“Ordered 3 items on 31/1/2022. Understandably they took a payment of £92 immediately. No order arrived within 7 days so sent an email to chase. Received an email 9 days after placing the order saying 1 of the 3 items was out of stock…with the option of: waiting till March for restock, credit note or voucher. Replied to say I’d prefer a full refund….No reply! Sent a follow email to chase as no orders have been sent. No reply! Now 18 days since placing the order and JKAttire taking my money and no items received, no replies and no phone numbers to contact them. Guessing this whole site is a scam :-(”

“The sweatshirts exceeded my expectations and i love them. The only problem is the sizing was a bit off but nevertheless will still be wearing. The fit on the cargo bottoms were perfect and again i love them.. My favourite item being the black graphic tshirt with the scorpion print simple design but effective.I also like the individual packaging was a nice touch and just adds to the great quality provided.Overrall had a pleasant experience and will be ordering for JK Attire again 100% :)”

“Absolutely horrendous service you folk offer & supply. Near a month after ordering off your website and still no product. Emailed to tell me you were outta stock, tried to make contact about the product that was out of stock and no one will reply or answer my queries. Honestly one of the worst brands I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t get answers but so quick to take my money. Then have the cheek to ask me for a review instead of just answering my original email”

“Extremely disappointed don't order from these thieves, I placed an order on the 29th December and still have not received it. I have written multiple emails to the company asking when it will be delivered or if I could get a refund or even cancel the order they informed me they could not do that as the items had already been shipped. However, when I had sent another email to get an update they informed me that there was issues and delays with the shipping team so surely that means it hasn't been shipped and they just don't want to cancel my order so they can keep my money. I have emailed back and forward with them around 12 times now and am still no closer to getting a clear answer on how they plan to fix the mistake they have caused. The customer service is also disgraceful, you can tell they barely read your emails and just give you some automated reply in hopes you'll just leave them alone so they can steal your money. I was made aware of a 100% refund policy if items are not delivered in an email from them however when I tried to ask follow up questions about this I was completely blanked along with any other questions I had asked and they only seemed to express any type of care when I had told them I was going to write a complaint yet they still haven't gotten any closer to paying back my money and still continue to tell me they are going to deliver the items soon (bull) even though I have told them I don't want the items I want the money they are stealing. Don't order from this website they will steal from you, blank you, make it out to be your fault and then have the nerve to offer you a discount code as if 25% off a next order makes up for them mugging you off?!?!?!?!?”

“I placed an order over 2 months ago and it never arrived. I sent successive emails to which I never got a response. Do not trust or buy from this brand. They are liars and nothing ever comes home. I paid 60€ and was left without them. They suck, not even 1 star is worth it. I advise you not to buy here! care”

“I payed extra to get my item delivered between 2-3 days and I still haven’t received my item. I have requested a refund and JK Attire have refused and told me that they will send it out shortly, I sill haven’t received after a week. I do not recommend buying from this website. It is fraudulent.”

“Awful customer service. The coat was way too big although my girlfriend is usually a medium she would probably need to be a small or extra small in these coats. Also, we had to pay £15 to return this and now they will not give us a full refund they are only willing to give us a gift card when they only have one coat on the womens section. Absolutely appalling.”

“Purchased an item, arrived in good time to be fair 1-3 days! But it sadly was a completely different order. No response from emails only the Insta page. Matter is still not resolved, no correct items and no refund has been given. Poor, would not recommend.”
