A Journey of Transformation with the Sequence Team From a young age, I've grappled with weight issues, trying everything from fasting and marathoning to veganism and non-invasive bariatric surgery. Now, at 40, I've finally found something that has genuinely changed my life for the better—my experience with the Sequence team and Zepbound. Throughout this journey, I've been guided by a remarkable group of professionals who were always there to encourage me, work with my pharmacy, and ensure I received the best possible support. Their approach isn't just about losing weight—it's about fostering sustainable health practices that I can maintain long-term. In about four months, I've lost nearly 40 lbs, a testament to their program's efficacy and exceptional support system. I don't mean to set a benchmark or discourage anyone whose results may vary, but rather to highlight the effectiveness of their leadership in my case. The Sequence team's method stands out because it eschews extreme, short-lived tactics in favor of holistic, supportive strategies that have significantly impacted my life. It's a relief to say that, for the first time, I feel genuinely capable of managing my weight effectively without resorting to drastic measures. For anyone struggling with similar issues, I highly encourage you to consider this team. Even if you achieve half of my success, it will likely be one of the best decisions you could make for your health and well-being.

Don’t expect them to have any strategies to navigate insurance or shortages. You are basically paying to interact with a bot that can prescribe medication. Get ready to spend all your free time on the phone with pharmacies and insurance companies.

The clinic team has been so helpful in my weight loss journey. I couldn’t be more pleased with the program. I have lost almost 30 lbs in about 4 months. The program is top notch. After struggling for decades, it’s so nice to finally be able to approach weight loss with a new and successful mind set.

My experience with my Sequence Doctor and support team has been incredible...better than with any of my "face to face" doctors. I have never waited more than 6 hours for a reaponse. I have been a member for 8 months and have reached my goal weight and now working on a maintenance plan. The trick is knowing that this is NOT a phase...it could well be forever, but as long as sequence continues to provide such good care, I'm confident that I can keep a healthy weight and feel great about myself!

They say they have navigators that help get you qualified with your insurance. I have insurance that pays 75% of the cost but sequence refused to deal with them. After refusing to negotiate with my insurance they reminded me I had a 3 month obligation with them that I would have to continue to pay.

You pay a monthly fee of around $100/month and then they aren't able to get you your weight loss shots. You end up being forced to choose a medication, and then it's out of stock. So, then you choose a different medication, and then that is out of stock. They don't prescribe knowing what or if anything is in stock. So, you pay $100 for getting stressed out and not knowing if you are even able to get your weight loss shots.

BUYER BEWARE! I paid $49 for an initial consultation. I had to wait weeks for an appointment and then the night before the appointment, the Clinitian cancelled the appointment. I was scheduled to be charged an additional $99 the next day so I cancelled my subscription. They refused to refund the $49 I paid for a consultation I never received. They do not have a phone number listed anywhere. After going back and forth with them on this, I gave up and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They do not care about customers - only taking money whether or not they provide the service.

Buyer Beware, read their Terms and Conditions!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. Signed up in February, got one prescription of Zepbound (for four weeks in Feb) then out of the drug in March and April though they charged my card $84 for March and $84 for April. Then because it has been over 4 weeks since I did treatment, they wanted me to stay on same dosage. On fifth week, when they found the drug, they wanted me to go 35 miles from my residence for "1" box of Zepound at Publix. I agreed because I wanted to continue on this journey so Sequence transferred my prescription, I called Publix Pharmacy to confirm pickup and they told me it would take 2 weeks for insurance to approve this medication even though it was approved at the Walgreens when I first signed up and got my medication that same day. I canceled my membership and my financial institution will be filing a dispute with Weekend Health Inc. for payment received and services not rendered. They offer no resolution in "good faith" as their terms and conditions state.

My care team Lena and Dr. Kevin Graham have been wonderful in helping me get my script covered by my insurance in a quick and timely manner ! I appreciate all the help .

Their version of helping to find medications is to call one pharmacy in one zip code, and then tell me they failed to find me my medication.

Praise God for this program! I've waited for 20 years to be this size again, to be healthy, to fit in my clothes, for my body not to ache from all the extra weight. I just needed the help that Weight Watchers, Sequence, and Zepbound have given me. They gave me my life back. My mother had a heart attack at 58, her mother died at 47 from diabetes I needed to be healthy. The staff has been top notch, every message I sent was returned in less than a day. Meetings with the dietitians were helpful, the doctor I've worked with walked with me all the way. I am so happy and thank them so much for giving me my life back. I just pray my insurance will continue to help pay for the medication for maintenance dosage.

Took my money with advertising about access to GLP-1, put me on the WW plan that we know is ineffective, put me on Metformin (also largely ineffective) and then “contacted” pharmacies in zip codes I provided but only if I prompted them to do so and never with any results. Basically nothing that I wasn’t already doing myself but charging me for it.

