“Unfortunately I have not yet received the samples. I hope that you take on board the fact that you sent me an email saying they had been dispatched however when I contacted you today, this is not the case. It would have been better to manage my expectations by sending an email to say there was a delay. I am expecting to order suits for myself and groomsmen for my wedding and I need to be confident of a good product and service.”

“I buy quite a few suits for various occasions. Thought I would try Jennis and Warmann, so I ordered three tweed suits for the Cold Winter Weather. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I have now ordered two more. At that price, you can't say no! A little advice. Their normal suit is more of the modern, tapered legs, and short length jacket. If you are more traditional like me, make sure to order a straight leg, and give the exact length of the jacket you would like.”

“I bought this bow tie as a gift for a friend - he liked it very much and I had a quick look at it myself before giving it him. The quality was superb and for the price you really cant go wrong! I wasn't overly impressed with the packaging as it was just a plastic bag but is there really any need to pack a bow tie more than that? I think not. A gift wrap/box option would have been nice but I'm not complaining.”

“Very pleased however ordering before christmas and receiving after has made it a little more snug that anticipated however thats my own fault. the tweed is great quality and outstanding value, I will definitely be ordering another.... Wonder if I can order a spar pair of trousers as they are great to wear on their own and as such are going to ware out first. Speak soon.”

“I was worried as I did all the measurements myself but the suit arrived and the fit is PERFECT. First time I wore it I had over 10 comments from complete strangers about how nice the suit was. It's the blue 3 piece tweed. Over the moon happy and I will be purchasing another in the future.”

“My husband is very pleased with the bespoke suit I recently purchased from you. The quality and fit are perfect. However I must comment on the time it took to come. At the time of ordering your website stated in stock however when it hadn't.t arrived for Christmas after ordering on the 12th December , I was told by a member of your staff that the suits are made to measure and the website clearly states this and will take up to 35 days. I didn't.t find this statement until I looked in deliveries, I think perhaps this should be made clear at the point of ordering.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my two suits and with the exemplary service which I received. I made serious errors in the measurements which I provided but this was never an issue. It was agreed that I should visit for an appointment whereupon I was measured up. In the showroom whereother items were on display and I ordered a second suit. Having been so impressed with the service, curtesy and quality I recommend J&W to anyone that I can. Thank you again”

“I just got my Taylor made suit and it's fantastic,great material,well made and fits like a glove. I'm a big guy 6 foot and 17stone so found it hard to get a suit to fit but the measurements guide was easy to follow and the results brilliant,it was for my daughters wedding in 30 days time and thought I'd left it late but needn't of worried it arrived in 20 days and that was over the Christmas period,a little creased on arrival but had it pressed at dry-cleaners for £4 and it is perfect a real head turner, I will recommend Jenna's and warmann to anyone looking for a well made tailored tweed suit and definitely be ordering another one later in the year just because of the quality”

“I'm very pleased with my suit. It's excellent quality and a perfect fit. I chose to submit my measurements for a tailor made fit. The suit arrived on time but the jacket and trousers didn't quite fit. I informed the sales team who were very helpful and asked me to return it to be adjusted. I was later informed it couldn't be adjusted and would be remade. A few weeks later I received a brand new suit which fits perfectly. I agree with other reviews that the packaging doesn't do the product any justice whatsoever but have absolutely no complaints about how the sales team dealt with my issue and the finished product is excellent.”

“I wrote a review a month ago saying how pleased I was with my tweed suit. Well I wore it for the first time recently at a family wedding where I was the master of ceremonies. I have never had so many compliments about my attire . Thanks again Jennis & Warmann.”

“I wanted a smart suit to wear in my wine shop; something to project an image of a country gentleman. I strode to the shop proudly in my new suit to be met by my two brothers. "Would you like to tuck a pig under your arm to complete the outfit?" said one. "Are going for the Market Day in Donegal look?" Said the other. All the customers have been very complimentary which just goes to show that you should never take fashion advice from one's siblings.”
