“The hotels offered were those with no good reviews so I upgraded and upgraded again and again until we found hotels with good reviews. I paid substantially for my upgrades. I bought the trip to Italy for my daughters and granddaughters. When they checked into both hotels, they were given one double bed in each bedroom. They asked for twin beds and were told they had not paid for twin beds. When they returned, this was their only disappointment about the trip. I complained to Jetline who told me that I had not asked for twin beds so it was my problem. As much time as I spent with their agent planning this trip, he never asked me about beds or told me that I needed to ask for twin beds for a trip of four women. Jetline said that I should have asked. So my advice is, don’t book with Jetline since you don’t know everything that you need to ask to get what you need and the agent won’t warn you.”

the cruise we book on booking. when we went Luxor were put on totally rubbish cruise liner.
We paid for our pickup from Cairo to Giza pick wasn’t there we waited hours out side Cairo airport. try to contact was provided by jetline was totally useless.
we have to pay agin to hired taxi from cairo airport to Giza hotel.

“Book a two week holiday with these people arrived at our destination airport - jetline had issued us with vouchers for private transfers - we waited at the airport for 2 hours and they didn’t turn up (not a very good start to our holiday) when we eventually paid again for our transfers to the hotel - contacted jetline who were totally unhelpful and didn’t respond in a professional way - and we contacted the local transfer company on the vouchers who said the transfer had not been booked - Untrustworthy company if you use them check out everything before you travel - we saw the booking costs and considering the mark up on the holiday you would have though they wouldn’t issue fake transfer vouchers - Never travel with these people unreliable and unprofessional and when there is a problem unhelpful!”
“I booked a vacation for myself and two cousins. We stayed 11 days in Italy. 3 in Rome 3 in Florence 2 in Milan and 3 in Venice. Everything was awesome. Hotels were great. Each included breakfast. All documents were sent in a timely manner from JetLine Vacations. Airline tickets Vouchers for hotels and trains were provided in plenty of advance of our trip. All in all we had the entire trip (other than skip the line excursions that I booked through Viator for less than the airline tickets would have cost us. Will definitely use JetLine Vacations again.”
“CHEAP, BUT AWFUL COMPANY. Booked a package holiday, but flights were cancelled both ways and now getting ignored about a refund. Their 24/7 online form seems to NOT WORK 24/7. We're entitled to a full refund according to MoneySavingExpert, but they will not answer us, despite contacting numerous times.”
“Jetline holidays claim that you can get your money back anytime has misrepresented themselves to us. That will definitely not happen if you book two weeks in advance of departure; somthing that was NOT told to us.
We booked a vacation, a week later my wife became very ill, and could not travel. We called immediately. This happened in November with back and forth emails to them as well as Travel Zoo, their afilliate. Although I have traveled with Travel Zoo a lot and have been pleased. I am disappointed that they are conneced with such an unethical company as Jetline Holidays.

“I had called to book a vacation with them. My bank had declined the transaction as suspicious. At first they were accommodating and was like hey we get this all the time. For whatever reason, it kept declining after talking with my bank. So my bank had to look into it. They asked if any other card could be used, and i stated no that i only had the one. He then asked about my partner who this was going to be a surprise for, I said no and told them that it was going to be a surprise and i would find out whats going on. That was on a Wednesday, my bank hasnt responded yet going into friday. Well, US banks closed on weekend, Jetline called back on friday, I was unable to respond due to work. Admittedly, i forgot to return call on saturday. Sunday, Jetline called my partner asking about the funds. To her surprise, you guessed it she had no clue, because it was a surprise. So now instead she was aware well before intended. So thanks for ruining things.”
“Do not use this canada Jetlines. We bought the flight ticket much in advance, and they significant rescheduled the flight time which caused use miss the connecting flight and had a 17 hr layover in cancun airport. The worst thing is that they never informed you of the flight change until we found it close to our trip.
They never wanna compensate for anything. The customer service does suck . No online check in.
The significant flight delay is also very frequent with this airline. On top of the uninformed flight schedule, we encountered the further delay at the airport for their departure for further 50 minutes.
There is obviously no business credit for this airline . Please avoid this airline and their Holidays. I don't wanna try their Holidays at all. Sunwing, westjet would be much more reliable for your flight and vacation package.”

“We fell for the low price. Then we receive a flight with a 34 hour return flight from Italy to Los Angeles. We paid extra for better flights, only to have change after change with a 24.5 hour layover in France. Then offer a flight with a nine hour layover. Then offered another flight for $600.00 more per person. Then another flight that arrives in Los Angeles at midnight. It has been a fight to get travel arrangements. Overall it sucks. Supposed to fly in May.”
“My experience with Jetline Holidays was good except for one issue. My wife and I stayed at the Victoria in London, England. Per our contract with Jetline we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we arrived we were informed the kitchen would be closed for breakfast by staff. We complained to Jetline they said their supplier refused to give us a discount since no breakfast was served. I feel it is Jetlines responsibility to reimburse us since we had a contract from them. If I don’t get a refund I will not use Jetline again.”

Horrible. Customer service, will not speak with you about your booking but refer you back to the sales agent who booked the trip. This happened repeatedly while trying to sort out the booking details and trying to pay the remaining balance. At which point another $500 was added to the invoice, stating it was a calculation error.”
“Jetline is literally the worst travel coordinator I have ever encountered. In August-September, I went through a month-long process of unanswered calls and emails trying to change a traveler name, for which I was charged $700 and given an arrival time in Rome that ate up 1/2 a day of our two days there. Also, starting in September I started asking for train transfer vouchers and was put off until the 2nd week of October. On October 10th they asked for our selections of departure times from Rome and Florence, which I supplied. On the 11th I received an email that I would receive the vouchers within 5 business days. On October 23, I sent an email following up on the vouchers. The email, not a call, was never received. Today, on October 25th, I called the 2 telephone numbers I have for Jetline and both rang indefinitely, with no opportunity to leave a voicemail. I again emailed our agent and the department supervisor, requesting the vouchers. The first leg of our trip leaves on November 7th. Will this insanity ever end??
PSA, when booking a travel package, check to ensure the travel coordinators are Jetline. If so, run. Run as fast as you can.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL under any Circumstances. I have read the reviews and ours was no better. We were sold a Tour that did not happen and they conveniently passed the blame on to the Tour Operator even though we paid Jetline. No Vouchers , Tickets, . We also asked for the tickets in advance prior to the trip but nothing. Once in Spain we could not contact anyone and very expensive phone calls bills.
On our return I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to get an explanation or refund but have now been told this will not happen. Making contact has been a nightmare and various staff " with Christian names " have not even been able to write an email in English that makes sense. I am staggered that ABTA and ATOL keep them on as members and that the Daily Mail promote them. Never again”
