After purchasing a car from Arnold Clarks, and needing to get a refund due to problems with the vehicle and staff. I visited Jennings where I spoke with very helpful staff. I've now had my car a couple of months with no issues. The staff were not pushy and helped me make the right choice for me.

On purchasing my vehicle some three months ago I found the salesperson extremely helpful and professional- no high pressure techniques. The vehicle a Fiesta Titanium is excellent, it would be difficult for anyone to find fault, I certainly couldn't suggest anything to improve on in. The service staff are polite good humoured knowledgeable about the products and frankly couldn't be more helpful, pretty much ten out of ten all round. Thank you Ronnie Welsh

This is the third car I have purchased from Jennings over a ten year period. The latest has been by far the best experience. I was treated throughout the process professionally by the sales executive. Everything explained thoroughly. I got good finance deal and am delighted with the car purchased.

Still can't believe how painless and hassle free the whole buying experience was. All done over the internet and phone. They had the car I wanted, gave me what I wanted for mine in PX and so got loads more extras than my local dealer offered at the price I wanted to pay. Whole process took just a few days to complete, not bad when you're over a hundred miles away. The car was delivered and was exactly as described. Can't praise all the staff I dealt with highly enough.

We part exchanged my wife's 2 year old MX5 for a new model MX5 in August this year, (this was my wife's 3rd consecutive MX5, she has always loved these cars appearance, the driving pleasure, reliability and reasonable maintenance costs). Having had a frustrating attempt to purchase through our local dealer, I telephoned Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough. We were dealt with by a salesman called Craig Parker who we found professional, helpful, friendly and like Mazda cars always reliable (e.g. he always called back when he said he would even if only to say he hadn't got an answer yet on something but would keep us informed). Reliability of this nature just like reliabilty of the car is very important to customers making substantial purchases but is much rarer than it should be. Our purchase transaction went very quickly and smoothly. We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Jennings Mazda through Craig Parker who I regard as a major asset to the company. In fact I was so impressed that less than one month after my wife's MX5 purchase in September this year (2016) I decided to look at a top of range Mazda 6 Sport Nav 175 PS Auto. Despite our living approximately 100 miles from Middlesbrough My first and only call on this occasion was to Craig Parker at Jennings; a test drive was arranged, a price was agreed to part exchange my car (not a Mazda) should I decide to go ahead. A day or two later the deal was done with no pressure, maximum help and minimum fuss, well done Craig and Jennings from two very satisfied customers. Yours sincerely Julian and Julie Sleath

Sales exec was yery good but he only gave me one key to the vehicle because he said the fitter had the spare one in his pocket,sales exec said he would post it to me aswel as a touch up pen for the stone chips in the bonnet,a phone call and 3 months later iam still waiting. COULD DO BETTER.

Found just the car for us a Ford B max and Gavin showed us how to use all the controls. He even programmed the radio and our mobile phones.

The process from start to finish was professional and Mr Broad is a credit to the Jennings group. Paperwork was completed quickly and always explained to me. The car was delivered a day earlier than expected and was spotless.

I was assured car would be polished and scratches taken out this did not happen and sales man couldn't be bothered to ring me back when I complained also were sending me a lead for phone they never bothered probably never use them again as it cost me 150.00 to get scratches sorted out

Customer service was shocking. Vehicle checks and procedures prior to purchase were not carried out. Over 3 weeks to try and fix a problem to be then told you won't fix it under the warranty so I have to live with the problem or have to get my money back. Given a courtesy car that I couldn't use for work so caused over 3 weeks of inconvenience. Told to return the courtesy car and get my money back, to then be told I needed to give the car back but couldn't get a transfer until after the weekend. Messed up the money transfer and lost the car that I was meant to be purchasing. Caused me nothing but inconvenience and cost me financially & productivity.
