I shipped my Balmain Beats all the way from Tampa, FL to replace a gold speaker with a black one because I crushed the plastic part. However, they were actually able to restore the gold plastic part very well without having to replace it. The free shipping was very convenient and helpful. The price and the speed of the service can't be beat anywhere else in the world. Absolutely going back to them for Powerbeats servicing. 17/10!

I thought my Fitbit was unrepairable, but took a chance on Joes GE for a repair. From the initial inquiry through getting my Fitbit back repaired, Joes GE was fast, efficient and thorough with their communications! The repair cost was very affordable too. HIGHLY recommend them.

If your anything like me I work hard and all my tools around me.get used, roughly I break my powerbeats 3 on the daily and i have a backup pair. Jose is excellent at repairs and communication before during and after your transactions with them. They explain and magnify specific details on your repair and have great customer service. 5 star company. Nuff said đŸ˜€

I sent in my Apple Watch (screen was broken) and two pairs of wireless beats headphones (just stopped working). I got a quote to repair within 2 days after mailing off my items. If I had a question, I would get a quick response via email. My watch and headphones were fixed and mailed back to me within 7-10 days. Which was perfect timing before my fiancé left on a work vacation. I would highly recommend this company!

I admit to succumbing to skepticism when I read accolades about Joe's Ge online. Hesitantly, I sent my beloved Beats earbuds to Joe's. Within a few days I received an email stating my earbuds were received and under review. Another day or so later, I had a reasonable quote sitting in my Inbox. I initially thought my battery died, but it turned out the missing volume button on my cord was draining my battery so the earbuds would never keep a charge. The cost of my repair was $50, which I found reasonable since I use my earbuds almost daily. The entire process was transparent and quick. After a few days, my Beats arrived, neatly packaged in a padded envelope. I will definitely send my items to Joe's again should the need arise.

Ordered a part on a Friday night but discovered part wasn’t broken a couple of hours later and tried to cancel it on line. Called Saturday morning and left a voice mail to cancel order but part was shipped out anyway that same morning. Joes GE called me Monday morning and apologized for not being able to cancel the order and sent me a return label by email so I could return the part at no cost to me. Now that’s good customer service!
