“Virginia tobacco is the worst tasting flavor ever. The device itself has absolutely no draw. I cannot believe they cost so much. I should receive my money back but I can't. I am disgusted and disappointed. DO NOT BUY!”

“Delivery - I had paid for next day delivery (I ordered before 19:00). I did not receive till 5 business days later. Packaging - they use an unnecessary amount of packaging. (Think of each pod you are throwing away after using). Battery - awful. JUUL claim battery last 200 puffs (or about a day). I have not noticed this at all. The battery typically lasts 4-6 hours; pods last about a day (so two charges per pod, at least). Economy - these aren’t economical at all; if you’re a regular smoker, you can expect to go through a pod a day. This works out to just under £25 a week. Overall - good taste, looks good, feels good. However, the terrible battery and the even worse economy mean I will be switching to another product.”

“I have bought two in the last 8 months. The charge doesn’t last long. The draw and vapor smoke is weak. I’m switching to a more expensive vape pen. This juul is not worth the money. I’m throwing mine out. I don’t recommend this device!!”

“You can't buy pods in any other flavor than Tobacco and mint (which both are awful) anywhere except their website. Trying to start an account with them is impossible! The age verification process doesn't work, three of us over 40 have tried and it just doesn't work. Their customer service is a joke, they blame it on another company and tell you to use a passport instead. I'll just switch to another brand of vape to avoid juul's lack of customer service.”

“You people complaining that it doesnt last very long... smoke the way u would smoke a cigarette. Dang, all ths hospitalization over vaping. Damn dummies arent suppose to take a Full Breath filled wth vape! U dont smoke a cig. or anything like that. Why vape like that? Smoking is not a contest of who can exhale th most smoke.”

“I am a recent user of Juul after trying numerous other vaping systems and I'm very impressed. The build quality is excellent as is the presentation (right down to the packaging). No messy filling with sometimes dubious liquids coupled with quick delivery and, on the one occasion I've needed them, brilliant customer service makes the whole experience better than good.”

“I am on my 6th Juul. This product has a shelf life of 2-6 months. The pods WILL leak. It’s easy to clean, but eventually they will die on you. That’s what they do. It’s a shame the costs are so high for the stick and pods. I gave it 2 stars and not 1 star because it serves a purpose. I just wish the company listens to the messages in all the reviews and make changes in their pod design and lowers it’s costs. I will definitely jump to another brand once I find 1 that is not flawed and is at a fair price.”

“I placed an Express order that has one to two shipping days and yet the amount of time between my order and when I will actually allegedly get my product will be about 5 days additionally they refused to refund the express shipping fees I've been a loyal customer for a while maybe it's time to consider another product”

“I coughed alot more in the month I used it and it actually seemed to make things worse aft the first , uh , prob 10 days then wow it was bad. couldn't take a deep breath and had continuous coughing and my family said finally mom you r much worse then before.”

“Long story short, bought one, was defective, didnt keep receipt so i was told i couldnt return it, so bought another and week later guess what? Yep you guessed it the device malfunctioned, kept the reciept this time to then be told i couldnt return it because it was opened, so im out almost $50 and stuck with two garbage devices”

“Good thing isJuul has helped me quit cigarettes, it has been 4 weeks. Bad thing is, i can feel the side effects of this product..get a weird sore throat, and get very light headed after using it. So many scary things on the news about this product every day I called1-800-quit now..they are sending free Nicorette gum .”

“I bought 2 devices for me and my wife spent crazy money to think we could get off ciggs and these company is just a money market company the juul devises had issues the one was put on charge and the one worked 10 min and would not take charge the other one got so hot when wife used it she tought it catch fire pods leak dont waste your money its a scam ..”

“Been a smoker for 30+ years. This tiny thing is amazingly good. I’ve tried vapor pens and builds before but this tiny thing is consistently good. For the children out there complaining about not getting a decent pull, this device is not meant for your stupid vaping competitions. It’s meant to substitute a cig. Personally, I barley have to take a pill and plenty of smoke comes out. Great product!”

“I smoked cigarettes for the last 9 years. I felt I absolutely had to have them daily. Bought a juul 3 weeks ago. I finished the pack I had but only in the mornings with my coffee. I love the juul because you can hold it somewhat like a cigarette and it tricks my brain to think I'm holding a cigarette. I use juul compatible pods. Some leak, one didn't work at all but I cleaned the inside of my juul and it started working. With everything there are some flaws, but I haven't smoked a cigarette in almost 3 weeks and I love it. I love not smelling like smoke going to my kids school.”

“Waste of money. I have owned mine for less then a month and have had problems from day one. Can’t get a hit until I have sucked so hard my head hurts. The pods leak all over in my mouth. Where I purchased it they are not helpful. Won’t even stay charged for a full day. Very disappointed”
