“I recently tried out three different flavors - pistachio, sea salt & caramel, and chocolate. Out of the three, I really enjoyed the pistachio flavor. It had a great taste and texture that was highly satisfying. The sea salt & caramel flavor was decent, but didn't quite hit the mark for me. Lastly, I have to admit that I wasn't a big fan of the chocolate flavor. It just didn't taste as good as the other two. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving the pistachio flavor a try!”

“The buying experience was great. Everything arrived just fine. I have an issue with product itself, which I think is a matter of personal taste. I ordered the starter pack which includes 3 types of meals. I find the texture of the drinks to be very "rough", and it has an aftertaste that I can't quite describe. It's a struggle to force myself to drink it. I get the same feel when drinking some Whey shakes too. The solid bars are better. They too have that weird aftertaste, but chewing makes it more tolerable.”

“Erstes Pulver, das auch schmeckt. Die Grundgeschmacksnote geht so Richtung Hafer und das mag ich total. Erdbeere ist momentan mein Favorit, Kaffee noch nicht so ... Hab es mir als Ernährung für eine Wanderung gekauft, da es auf den Hütten oft keine veganen Optionen gibt.”

“Hello, I really like the shakes, however the banana and strawberry ones have a lot of the taste of oats, this makes them tasteless and nauseating over time, I had some gas symptoms, making me bloated, the bars were the most palatable and the chocolate one, red fruits the rest smell like medicine and the taste doesn't help, the drink is too thick, I can't drink a whole one, I hope I helped.”

“I am quitting Plenny Shake. It makes you gassy, no matter how much water you drink. It bloats you regardless. I will stick with Plenny Bars, even though in general I am worried that you use vegetable oil in all of your products, that's not healthy. I am looking for a different vendor who does not use vegetable oil in the meantime.”

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you keep experiencing with the shakes, if you get gassy from it, it should only be in the beginning when getting used to it, if that remains, we completely understand the choice to move away from it in this case. Happy to hear you do like the Bars still, but on that part of the oil; the sunflower oil we use is high-linoleic. This means that it contains more polyunsaturated than monounsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega 6 which is an essential fatty acid! Besides numerous health benefits, high-linoleic sunflower oil has a neutral taste and is stable against oxidation. “has good ingredients, that help your energy level on a good and natural way, the taste is also good and great , and with one portion you can function hours , sometimes 2 a day, but with one you come a long way great complete male it saves also money if you compare it to regular food”
