“Tracksuit is great 👍 2 size 18 jeans with a 2 inch difference in the waist band. 1 fits more like a 14 and the other fits like a 16, and the zip is broke! Delivery was longer than stated but got here on time for my daughters birthday but could only wear the tracksuit so overall disappointing. Its a shame really cus it's nice clothing”

“Ordered something 2 weeks ago for next day delivery Still hasn’t arrived. Only two days ago was I notified of why the delivery was late after emailing 3 times. Was only offered 20% off my next order which I think is pretty appalling as I don’t think I will be ordering again.”

“I purchased cargo trousers and they didn’t fit, so I returned them with the correct form and said I needed a size up for the trousers I bought. I spent £5 returning the item to them, now I have received the returned item except they have sent me the completely wrong thing, they have sent me a jacket when I said I needed a bigger size of cargo trousers. Now I am going to be out of pocket and have to pay my own money again to have the correct size sent to me, making me spent even more of my own money to correct something they did.”

“Very poor website ordered a coat off here about 3 week ago for £80 and didn’t like it so sent it back and followed all the instructions on the policy they then gave me a £80 gift card! Which I didn’t ask for I ask for a straight forward refund and I’ve emailed everyday since and no one has gotten back to me really think this is a scam website now see lots of reviews about them being the same to people just wish I looked at reviews before ordering”

“Been waiting 4 weeks for my order now. Been told 3 times it’s on its way. Should have arrived between 2 and 3 days and they have nothing on social media letting people know how behind they are and how long we are waiting. It’s a joke. Will never be ordering from them again”
