I have smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. I have tried everything to quit and nothing worked until I found JUUL. So, why the 1 star? They are now bowing down willingly to the pushback they are getting regarding minors using them. I like the Creme Brulee and classic Tobacco and can't find those anywhere. I make multiple stops to find them and still no luck. I went online and they are way too expensive and take forever to ship. Tonight, I will stop at the smoke shop where I bought it for a full refund and find another alternative. Thanks for bailing on your intended buyers out of fear that minors ILLEGALLY purchase and use them. You know, because only minors like flavor. SMH.

I smoke only occasionally. Generally after work in the afternoon. I have tried a few different e cigarettes so thought I would try Juul. In a pack of four pods ($24.95) and buying the device ($29.95), which I thought was a lot of $, I found the 1st pod to be very very strong nicotine, the second pod was WAY less, and third pod was in the middle. I did find Juul to be a very high nicotine content generally. Way too strong for me thanks. Very addicting. And my lungs were not happy with me so I tossed the whole apparatus in the trash. I do not recommend for quitting smoking. WAY too strong thanks. I am sure the business model will thrive however once more folks become addicted to it. I understand it will soon become available online only. Done.

I was only mildly intrigued about JUUL when I first heard their commercials. But I bought one anyway, after a time, when I decided I needed a change in my legal drug intake. Here is my bullet-point review: * I like the "elongated stick-of-gum" design. It doesn't recreate the muscle memory of smoking actual cigarettes, but I quickly adapted to the new "hand to mouth" physics that we all crave. * You will easily form an all-new unhealthy somatic habit, until JUUL finally starts producing zero-nicotine pods, which I would love to see, which would eliminate the unhealthful nicotine portion in the juice. After all, part of the JUUL advertising is that they are presenting a more healthful product--in other words, less harmful. Simply giving us a non-tar supplement should be only the first step in their campaign in helping smokers make better choices. (This is assuming the people at JUUL aren't just the modern-day people killers, as opposed to, say, Marlboro and American Spirit.) * I found the JUUL pod juice to be a difficult adaptation. I kept coughing up a storm every time I "took a hit" off the pod. Eventually, my throat adapted to the new way of introducing nicotine into my body. The experience is pleasurable now. * The unit I bought (the handle and the battery) came with an imperfection. I found that I have to use my thumb to "smash" the pod firmly into the slot to get it to work. Perhaps, after so many instances of pulling out a pod and replacing it with a fresh one, the latches that hold the pod firmly in place have weakened. I've owned my unit for less than a year. My suggestion is: before the JUUL company decides to raise its prices, it should perfect the unit AND the pods. * I find that the heating element in the pod itself is imperfect. I applaud the concept of getting a new heating element every time you replace the pod, but in order to achieve this goal, the JUUL company has decided (perhaps necessarily) to implant weaker heating elements in their pods. (I have vaped dozens of JUUL pods. Only one of them malfunctioned and wouldn't produce mist at all. But once was too much for my tastes.) Often, when I take a puff, I wonder if the heating element is malfunctioning. Just when I think my unit has broken (my inhalation comes up empty), I pull out the pod, flip it around, re-insert it, and take another puff. It (usually) puffs fine. Perhaps I need to clean the contact points of the unit and the pod. Some of this complaint might be my own fault. * When I first started vaping with JUUL, the four-pod price in the average convenience store was approximately $32 after tax. I found a liquor store that sold them for about $22. The JUUL website (once upon a time) sold them for about $16. But they raised their price right before I tried to order from them. I was bummed; I cancelled the order. * Is an $8.00 pod, a $5.50 pod, or $4.00 pod worth the money, as compared to the national average price of a pack of cigarettes (6 or 7 dollars)? I've read online that the pod is the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes. It doesn't feel that way. Each pod, to me, is the same as half a pack. But then again, when I'm smoking an actual cigarette, I set it down, whereupon it burns aimlessly. A JUUL pod does not burn. It waits until I need it, thus prolonging the time that the pod is planted in the unit. The actual "burn" has much to do with how often I puff it. * I myself want the $4.00 price. The $5.50 price is borderline. At "$8 a pack," even though it's a saving on actual cigarettes and potential medical bills, I find myself preferring other vaping methods. For one thing, with a non-JUUL product, I can choose no-nicotine juice. For another thing, I end up spending much less money when JUUL isn't a part of the equation. * The unit comes with a battery that flashes a green light when full and a white light otherwise. At least that's how mine works. I have never tested the battery life. I hear it's about a pod's worth. Whenever I take a puff, I replace the unit in the ingenious flash drive "tray." As I write this, the unit is plugged into my laptop flash drive slot, about two inches from my left pinkie. It stands proudly like an erect building, awaiting my fingers to grab it, remove it from its magnetic base, take a puff, and replace it. . . until the next puff. * This is the first vaping device that has been especially easy for me to use. I like that. But it's too easy, too. I find that I ingest more nicotine by this method. Again: JUUL, please offer your existing line of flavors without nicotine. You have convinced me that this is a better alternative, but you need to drop the other shoe. I don't care if you lose a smidgeon of profit here. OFFER 0-NICOTINE PODS. Live up to your implicit promise. Thank you for reading this.

