1.1 rating on Trustpilot. You are not trustworthy, born purely out of poor customer service and no care. You can keep my £32 with utter contempt. The sooner the lazy public wakes up and realises there's a better way to order rubbish comfort food other than your platform the sooner you (with with any luck) disappear

They refuse refunds when food doesn't arrive, even if you send evidence . They are rude when you complain to them.

Absolutely disgusting will never use these again ordered takeaway the was a problem at the takeaway end machine was down the told me to cancel will get a refund robbed £21.96 from me didn't receive my refund will not use just eat ever again or order from the takeaway either

Extremely poor customer service. If anything goes wrong with an order, first you can't call anyone, then you have to wait for over a week for any reply. Then after all that they most likely will find a reason to dismiss your complaint and close the case with no chance of looking into it no matter how much you try. Super arrogant policy, they don't care about any value of keeping customers.

I ordered using the Just Eat app and spent almost £30 including delivery charges. 1. The food arrived over an hour late. 2. The food arrived cold to the touch. 3. The pancake rolls and prawn toast were soggy instead of crispy. 4. The rice, noodles and all the meat dishes were stone cold. 5. The food was Chinese and this type of food, when reheated, is no good. The food was thrown away. I was given a half hearted apology from one of the agents. She explained a refund of £[9.63 would be processed. I queried if the [ that she accidently put was a 1 or a 2 and I would like this dealt with via a manager because I was already feeling distressed with the whole situation. Another agent replied to my response stating the refund has been issued for £9.63 and this is in line with their "cold food" policy. I was not happy with this outcome so I sent another email explaining I want this to be exalated to a manager and I want a full refund due to the food being inedible. Matthew Smith who claims to be a supervisor, says the decision was correct and if I reply again nothing will be done about it. I received this email just now. I will be taking this further though. Your customer has told you the food was not fit for consumption and all I have been offered is a quarter of my money back? I spent £29.50 and only received £9.63 back! I will be taking this further. This is unacceptable.

Earlswood mcdonalds absolutely disgusting! Half the food turned up what did was stone cold !!! When they received a call to say food was missing. Was told call just eat as not our fault delivery drivers steal the food !!!!!!

I used to order through Just Eat on a regular basis without any problems. However, about six weeks ago they started rejecting my credit card payments for no apparent reason. I also tried using Paypal but this was also refused. What is going on? are Just Eat just going into meltdown? From now on I will be ordering directly from restaurants or via Deliveroo.

If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. Orders never delivered when the app says they have, when emailing them to state this I was told as I had complained before because it had happened in the past I will not receive a refund/credit. (Not that I’d want credit as I will never use them again!!) Customer service team are so unhelpful and honestly the most outrageous I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Just Eat and use Uber eats or Deliveroo, never had a problem with these.

They sent me the wrong order without a receipt. I had to put it in the bin and request a refund immediately. The customer advisor “David G” refused to assist so as his team leader “Toni L” which was absolutely a shameful behaviour. I was literally robbed of my money.

They just take your money and run. Food delivered looks like it is for animals drinks spilled ...wrong items ...unhigenic. .missing items. And while you ask them for help they trying to make out as it's my fault Hope this company of crooks collapse soon

THIEVES! One word to describe this company - THIEVES! They mark your orders down as delivered & completed but never actually deliver them. It is impossible to contact them as they don't respond. Don't waste your time with this scam of a company.

After ordering my food and receiving a notification that the driver was at the restaurant "it wont be long now" I waited a further hour for the food to arrive. On opening the food it was as to be expected stone cold soggy fries cold burgers and even the milkshake melted. I reported this via the app and there ensued my first experience with the abysmal customer service offered by Just Eat. Despite my order costing almost £20.00 they were happy to refund me £5.00 credit to my Account as per their Internal Cold Food policy which was about as mych use to me as a chocolate tea cup the family still needed to be fed and the food delivered suffice to say went straight in the bin and I ordered something else which was delivered on time and still very warm. Not through Just Eat I might add. Not happy still with the offered solution I asked for Just Eat to confirm the time the driver collected the food, the time it was marked as delivered and if they could explain as to why the food wasnt delivered in a warm bag but just in the packaging it left the restaurant. Four emails later to four seperate operaters I still never got any answers to my, what I thought were reasonable questions, just the same stock email from all of them Blah Blah this is is line with our inhouse cold food policy !!! WHat a Joke . . suffice to say Just eat account subsequently cancelled and happy to report now using Deliveroo that as yet have been faultless. Shame on you Just Eat !!!

