Worst company which employ the worst possible people who have no responsibly for what they do. Lie about delivering order. Don't speak english. Don't do their jobs properly. Happens all the time. Won't use them again! If they employ the right people this problem wouldn't happen!!

Appalling £40 refused reimbursement Contacting consumer rights Consumers have rights as well as expectations, and deliveries ought to be carried out with due skill and care. This is enshrined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and covers takeaways. It also covers restaurant meals. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods ought to be: Fit for purpose As described Satisfactory quality Services ought to be carried out with due skill and care

2 hours for the food to arrive!! One hour ago the restaurant called us and said the food was ready but there weren't any drivers from Just Eat to pick it up!! What can I say?? 1 hour to assign a driver and you can't complain because there's nothing in the app for that... S**t service and an awful way to finish this day!!! I don't think I will be using them in the future!!

Terrible app, terrible customer service, terrible company. They seem to think I would willingly accept a refund of £0. Your entire business is based on offering convenience but you have seriously inconvenienced me. I'm going back to ordering takeaway the old fashioned way. It's better for everyone except Just Eat and their ilk. Good riddance. We don't need these people.

My order was absolutely lovely and delicious, I picked it up and took it home after eork and my kids loved it and its a lovely place to order from, very clean place. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly as well as family orientated. Will order from there again.

Incorrect food delivered and food missing from order , contacted Wildwood Hereford who agreed and apologised and advised us to contact Just Eat direct as they could not help !, several emails later to Just Eat they are not interested, as decision inline with there policy ( whatever that is ) so basically hard luck we paid for food we did not receive , and they have not replied to my later emails . Terrible customer service , will now avoid at all costs and if you have any order issues good luck with that .

No refund for a delivery that was several hours late, along with a completely spilled drink. Will report to Trading Standards since both of those are a breach of Consumer Rights.

They delivered the completely wrong food my order was 41 pound they sent me one little bag worth about ten and I’ve contacted them they said send photos I did and still nothing been trying to phone them email them still nothing there customer services are a joke stay clear from just eat

An actual disgrace. Not only did they not deliver my food, they also refused a refund afterwards because the restaurant claimed they did. They also claimed they tried to call me to drop it off, yet there wasn't a single missed call or text message. They told me to call the restaurant myself if i wanted a refund and closed out my ticket without a question. Absolutely do not ever use this app.

An absolute nonsense, refusing to refund for items that i have never received. I ordered the food in app it says it's delivered but I didn't receive the order , I asked just eat for help I asked them to give the driver number but they said their just sorry and can't do anything about it.

Får uspiselige mad via JustEat. Klager på maden, og forlangte ny mad eller penge i retur. Får til svar det ikke er muligt fordi resturanten siger dette er mitt problem. Kundeservice medarbejdere Zakaria siger JustEat står inde for kvaliteten. Noget jeg virkelig ikke kan forstå. Hvordan er det mitt problem? Hvordan kan jeg ha ødelagt maden selv? Svar mig gærne på det her så alle kan læse det. Spar jer selv og slett JustEat appen umiddelbart

On the 7th March we ordered £30 worth of food for our kids as it was my youngest birthday meal of choice (order number 1938662757). An order arrived quickly but it was only £10 worth of food and order number 51958. Driver took off quickly so we couldn't alert him. I made a complaint and took a picture of the unopened food bags and receipt including date, time, order number etc... I then reordered the same food (1938723095 which took over an hour to arrive. The driver said there were no burger patties apparently!). I've been told by Just Eat that, despite sending a picture of the wrong order receipt as they request, it is not proof enough that my order was not delivered. How am I supposed to evidence something that didn't arrive!? I have sent screen shots of my bank transactions and just eat orders but nope, it's not enough proof! So, they think it's OK for me to spend £60 on food to have only £40 worth even though £10 of it was not mine!! It's been reviewed twice by 2 different members of staff apparently (I could name and shame but it should be on your records who they are!). What were they reviewing exactly as it doesn't look like it was order numbers, just eat accounts or the actual details on the receipt sent!! That order was not meant for my address, it should be totally plain to see on my just eat account and, as for trying to prove food didn't arrive, I'll send pic next time of the space next to the wrong order on my kitchen counter and my kids sad faces! Give me my refund you awful scamming company!!

I ordered a takeaway from the New Paradise Restaurant in Wakefield. The delivery driver firstly nearly knocked the door down he knocked so hard – threw the food at us and left. When we opened the food, which was a Donner kebab in pitta bread and a tray of Donner meat for myself and my husband, it looked like something you wouldn’t feed to an animal. It couldn’t be called kebab meat, it resembled something like shoe leather and was cold. My husband rang the restaurant and asked them to come take the food back as it wasn’t edible which they refused to do as they said it wasn’t any good to anyone else now. I’ve just had a live chat with Just Eat and explained the situation to be told they could issue me a refund of £4.95. The food cost £14.30 and had to be put straight in the bin which in my opinion doesn’t seem right.

I had the worst experience with JustEat and the restaurant Pepes. I placed an order and paid for my food, but it was never delivered. When I reached out to JustEat and the restaurant, they did nothing to rectify the situation or offer me a refund. To make matters worse, their drivers don't even confirm the location or name of the customer, which is a massive concern. They simply drop the food off and take no responsibility for any issues that may arise. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer's money and satisfaction. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and service from JustEat and Pepes. I paid for food that I never received, and the company refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. I would never use their service again and would advise others to steer clear as well.
