Usually great though very disappointed to receive the last batch. Though I understand the current supply issues in Europe at the moment and would have been fine being told ahead of time, the current batch tastes revolting. The note mentions texture which is one thing but the taste is entirely different and iit would have been nice to have been told ahead of time as opposed to when the order arrives and nothing can be done.

I wish I could give a better review because the customer service representative was very friendly, but unfortunately my starter box order was delivered late due to supply issues, which wouldn't have been a big deal but then when it finally arrived it was missing a t-shirt, and honestly most of the products taste like shredded cardboard. It's edible. The exception is the Jimmy pots. So far I've only had the creamy Cajun and the Tikka Masala, and both were acceptably tasty, on par with cheaper brands of Asian instant noodles but presumably much healthier, so if I would make a suggestion I'd recommend focusing on improving on and marketing the Jimmy Pots and over the rather uninspiring drinks, bars and shakes, as well as tighten up the supply, packing and delivery pipeline. The branding is fun and attention grabbing though so good job on that as well.

Dear Jimmy Joy team, I've been ordering your products for many years now. However, the last delivery I received was of very poor quality. The texture and the taste of plenty share are very different and frankly speaking disgusting to consume. Has there been a significant process change that could result in the deterioration of the product quality we customers should be made aware of? I think it would be great to know next time before I buy if the products I order are of the same quality I was accustomed to. many thanks Lukasz

Hi Lukasz, Thanks a lot for posting your review first of all. It's never nice to hear from a long-time customer like yourself that you now no longer love what you did before. Checking your recent order you had the Plenny Shake - Coffee in there and we indeed produced a batch with different oats for that flavour that could be the reason you experience a different taste and/or consistency. However, there should have been a flyer included in the order about this temporary change in that case which, guessing from your review, was not included. For this reason, we would like to ask you to check in with us through the Live Chat or love@jimmyjoy.com to check the batch you received and if there's maybe another reason for this in your case. I first tried PlennyShake when they named it Joylent. I started by days with it and it saved me tons of time. I like the taste, the texture, and how easy it is to make a meal. Now that I'm back to Europe again, I decided to try it again and ordered 100€ worth of it. I had it for breakfast for three days in a row, and then started having digestion issues. Stopped for a couple of days and tried one again yesterday – immediately made my stomach upset. Either they have changed the formula (I don't recall soy protein in it, but well, I first tried many years ago), or something has changed in my body. But all in all, I'm not happy with the product now. I blame it all in soy protein, but it is just a guess

Understanding tracking information is more confusing and more layered than the film Inception. So using the recommended app to track : open app and click on jimmy joy order - click on show details - click on tracking number to go to jimmy joy portal - click on tracking number again to go to fed ex - click on track to go to royal mail to be told we have been advised the parcel is on the way to us. Order placed 21st April has just cleared customs today, 3rd May. had I known it would take this long I would not have bothered. Then to rub salt on the wound you ask me to write a review. Surely you can see the same information I can on your website. Probably advisable to wait until your customer has your stuff before asking for a review. I have ordered some other food based items originating in the Netherlands and it was delivered in 4 days with no issues.

Hi Grant, Thanks for taking the effort to post this review even if your point is fair that you have nothing to review yet except for the shipping process. We checked back the journey from processing the order up to this point and found this shipment was indeed delayed several times. When we shipped it, it already was later than it would have been sent out usually due to a backlog on our end at that time. Then, when the order shipped, it was held up again because of public holidays in the Netherlands as well as in the UK. Normally, an order from us to the UK would arrive within a week, taking into account customs. Our apologies for not having been able to get you your shipment within that period, we completely understand this is not the experience you were hoping for with your first order. Hey Team, thanks that you send me the Shaker once again, because the Shaker wasn´t in my Starter Box. I don´t know what went wrong whit this delivery, but I can´t find my package in the store box where DPD should deposit it.. So what can we do in this case? Kind regards, Christoph

Honestly was expecting better, taste I felt was nowwhere close to flavour mentioned, also there is a weird after taste with it like you can feel granules after it you take a sip.

Took almost 2 weeks for shipping. JJ said sorry, was a tec-mistake. Will get out tomorrow latest. Got a message that shipping is announced at DHL. Took another 3 days till pick up. Got over a handful of shakes. Over the half of it doesnt taste like it should or only very very weak (Coffee, Banana, Strawberry...) Small or "regular" shaker is too small in my opinion. Have to fill it up more then the scale can show. Only one spoon: .. Annoying too. The "zipper" of the bags is often tough to close.. Preparing the shake starting with water makes a lot of splashing when putting in the pulver

Hey Dennis, I checked back the delivery, but after you emailed us, we immediately shipped out the package on the 11th and according to the shipping it was delivered 3 days later. I have to be honest the only flavour I liked was the vanilla, which had a rice crispies square taste to it. All the other flavours were just odd and the Hazelnut Coffee was far too strong in taste, not pleasant at all. It's a shame because I really wanted to like them. The company has good ethos but sadly I won't be buying anymore.

Hey Dennis, dit ging inderdaad niet helemaal goed, sorry en erg jammer! De verzendpartij, had nadat je je adres wijzigigde, helaas het label niet helemaal goed geplakt en is je pakket rondjes blijven draaien in het sorteercentrum. Het moment dat we dit hoorden, hebben we meteen je geld teruggestort. Maar erg jammer dat het zo verlopen is.

I really don't like the taste. I've ordered pistachio and coconut, both taste the same just coconut has another smell. The customer Service was awesome. I got my money back without having any problems. So I would give one Star for the Shakes but 5 Stars for the customer Service.
