Food from the restaurant was great, but after seeing the just eat driver urinating against our back wall was disgusting. I made a complaint and was told they would investigate and get back to me within 48hrs, I've chased many times and nothing it's been over a week!! reference is Ticket ID: 56286881.

Driver threw leaking coffee on my new hallway floor. I can’t get a replacement only a refund which I have to justify. Luckily I took photos for my home insurance. The driver said not my problem as did store. As this not the first time I will no longer use.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered KFC 16/17 days ago and got someone else's food, which was a one-person meal when I had ordered a large sharing bucket for all my children and us for a treat. I was told I could not have food resent and it would take 48 hours to hear from the team that would sort it out for me (for a refund or something). I know it is first world problems but JustEat need a system in place for when you don't get your food, so you can still get what you paid for... We had no money left to order again and my autistic child was distraught that their treat was not coming. Over a week went by and I emailed again to see what was going on. Then I emailed again a few days ago. And still 16 days later, I have not had a refund or reply. I think it is absolutely disgusting. I feel like I have had my money stolen. If a restaurant took your money and did not give you your food or a refund, surely that would be illegal? I am going to look into taking further action.

Worst customer service ever. I take that back, NO customer service. That phone number is a DUD!!! Nobody answers! So I made an order, and their website glitched and cancelled the order as soon as the man arrived. So it looked like I cancelled it, but I didn't. So I tried to contact Just Eat by calling their phone number. They claimed it to be a free number. But I was charged and nobody answered. The Customer Service number just keeps redirecting you back to the website. I needed to speak to someone directly to help me. Someone from the website. But nobody bothered. So I emailed them and heard nothing back. A glitch with payment issues, and glitches should be solved quickly. But nope, they say they'll get back to me maybe tomorrow or the next day? Also I was charged £10+ for the cancellation of my order. I did not cancel it! The website did! I did not click any cancel button. My window was open, I went to the door got my order. Came back to the computer, the MAP on the screen "bumped" and then it just cancelled the order. It's not the fact that it was a glitch or that the order accidentally cancelled. It's that I cannot get in touch with this company. I cannot speak to someone directly. Why emails? Very slow. What is the point in the Customer Service number? If nobody is there? Just Eat basically just wasted my time. And all my money from phone which is Pay As You Go is gone. Because I kept trying to get through to them. Only to find out it kept redirecting me. I will be deleting my account after this issue is resolved. I've had my account for many years. And never once had a glitch where my order is cancelled? How can a order be cancelled when it has just been delivered? Makes no sense! Why did the website allow that to happen? I did NOT press anything on the website. So I am extremely ANGRY that I could not get in touch with Just Eat and have them quickly fix this. I paid for the meal, I wanted it. I got it. But I did not cancel it. And now Just Eat have charged me, and it looks like I "robbed" or "coined" them when I did not. It was YOUR website Just Eat. And the worst part is that Just Eat just haven't bothered respond to me to fix this issue. Should have been solved in seconds. Specially accidents / glitches / web page bouncing / cancelling orders, and then them "refunding" me but at the same time charging me to get a refund. A refund I didn't want. I just wanted them to undo the "cancelled" order. I didn't want it cancelled. I will be deleting my account after this is solved. I've been with them for years. And they dominate the food business, you'd think they would have people on the phone lines. I am very upset. Because I couldn't get anyone from Just Eat to talk to to fix this within a time limit. So now I'm here waiting for a response via their slow email process.

Drivers signal got lost before they even left the restaurant, an hour later and my food had not arrived and what a suprise to find out when i phone customer services that the driver had marked the order as completed and taken my food for themselves. Now i have to sit through an investigation to get my money back for the food someone else ate! Fuming is not a strong enough word! Although customer service was helpful and assured me i will receive my refund after the investigation team has looked into this I will never use this delivery service again. Cant be trusted!

I have ordered 2 cakes, when realized it would take more than an hour, I decided to cancel the order, this was not even ten minutes after placing it, I navigate through my order select not happy and the only quick option I have seems to be the chat, write down my problem to the chat bot and it directs me to an operative after waiting through a few hundreds people, which again makes me explain the whole thing. He then says that my query needs to be handled by a different team, I am already losing my patience, I have already told the bot I wanted to cancel why sending me to someone who can't. Then I wait through 700something more people, another representative comes up, makes me explain the whole thing again, she keeps saying sorry your order is late, I keep explaining that's not the case, I want to cancel, she doesn't seem to get it, for some reason they cannot read previous conversation even though they take the time to do so and to my surprise (not really) it is still the wrong team, they need to pass me to another team to cancel my order. I am really losing it here I tell the lady look you are doing exactly what the other guy did, you are supposed to be the cancellation team, anyway the 3rd genius comes up and he, firstly, in a very patronising way explains step by step what I should do to cancel my order, which is exactly what I did and how I ended up on the chat, meanwhile I told them not bother because we had been an hour on the chat by then and the order was on the way, but they were still investigating, the genius team never rests, meanwhile the order arrives, we eat it, they are still there, nearly 2 hours in, and the guy finally just goes well I have limited options from my side, I can't do anything as the order as arrived. So obviously not happy to have wasted 2 hours of my life after these people, a few days after I call complaining about having received bad customer service, I explain again, they send an email saying they take these things very seriously, they are investigating, I will hear in a couple of days, no one bothers, after 20 days I write another email, after a month another. I got tired now and written again explaining what happened and requesting my account cancellation, no one has cared really no one has tried to actually make things right, but they have acknowledged my request and maybe they will close my account within a month, or not. Who knows with these people

Their customer service is the worst. You have to explain to them at least five time what your problem is before they actually understand what's wrong. I have a £5 credit and I would like to access it, spend it and then cancel my account forever because I can't accept such incompetence.

