not end once I had purchased my nearly new Ford Fiesta. I was also impressed when I called at Jennings on Yarm Road in Preston Park this last week. The gentleman in the parts department was so pleasant and went the extra mile for me. Finally, to compliment my positive experience, on returning to my car from the parts department, I struggled due to being disabled. A young gentleman called Yusef, who I discovered is an apprentice at Jennings, Yarm Road, didn't hesitate for a second to stop what he was doing to help me. What a lovely polite, caring young man he is. To be as considerate as he was, at such a young age is so lovely, I'm sure he will go a long way. Please pass on my best wishes for the future to him.
