“We use it to replace lunches and dinners when we're on the go or at a time crunch, but don't want to lose out on nutrition. Currently trying chocolate, banana, and vanilla - and all three flavors are great! If we follow the recipe, the consistency tends to be on the thicker side, so we dilute it with a little bit more water than recommended; no problem with that. 1 star off only because my partner is not a big fan of the gritty texture, but honestly not a big dealbreaker unless you're extremely particular about textures in food. The flavor is great, and it does keep us full like a normal meal. For me, it keeps me full well into the 6 hour mark, while for my partner it keeps him full about 3-4 hours.”

“I love how easy it is to grab a Plenny Bar in the morning to eat it on my commute to work. I only like 2 flavours though: cherry and almond&fig. Vanilla, chocolate, etc. I don't like it, they're too dry. The Plenny shakes I find disgusting. The worst! I'm sorry.”

No need to apologize! Everyone has different tastes and it's great that you've found two Plenny Bar flavours you enjoy. Have you tried our other flavours like Caramel Sea Salt or Mocha? “Hellowww !!! I tried vanilla and chocolate !! I love them ! I didn't tried the hot meal's yet but it will be delicius too , I'm 100% sure ! I wish I had take some bar's to eat too, but it will be for my next delivery, soon I hope ^-^ I love your product, it give me more energy to make my arm training in the mornig and it keep me fit when I'm at work and I walk every where in my work place and give me strength When I must carry heavy thinks ! thanks , big big thanks !!! that was exactely what I was looking for ! thanks to every one ^-^ :)”

“Getting lunch at work everyday costs me about 5 to 10 euros per day. After sampling some Plenny from a colleague I was full and couldn't finish my own lunch, and that only for less than 2 euros for a lunch! I was instantly sold and had to have Plenny for my own. I already recommended it my friends and some were also sold instantly, perfect nutritious and fast meal!”

“Bought the Plenny Shakes. They taste terrible (like you're drinking raw dough) and have a really thick consistency if you use 300ml water - like it's written in the instructions. But got a free shaker, so that's good.”

If you found the shake too thick, you could try adding more water for a thinner consistency. “I am coeliac and vegan by choice. I have been eating tikka lentils whilst travelling as finding food can be hard for me in the middle of nowhere! I think the flavour is fantastic and it's also very filling. Personally I like it more soupy so I add more water and I must add it takes longer than 60 seconds to cook the bits of lentils and rice thoroughly. But I am very satisfied with this food and grateful to have access to something like it. My husband also enjoys it a lot too! I can really feel the benefit of this food and I look forward to trying new flavours.”

“We liked the taste and the practical way of prepare it. However the Yuka App result is very bad and it seems that it contains Hazardous and risky additives. Tehrefore we are thinking to cancel our subscription :(”

We understand your concerns about additives and your reliance on the Yuka app as a source of information. While Yuka is a popular app for making healthier choices, it’s important to note that it has some biases. The app’s scoring system, although based on recognized standards, has been criticized for lacking scientific value, especially regarding additives. Additionally, the app’s assumptions and oversights can sometimes skew results and fail to provide nuanced information. While Yuka can be a helpful tool, it’s essential to approach its recommendations with a critical mindset and consider multiple sources of information. Calcium carbonate has been stated as safe by all health authorities after a lot of research and data analysis. There is a list of additives that have been redeemed as safe and there is no need to worry if it is consumed in normal concentrations and not overdosed. We had a quick look into the scientific literature about the nanoparticles and the bioaccumulation and we couldn’t find any results with a negative effect or impact. At the moment we are doing a reevaluation of the vitamin and mineral mix that we use on our meals, and the best option regarding bioavailability, solubility and concentration is calcium carbonate. But please know that there was a call for technical and toxicological data on calcium carbonate, designed to provide interested parties with a chance to share valuable information regarding the re-evaluation of calcium carbonate (E 170) for its use in foods intended for infants below 16 weeks of age. EFSA welcomed all documented information, whether it’s published, unpublished, or newly generated, to contribute to this process. Additionally, they aimed to address any existing data gaps for all population groups, building upon the previously published EFSA opinion on this food additive. We are waiting for their report to be published on this regard. If there is any negative connotation on the matter, we will act on it.

“The plenny bars are great. Easy for lunch. I also like Plenny Shake Active Banana, very tasty. The normal Plenny Shake chocolate was a bit too oaty, but okay. Perhaps I'll try banana next time. Plenny drink is very good, but mostly it feels like not enough. May be a good idea for Jimmy Joy next to the starter box to make a shake tester, so you can try every flavour with only one shake per flavour. And a box with all the flavours from the pots.”

“I tested the shakes in vanilla, lemon pie and pistachio. Verygood products and they didn't taste so artificial as many products on the market do. However, they came without a shaker, okay, but no scoop is frankly a bit borderline. When I mailed the customer service to ask if that was meant to be that way I got no reply. Also I was bombarded with marketing emails before I could even receive the shakes. Not sure it's the best way to retain a customer 😊”
