“Products are good, service is not. I received my products, one hoodie was missing. I messaged the support twice and didn’t get a reply. Had to send back a few products, didn’t hear anything from them about the return, didn’t get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this site because the support is very poor and if something doesn’t fit you’re screwed”

“Delivery was longer than it should have been but it was Christmas, I think if they had a better customer service response people would not be as harsh in their reviews , I ordered presents for my daughter for Christmas then looked at reviews online which did worry me after and I did think well that’s money I’m not going see again but in all fairness they did keep me updated on email and they did arrive in time for Christmas the jumper was lovely the jeans too small as no stretch but they looked nice, would order again.”

“Great quality blue Art Of War jeans, however I ordered the same size in the black and the blue. Does not specify that the black are non stretchy and ridiculously small compared to the blue jeans, it’s almost as if the black jeans are 3 sizes smaller than the blue!! Both bought in an 18!!!”

“AVOID!!! Worst retailer I have ever purchased from. Not even worthy of 1 star!! Purchased a size medium top which is not true to size more like x large. Paid for the return postage to exchange early December. Got nothing but generic emails replies saying they are busy and now they are not even responding. I am getting nowhere chasing the exchange or a refund. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but all retailers are in the same position and I have never experienced such poor customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JK ATTIRE simple as that!!”

“Order still hasn’t come after there weeks, hasn’t even been dispatched. Every time I get a response it’s an automated apology, saying it will be sent out soon. Spent £50 + Tracked 2 day delivery, absolute waste of money! Disgusting.”

“Order from them a couple of times and the products are very nice and good quality. Placed my last order with them on 26th November. Shortly after I received an email stating delays in jackets but I will still get my order no later than 10th December. It was shipped on 13th after my first email to customer service but I still haven’t received my order and it the 28th Dec! Us timer service just tell me the same thing when I email telling me to wait a few more days.”

“Where do i start, I placed an order in on the 29/11/21 and ordered a HOODIE and they sent me BOTTOMS. I emailed them and would be waiting couple of days for a response, when i finally get a response they tell me to send it back with my order number and a picture of my receipt from the return at the post office so they can refund it. I’ve done all of that bare in mind the date i sent it back was 13/12/21 and i was hope i’d get the hoodie back in time for christmas. I emailed them back saying ive sent it with a picture of my receipt and 2 weeks passed with no response. I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the ‘customer service’ i received which was bare minimum. Oh and for your information they still haven't emailed me back for my refund and they probably wont.”
