“Excellent service and personable people who got back to me quickly when I had questions. The designs are great and the quality appears excellent. Only reason I did not rate 5/5 is that the white gold ring I order stuff has a distinctly yellow tint that I did not expect.”

Hi Leah - thank you for your kind words. Please know that we choose to make our white gold ring 'au natural' without standard commercial rhodium plating. This reduces long term maintenance costs and allows the natural richness of the gold in the ring to come through. However, you can definitely choose to have any local jeweller rhodium plate your ring for you if you would prefer the classic whiter than white look.

“Satisfied with the product it came as it was described on the website. The elvish runes are unfortunately not complete but still good and I would have preferred if it was laser engraved. But it's still a good product worth its price.”

“I can tell that the quality of the ring is very high and that it feels as worthy as an elven ring should be. The oxidisation was made well and the ‘ornaments’ too. Gladly, it fits perfectly, so I wear it whenever I leave my house. If it weren’t for the gemstone, I would be perfectly happy. This too, is well made in general. Unfortunately, I do hate the shade of blue I chose. The picture I took looks the same as the one on the product page as if this hue can’t be captured the way it truly is. So I can’t fault anyone here. Nevertheless, this is a big down for me. Since I can’t afford to pay the shipping back to Hansen, another gemstone, the shipping back to me, and the second custom fee, I have no choice but to keep it. However, I will keep my eyes open for a local jewel crafter to have it changed into a blue I love so one day it won’t disappoint me anymore when I look at it.”

“All bought jewelery pieces are fantastic and georgious. From a service perspective, I see room for improvement. Personally, I liked the even shorter communication with a jeweler maker better, that finetuned a piece for me and gave me some practical hints. I'd have expected the practical hints from the front servers (like how to get a piece off more easily, how to keep it clean and safe, what size the ring actually is having, and would be great to hear, if they know the source / origin of the gold, which would provide additional sustainability if gold sources are decided purposful). Also I felt being underestimated. It should be irrelevant who is coming in, the way they come in. The service could have bit more back to the roots, grounded way. Probably difficult to give here clear guidance, as it might be very individual feelings triggered. Just want to point out, go more relaxed, less stiff, more natural with customers. Regardless, I felt supported and trusted at any time.”

“We received the rings last week, and as we hoped, we are in love with them. They are exactly how we expected them to be. They will be used, junt in July, when we get married, until there, we will keep them, as "our precious". One note. We would love it if, in the future, the delivery coil be without so many customs costs, so that we can make more purchases of your beautiful products. Thank you for this experience”

“Got the 9K One Ring for a wedding band. Quality is great. The 9K gold easily can get scratches so be mindful. I would have gotten 18K if affordable but for the budget 9K works great. Has nice weight also.”

“The tungsten one ring and silver necklace were of high quality. The engraving, however, was not up to my expectation as it was not as finely done as in the gold rings, and appears to have a whitish inlay (within the engraving). The recipient of this ring is a kid, and they’ll be pleased, but I think it’s important to show a high resolution picture of the various one rings (labeled) for an apples to apples comparison.”

“Customer service was amazing, I needed it in a very quick time frame for a anniversary and somehow they worked their magic and I got it in plenty of time. My only complaint is that the One Ring I got for my husband has turned his finger blackish/green. For being a decently priced ring I didn’t think that would happen so that was unfortunate but he does love it, just can’t wear it like a wedding ring as we had planned”

“Thank you so much for making this ring! It has always been a dream of mine to have an elvish inspired wedding ring. Your customer service was really excellent, Erin was kind, receptive and very accommodating. So thank you! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I was a little surprised at the hue of the ring, which turned out to be more of a dirty light yellow with flecks of white rather than a smooth white gold. This might be to do with the fact it is 9ct and not 18ct, but I would have liked to be warned that it may look like this which would have given me opportunity to reconsider.”

“While I do like the ring (9ct gold sized 11 standard band thickness), I find I prefer the dimensions of the weta ring (of the same size) a little more. The Weta workshop ring is a little thicker, and more rounded across the edge of the band. I feel like the Jens Hansen design is more thin, while the thicker design of the Weta ring is more true to movie form. so I wear the weta ring more often.”

“It is a very comfortable ring. Some rings I own have a more pointed edge that can rub and irritate my skin, but this one is rounded all over. I only have two things against it: one, it scratches very easily, despite being 18k; two, 3mm looked a lot smaller on my ruler; the ring is twice as thick as I was hoping it would be. Oh well. It is still pretty.”

“I bought the tungsten ring, and I am happy with the size shape and weight of it. I am also happy with the precision of the etching; many other rings have poor quality etching, and the inscription is not very clear. However I am disappointed that the ring does not have the full inscription on the outside, and that there is no option to buy a tungsten ring with the full inscription, or without it entirely. But of course, then there would be no reason to buy the 2,000$ gold ring.”
