“Very impressed since the first day I decided to send my electronics. Instructions were simple, shipping and return was easy and fast. My Beats work again after being stored for 2 yrs (thinking it was hopeless to fix them since Apple service was $249). Very impressed!!”

“I'm quite happy with the quality of communication throughout the repair service. I didn't find a shipping label from filling out the standard form on the website (checked the spam folder as well as filling it out a second time), so I called and was able to get to a representative. After I shipped my headphones, I got notified and was contacted within the quoted period. The repair service also happened within the quoted period. I got my repaired device back and it's working great. The only aspect I wish would be better was to get a more accurate quote before I shipped the device--maybe have the customer send a picture and describe the problem and have a real person do the estimate instead of standard quote? Thank you!”

“I had trouble getting a shipping label at first, but once I was in communication with the company, everything moved quickly and smoothly. I am very pleased with how fast my headphones were fixed and returned. I did not want to part with these particular ones and apple wanted almost the cost of new headphones to fix them. The price was fair, the shipping was free, the repair was awesome, the communication was great (once I did get in touch with them). I was skeptical at first, but I found positive reviews for them on Facebook, so I took the chance. I am very happy with that choice.”

“Joes GE was fabulous! I called Apple to repair a pair of headphones and was quoted $200. I then went to the internet and found Joe's. I wasn't sure what to think but everything on line seemed professional and the reviews were very good. So I took a chance and was SOOOO happy. The headphones were repaired quickly, I received them back in 10 days, in perfect shape for 1/3 the cost. I will definitely use Joe's again!”

“Joe’s GE provided great service, from help with shipping the Fitbit to them to post service recommendation on how to care for the device to prevent future problems. The Fitbit is like new. Since this is a small item the cost of FedEx added quite a bit to the cost of repair. Finding a bit cheaper shipping method would help justify making repairs like this one over buying new device. It is very difficult to find Fitbit repair services anywhere. Certainly I could not find anyone in Canada to do this. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend Joe’s GE as repair provider. The prices are reasonable, the turnaround time is quick and the customer service is exceptional.