I have now realised that 9.9 times out of 10 it is only bad restaurants that use just eat. The good ones rely on word of mouth and regular custom. Just eat yesterday refused to refund me for a nearly 30.00 meal that was inedible. An they came back with that's the restaurants style of cooking! Being that I complained about cold food, about the ribs and chicken barely having any meat and a soggy disgusting batter. At this time I am deleting the just eat app. You have lost another customer! Wastes of space robbers!

i ordered today groceries through just-eat. On their website it kept saying that the driver is at store waiting to pick up my order. this was for ages!. no map opened to see if the driver was coming to me with my groceries. over 1 hour passed and i refreshed the just-eat page and it stated DELIVERED although it was not delivered!!! i called asda leyton and its automated message told me to seek help through the webste. i called just0eat and again an automated message stated to see help online. i emailed just eat and i got an automated email stating that upon reviewing my account and orders history they cannot issue me a refund!!! i went to live chat on just-eat and i was told the same automated message. I asked proof of delivery and courier/driver contact details and i was not given any. in my order the driver has my mobile number AND detailed instructions how to find my flat. so,how incompetent someone must be to not deliver me my groceries????? so, i am in bed after a big surgery, i cant go out to shop, i am diabetic so i need to eat and i dont have my groceries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just-eat are thieves!

Customer service must improve. I used the app few times and food came most of the time cold and twice the order was wrong. I reported to Customer service and nothing was done. Don't count on any refund or that the problem will be fixed. Would not recommend this app.

HUSSAIN SABER EMAILWD ME 2 DAYS OGO REGARDING MY ORDER I OKACED LAST SATURDAY!IT WAS PAID FOR AND THEN CANCELLED 5 MINS BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED THE PROOF OF STATUS IS ON JUST EAT APP/EMAIL AND TEXT WHOCH HUSSAIN SABER HAS HE EMAILED ME PRKMISING MY FULL REFUND OF £15.66 WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF HIS EMAIL ON THE 18/10 !OVER 50 HOUTS LATER STILL NO REDUND !!!!!HE IS ABSOLUTELY PIG IGNORANT I HAVE SENY UP TO NOW 13 EMAILS AND HE HAS IGNORED EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I HAVE,SENT!!!!!!HE PROMISED ME MY MONEY BACK AFTER CHARGING MY CARD EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED ON SATURDAY AND STILL THE REFUND HE PROMISED HAS NOT HIT MY BANK NOW JUST EAT HAVE A POLICY IN WHICH THEY ARE BREACHING HUSSAON SABER HAS PROMISED MY FULL REFUN THEN IGNORED ALL CONTATC SINCE SO I HAVE NOW CONTACTED A LOCAL SOLICITOR TO TAKE COURT PROCEEDINGS INTO THIS MATTER THEY ARE IN TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND ALLOW THIS WHO IN EARTH DOES HUSSAIN SABER THINK HE IS PROMISING MY TEFUND THEM NOT GICING IT TO ME THEN TO IGNORE ALL 14 EMAILS IS BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS AMD DISGUSTING HE NEEDS SACKING !!!!!

My order ref: 1801367769 Placed an order for delivery from Burger King Eastbourne with Just Eat, three large meals, with fries and drinks, totalling £36.47. Just Eat driver turned up with one bag with two small burgers and two drinks, with a receipt showing the three meals I'd actually ordered, I pointed ou to him that you couldn't fit three large meals in the bag he had and rejected the order. Moments later the Just Eat 'site showed my order as delivered. I contacted the immediatley and got an automated response. Four days later I've received and email from Just Eat refusing my refund! I had no food and they expect to keep my £36.47. Absolute charlatans. No phone number to call, no official complaints process on their website either.