My initial order The trial pack went great. I thought a little pricey but hey I loved my markten so why not give Juul a try. Well of course i had such a great experience with my first draw to the last of my trial pods. Ordered new pods, and since then all went down hill. I bought alot of 4 pack pods so I would have back up. Omg the cucumber was nasty in the new shipment, the pods leaked, some were yellow juice some tinted juice, most of all my pods were useless. No vape, bad hits like sucking air. (yes even after checking for bubbles) Customer service was great and replaced them all, this time I said No cucumber. SAME ISSUE. Leaky pods, pods that lasted maybe a half day, my battery decided to fail etc etc. I have the warranty but unless I send the battery back first, I cant get a replacement. Or I could spend $40+ to buy a new one. But then I cant return that one. So i loose 40 bucks anyways to get a replacement. NOPE not gonna do that. I mean I trust them enough to send my money first and then get my pods. The issue is I have nothing for in between the return process. So I'm stuck with a half assed battery and pods (which are useless most of the time) Looking for a whole new set up again!!! Very FRUSTRATED

Ordered the Apple Blossom as it sounded amazing....... It had all the sense of something I may have smelt two weeks ago! No flavour. As you get into he pod there is a faint apple smell but no taste. I ordered these pods and paid £2 delivery.serious disappointment. The Mango pods are good but low nicotine compared to US pods. This will be a 'back up' vape sad face sad face white noise......

I have been using Juul for a couple of months and at first I absolutely loved the product and happily recommended it everyone that I came in contact with. However, it has become very frustrating using the product as my battery doesn’t last more than an hour so I have to travel with a portable battery to charge when I am out, which is not ideal at all. Furthermore, in the last few purchases, the pods that I use leak so I end up with an awful taste in my mouth due to the liquid leaking into my mouth. This is unfortunate because I was once a very happy customer and highly recommend the product.

Be careful with Juul auto shipping after they bait users with a free unit. To cancel, it costs $70. I needed to cancel because Juul makes me cough a lot and my morning urine smells like Juul. Not good health wise. Hope people read the independent reviews before purchasing.

Can't believe all the poor reviews of this product. I bought the Juul not to quit smoking but to reduce my smoking, one cig then I would vape. Got to the point where I enjoyed the Juul more than smoking, quit cigs 2 months ago.

So I thought the initial starter pack was an ok deal. Was going to order another pod pack. Just ONE pack totals to almost $35 after shipping and other fees. Tell me, how this is even reasonable? Will have to go somewhere else that is more affordable because that is ridiculous.

THEIR WEBSITE SUCKS!!!! you can not submit feedback. they offer free pack if you order 5 on order & dont send you the 6th pack. leaky products and way over priced!!!! They want you to get hooked, spend the money & thats it. Going back to vapes where you can lower the nicotine and it doesnt leak so you have to buy more.

I have used juul for a year now. At first it was great, but then it wasn't. 1. they should have less options on nicotine for customers who want to quit all nicotine. 2. They are not shipping products that they say they will on website plus the products are faulty. I ALWAYS get a bunch of leaky pods that run out fast or need to be thrown away. I have started to wonder if this is a scam for overpriced product that doesnt work. I will be going back to my "old school" vaping from now on.

The reviews on their website are of course great! just so you know the lie about ALL of their promotions and coupons! Always have an excuse why you weren't eligible for that coupon or promotion when it's clearly stated on the add you are. customer service is a JOKE! The only reason I order online is because they stopped selling mango at the stores!

This review is based purely on their Auto-Ship option. It clearly states on their website in nice, big letters Cancel Anytime * No Commitment * No Fees. This is a lie, I signed up for the auto-ship and one month in I realized that what I was ordering wasn't enough for a month so I went to update it. It wouldn't let me update, okay maybe something was wrong with their website at the time so I contacted support. "We're sorry but your auto-ship is under commitment right now and you cannot update it until the commitment has been reached". SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! it says on the signup page for Auto-Ship that there is no commitment. If you're fine with being lied too then just make sure you select the right amount and the exact pods you would like cause you wont be able to change it for at least 3 months.