Myself and 15 year old daughter have contacted you 3 times now given a number which charged a fortune after an amount of time passed and charges on phone built as it not included included in phone contract minutes we spoke online with someone 2 days ago explaining money taken from daughters account twice now in the last 3 weeks was informed supervisor would call still waiting for that call and decided to take this further as who has access to daughters details in your company as no order placed on my daughters account but money taken by yourselfs .Will give 2 days for response which I have given through trust pilot after that I post review and non response where ever I can

Glitch on delivery address, contacted in 2 mins to correct. An hour later marked “delivered” to the original address. This is entirely my fault it seems, and I paid £30 for nothing. Im not going that again, and suggest you don't either.

3 deliveries where it states driver assigned for over an hour. Call justeat to be told they will offer me half of my money back to cancel the ordered like wtf?! Opened PayPal claim instead

This review is based on the last 2 orders placed 1st order - McDonald’s- completely wrong order, must of gotten order mixed up with someone else’s - nothing done about it, just got fobbed off. 2nd order - birch wood farm carvery - placed order, paid £33.48, said driver was out for delivery after a hour, then said lost drivers signal, then said foods arrived when it didn’t, paid £33.48 to sit and wait for nothing, customer service from just eat is beyond shocking, says it can’t help and blocked off chat, phoned customer help line and they hung up. WONT be using them again! If I could score less then I would! Terrible!

Driver called to ask me to come outside and meet him on the street. Fine, no problem, we're still in a pandemic. I get there to find my food scattered across a muddy curbside with zero consideration that what your driver is actually delivering is food. Completely ignored, I ask your bloke if that is really my food sitting there. Again, ignored. After picking my food up off the floor, he turns to me and says "whatever". Whatever!? The audacity of paying you a £2 delivery fee and service charge to have my food thrown on the floor (I know it was thrown, I'll get to this in a minute) and having your driver look at me like I'd kicked his dog and be rude. It wasn't untill he sped off, I felt cold dripping coming from both bags onto my feet and threw the comunal halways. Wicked, not only have I got to deal with your man and his attitude, I have to deal with his lack of care for peoples food AND clean up marks from the communal area. I understand this might 'just' be a macy'ds meal, but i don't think that's the point. Not happy is a bit of an understatment. And to top it off, the soggy foods in the bin and I'm still hungry!

Worst customer service ever! Items missing from my order which the restaurant confirmed on the phone and then refused me a refund. was fobbed off for more than 2 weeks by being told 'another department' was dealing with it' and then 'I would definitely' get a refund' to then 'a supervisor was dealing with it' to then back to 'another department was dealing with it' to then they couldn't do anything. Rubbish. Why waste all my time for all those weeks? Forget just eat and get Deliveroo! Don't waste your time and money. The worst is the amount of my time wasted whilst they pretended to be dealing with it! Just horrible.

JUST AVOID! Delivery takes much longer than it should, and much longer than they estimate it will take on their website. No customer service (they have removed chat support to avoid helping with live orders). Don't waste your money here, go to Deliveroo / UberEats / Anywhere else but them.

You get basically fobbed off anytime you have a problem no matter what that problem is. Food late?? Your problem & your money wasted. Food says delivery time and doesn’t assign driver?? Your problem you have to wait. Food has a hair in?? Okay we will can only refund you for half the cost of the 1 meal with the hair in

Order didn't show up, no way to contact customer service, automated response when marking it as "part of the order is missing" as they don't give the option for none of the order. Still haven't contacted me even though they state in their automated message they would. aparently it takes 7 days to process the refund. As someone who has worked in finance for several years, this is either a lie or mass incompitence - after this experience, probably both

Dear just eat, I’ve honestly tried my best being a loyal customer, on many occasions my problems never get solved. First I got food from McDonald’s and asked ur driver to give me two minutes to get downstairs and he left and returned the food I talked to u lot and ur advisors promise a refund and nothing. Another time I made an order and it delayed and only ur driver to deliver it after my break and another time I made an order u failed to get me a driver I talke to and advisor who offered a 5£ credit on my card and my credit was never put there and wen the food came my order was wrong I never got my drinks and instead was given Coca Cola I never asked for.and to this day no one tries to contact me And one time my order was late as u had no drivers and I called an advisor to cancel my order and he said I was gonna be charged half .. how is it my fault that u have no drivers and I have to pay… my refunds never get returned, my credit was never added u lot are just scums I’ve honestly tried my best to be loyal but u have got the worst service and are scumming ur loyal customers.

Contacted just eat as food was late cold and wrong. Let's just say they have no customer service skills whatsoever ever! These people are a joke! Only issued a partial refund. Wouldn't explain why I couldn't have a full refund as the meals had to thrown in bin. Do not use just eat people you will be disappointed!!
