“Bad service I order from McDonald's and it got cancelled”

“I ordered food from Just Eat at 16:30 I couldn't track the driver, I didn't get any notification, after nearly 2 hours I check to see what was going on, they said my food was delivered at 16:41, what a joke, liars!!! I ended up on a chat room trying to get a refund for nearly 30 mins, passing ridiculous security questions, I am so upset! I went to the restaurant myself at 19:30 and finally managed to eat at 20:00, never again because I just never ate my food from you, I hate you scammers I hope I got my refund by 5 working days 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤”

“I wouldn't even give it a 1 star review. I ordered TGI Friday's from Just Eat, and half the order was missing. Our family were celebrating our parents 30th Wedding Anniversary, and this meal was as part of the meal break. Therefore when we had to contact the restaurant (who had extremely good customer service) they exclaimed Just Eat wouldn't send a driver unless we contacted them. Upon contacting them they said someone would call us back in 48 hours to deal with this! We wanted the rest of our food! They then did not contact myself, so I had to contact them where they then said they would resign in 74 hours! Speaking to them they had the cheek to offer me a £20 refund on a £95 order! Absolute joke to think anyone would accept this. They've caused nothing but agro for myself and completed ruined the night. All they had to do was get a driver to pick up the rest of the order, seems simple really! Awful customer service, even the restaurant themselves described how terrible Just Eat are.”

“Thinking becoming a business partner with just eat ? Think again , the staff are unprofessional, unqualified and with zero communication skills towards costumer ! I have tried to fix my problem and nothing happens, under my post code it’s a different Business Name ( not my business name !) I have tried to fix this as I get 0 !!! Orders , you wan a professional delivery company? Deliveroo ar the best !!! And professional”

“Disgusting service, I'm outraged. I ordered my food 2 hours ago, it's now 3AM and still waiting for my food, but the thing that pisses me off more than anything is that the status on my order is "Delivered" even though of course i didn't get anything. Thieves and robbers. Stay away from just eat, use deliveroo or ubereats”

“Really no stars I'm afraid ... I am greatly disappointed on the response from just eat and the piccolo Mondo in Renfrew, we have spent £35 tonight and the meal ended up over my front door and steps, never even got to open the door without the products being visible on the outside concrete steps. Food was inappropriately packaged resulting in paper bag being sodden which caused food to drop all over. No food and just eat offered refund of just £20 leaving me £15 out of pocket, piccolo Mondo don't want to know”

“Been using just eat for couple of years, service has never been great. one chinese resturant that i was using [ new century ] london, has been getting really poor rating and just eat still allows them to trade on the just eat website. What is the point of leaving honest reviews if your going to allow them to trade on your website? maybe its the charge you charge to the restaurant to trade with you. Please have a little respect for the paying customers that would like nice qualtiy cooked food, after all thats what we pay for”

“The worst Company you could use for a delivery. Took 2 and a half hours to deliver an order, that only took me 20 minutes from phoning the restaurant direct, to delivery, the other day. A bunch of fly by nights and they also took £10 extra from my account on top of the delivery price Answer that one, ya bunch of ripping off cunts?? 🤔🤔🤔”

“My order was not delivered, 4 of us never got any food. As a good will gesture I was offered 15% off of next order. When I ordered the voucher numbers were not recognised so no 15% off. JUST EAT IS JUST A JOKE”

“Ordered food today, app says foods been delivered but it hasn't. Usual story when you contact Just eat it will take 48 hours to investigate then you'll get nothing refunded. Absolutely shocking service from a Mickey Mouse company. Uber Eats are no better”

“To be strongly avoided.Honestly the worst customer service ever received in my life. Twice I have had issues with orders and twice I was made to keep calling them and being passed from person to person with no end on sight. First time my order never arrived , I was told by the just eat representative to make a complaint as they could do nothing for me and when I called them back after two weeks as I had no news I was told that the person had forgotten to raise the complaint. Second time today I have had the restaurant agree to refund me for a bad order and Just eat says they are unable to authorise the refund and to leave a bad review to the restaurant. Go figure, last time I am ever using them.”

“Got food poisoning from a restaurant called London Chef and Co in Sidcup, this was the only food I ate that day and the following morning i got aggressive vomiting and had an ambulance team coming over. The restaurant supervisor was rude and refused to give a refund. Just Eat have been completely useless passing me to an organisation called FSA, claiming that only they can help with refunds. FSA emailed me back a few times to tell me that they don’t handle refunds and that I should contact Just eat and when i told this to just eat again they play dumb and tell me to contact FSA.. horrible service, I had to issue a dispute with my bank for scam. Avoid at all costs!”

“I ordered through the app and when the food didn’t arrive I called the restaurant who had no record of our order ever coming through. The guy said to call Just Eat and what a colossal waste of time that was. No option to speak to an actual human and just directed me to call the restaurant again who couldn’t do anything to help. Also tried the chat on their website but no response there either. Just Eat were happy to take my money instantly but can’t be bothered to reply to several tweets & private messages. A whole week later here I am still waiting for a response & a refund at the very least. Worst company ever, avoid at all costs.”

“I will never use just eat again. Placed an order and app showed it had been delivered which it did not. I rang the company to find out where the order had been delivered and that I would like my food delivered only to be told that it’s been referred to the investigation team and I’d have to wait 72 hrs.”