My experience with the program has been nothing short of AMAZING. My care coordinator’s Lenise professionalism and prompt response has been a breath of fresh air. The sequence clinic is a great option for weight loss through Weight Watchers. Affordable, GLP Medication weight loss options were only viable with insurance coverage but The support groups were good, and the communication thread was concise and efficient. My work with the register dietitian was the most helpful. Her name was Melanie and her. support during my weight loss journey has been crucial in helping me cultivate awareness, skills, and tools to manage and foster a healthier relationship with food. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and has helped me explore further the source of my food issues. Her support and accountability along with tools and resources have been so helpful. Other Nutritionist I have work with focus on exactly what I “should “or “should not” eat, as well as tracking, macros, or calories or protein, and she really goes beyond this and focuses more on hunger, cation, food, triggers, coping with emotional eating, cravings, and my overall relationship with food. She is reliable and follows through and appears genuinely interested in what my goals are, and how to support me to get there. I highly recommend her!

I've been using Sequence since mid February. It, combined with ww, is a great program. There is so much support and education. I would not have been able to do this, just with a prescription from my doctor. There is so much more than just a prescription.

DO NOT JOIN!!! this company is nothing but a complete scam. If you go this route, you will be held hostage to their fee's. If you want maintenance or any guidance forget it.. it will cost you. They are slow, and money grabbers. t will cost you 2 months fee's to get one month supply. then when you get to goal weight, you're screwed more and more money. Just go with a company who can provide the script for free with the medicine. otherwise you have to start all over with another company or forever pay to get a prescription.

Its been 2 months and i still get get someone to straighten out my prescription . It takes days for a response from an assistant and about a week from an actual doctor, what a joke

I have to say the Sequence program is wonderful when the process goes smoothly. My 1st month I was prescribed a GLP1 & oral medication; my CC was wonderful she found it right away. (Oral medication included in monthly fee) The oral medication has helped but not as much as the GLP1 [appetite suppression 97%] But— way better than nothing [appetite suppression 67%] *The oral medication is for when GLP1 is not available. Month 2 has been a challenge so far. To start with you can’t request for a refill any earlier than a week before you need it. The request can take 1-2 business days - then the team can help locate a pharmacy that has the Rx. In my case my usual CC was off and I had a substitute CC she was very nice but NO Rx found anywhere. So; as I predicted—the weekend hit and I’m out of my GLP1 for a few days now. I don’t blame WW or Sequence (I believe their hands are tied due to the shortage). I do wish they would find a way to make these medications generic and increase their availability. “Obesity is an epidemic globally > 2.8 million people die from this disease”(WHO: World Health Organization) Now that these meds have been proven to help—why are there such supply and demand issues? Just my thoughts—because I would rather share them instead of eating my feelings. Now I’m going to go workout. Choose wisely and keep things in proportion.

The response times are ridiculous. This is now my third medication switch because of the unavailability of certain medications, dosages, etc. Given this complexity you think they would be able to respond more readily. Its now almost two days since my clinician promised a response and its getting to the weekend. And nobody at Sequence works on the weekend. I would say if you are looking for help in this area, DON'T Choose SEQUENCE.

I did not sign up with Sequence…EVER! I did read thru their email that came to me under the WW heading. It read “Do you qualify?” In order to see if you qualify for the weight loss injections, you do have to put in your credit card #. After reading thru I realized I did not qualify so I backed out my CC. At no time did I agree to their Sequence program!! After being out of town for couple months, hubbs and I were going thru our CC charges and noted $47.19 charged on 2/22, then $99 on 3/22 (all while we were still out of town)! I had joined WW for $12 a month for a yr 12/25/23. What I found out after calling the number listed on my billing, Sequence had in fact “captured” my CC # and made me a “core” member of Sequence!! I was trying to follow WW but had no intention of using Sequence! Certainly not at $99 a month!! After calling Sequence and complaining to a very nice lady in the “resolution” dept., she gave me a website to go to to try to dispute these charges. I had to argue that calling the resolution center should be adequate to resolve and receive a refund for something I never signed up for. So finally she was able to cancel my membership and refund the $99. I was then told the $47.19 charge in Feb. was for a consultation. I NEVER had a consultation!! So for that charge, she had to send the request for a refund to a review board. I will hear back in 3/5 days via phone call. I will complain to my CC company if that money is not refunded! All I can say is BEWARE!! WW has contracted with Sequence to provide a clinician service. That should be a good thing for some people….but Sequence is taking advantage of WW clients and signing them up for Sequence even if clients did not agree to the membership. Sequence is giving WW a bad name!! Plus in order to give me my refund, I was cancelled as a WW member!! I was enjoying the app at $12 a month!! DO I DARE RESIGN WITH WW?? Will Sequence “grab me” and attempt to make me a “ Core” member? IT’S RISKY!! WATCH YOUR BILLING!!
