“I want a refund sat working in a hospital and no food has been delivered so in work hungry and really annoyed that just eat just fob you off saying the following 1 its been credited to your account (not) 2. We are investigating. 3. Its been delivered (not) 4 im really sorry it will be 10 mins. (2hours ago) Just eat please change your name to just cant be arsed. We take your money but don't fill your tummy. I want a refund asap. Disgraceful behavior you didn't want to know and im over £25 out of pocket you left healthcare workers hungry on a busy shift, I hope your ashamed.”

“Just eat will soon be a company of the past sooner the better. We have used just eat multiple times and on one particular time we had a missing item value of only £5.19. We requested the refund but we're told we would get just eat credit only. We stated that was not acceptable we wanted the refund we payed for a item we did not receive so we wanted the money back for that one item. We had no luck at all. So be aware any problems with your order you will be compensated in credit only to a certain value. Just eat do not hold back on telling you what you will get and certainly do not value your custom. I reckon each advisor makes it up as they go.”

“If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered a mcdonald's off here and the food came and was missing an item, I called just eat and was offered a refund would be fine if someone had something to eat but someone was left with out food. All I wanted was for someone to bring the missing items and was told they couldn't, which is rediculous. I'm really disappointed with this service and I would tell people to use another delivery service if they can.”

“I had the worst experience with Just eat last night. My order was never delivered. I struggled for 3 hours in the night trying to reach their Customer service. They kept me on hold for hours and no one responded. I reached out throught chat function on. their website and no response, In the end, i didn't get my Order and i was charged for it. Vry disappointing, Worst customer service.”

“Ordered some food from Frankie & Bennies on 19/12/20 at 17.20pm, my order status was supposed to be delivered for 17.45pm. However I received an email to say the food had been delivered..... to where I do not know? It wasn't to my address at all. Just eat are refusing to give me a refund despite the phone calls and emails. I have CCTV footage that shows no delivery driver turned up at all and they aren't interested. The customer service is terrible and they're genuinely not bothered. I suppose the bad reviews also on here clearly explains. I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN.”

“DO NOT USE Absolutely shocking how this company trades I do not know. We placed an order said 1 hour wait ok not a problem. 1 hour 30 mins later still says no driver. Call just eat they say they will credit 5 and get our food to us within 10 mins. Another 30 mins passes so now 2 hours late and the app still says trying to find a driver. Call up again to be told they will cancel the order as no drivers. What a joke so 3 hours after placing the order no food. No dinner tonight for us as too late. They just dont care”

“Ordered McDonald's 3 children's meals at 5.40pm still hadn't come at 6.40 PM. Phoned McDonald's blamed just eat waiting for a driver.Tried calling just eat no answer. Food finally turned up at 7.15pm.And I paid £1.99 for delivery. It would of been quicker to drive to Weston super mare to get it and have it by the sea. Shocking service I hope you go bankrupt. You wont have my money again. Avoid Avoid.”

“Honestly the worst takeaway service. A week ago, I purchased some food from my local restaurant and it never arrived. I still haven't yet recieved a refund even after having spoken to several of their members of the costumer care team. Do not purchase from this company, they are out to take your money. I'm extremely fustrated and you'd better off purchase from Uber Eats or Delivaroo. The costumer service is poor, the deliveries are never on time, sometimes the deliveries don't even come! Its not worth it.”

“CON ARTISTS. App said delivered, but food hadn't been delivered. Called up, took 15 mins to get through. They said that because it's been delivered they can't to anything. They have to refer it to investigations team, who will get back to me in 48 hrs. Seriously!!! Now received an email from them saying: "Having investigated this and spoken to the relevant parties, it appears that you order was in fact delivered. In which case, this will require no further action." Wow!! Really!! Cons!!”

“This company is out for every penny I ordered food which was not delivered took them three days to respond then said our sub contracted delivery company said it was delivered so that was the end of it. they will not refund me anything then insinuated I had taken delivery and was just trying it on and are now just plain ignoring me. I have had items missing that they also wouldn't refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL EITHER STEAL YOUR MONEY OR YOUR FOOD”

“We ordered some burgers from a local pub total 51£. The driver couldn't find the address, got mad and on the app said lost contact for 25 min. After that the order status was delivered. We didn't receive the food, made complaint but just eat "investigation team" is insisting that we received the order and we are not entitled to a refund...worst experience ever... totally treated like a liar ...how should I demonstrate that I didn't get the order...”

“My partner ordered take out food 1 hour and a half prior to when it was scheduled to arrive, he ordered it especially for that time becuase I am working nights and only have a 30 minute lunch window. The food was late so I called to cancel and was told to contact Just Eat for a refund, so we attempted to call the customer service number is a range of automated messages with no actual person available to talk to, the chat function it is literally like talking to a robot, my partner called up the restaurant as they marked the order as delivered and becuase of that Just Eat said they need to investigate and thst it will take up to 48 hours, I mean is that a joke, I literally went around in circles and there is no actual human to talk to, I wanted to flag a complaint and was told to give feedback via the app, I suppose that is acceptable when stealing money.”
