Avoid this company at all costs. Goods are either damaged or never turn up. No communication you have to chase and wait for 30mins each time on the phone. Takes an age for a refund 2 months and still waiting, absolutely shocking that companies like this can be so bad and still be open for business. Don't waste your time and money on them.

I ordered a fleece jacket at full price. The quality was poor. I stated this on return. But they've had the cheek to charge me the postage, Iv rung them and they don't want to know. I told them never to contact me again the stuffs rubbish and the prices are so high.

Kaleidoscope offer 10% & 20% discount on purchases but they dont honour it. Tried 3 times to order a BBQ and no discount would apply, when the offer included garden items. False Advertising which is illegal.

Good delivery but returns policy very vague. A return label is there to attach but no bar code for return cost. Item was delivered to Hermes parcel shop who were unable to help Re postage for return????

As a positive beginning I award 1 star because my order arrived, it went dramatically down from here. I returned all bar 1 item, the kaleidoscope courier did not collect the returns, kaleidoscope rebooked and then added a late return fee of almost £5 per item (£45). They told me this would be removed and I paid for my item. I have made over 10 long calls, spoken to many people, at least 4 emails and yet every month I am charged for not making payments. The bill has been over £120, reduced and added again. Round and round I go! Every month it’s a new promise to remove the fees. Repeat, repeat…. Don’t spend your money here, it’s not worth the hassle. I am 6 months on and no closer to a resolution. The only reason I keep trying to sort it out is because my husband and I are self employed and I can not afford bad credit. Some of their staff lie, some are lazy and others do nothing.

Don’t waste your time or money. Order was consistently delayed, promises that it would arrive and then delayed again. Rubbish company, don’t bother!!

Dreadful company,after waiting six weeks for an item which they wouldn't let me cancel, it was too small, you then have to book a return cant do it by post .When the courier turned up I had no bar code for return.Phoned again and you can't download a bar code they have to send it out by post and then you have to book a courier again .Its ludicrous and all designed to make you out of time for returns and then there are charges,I will never use this company again

I have dealt with this Company for many years and have always found them great to deal with. Especially their returns policy which is one of the best. I give them 5 stars as it is the best I can give them. I will always go to their site first if I need anything as I know if it doesn’t suit I can send it back by courier for free x

My account is totally wrong and I have spoken to 5 different customer service agents - spent an hour and a half on the phone and sent 2 emails and my account is still wrong. Hopeless!

My wife wanted to rder some tops, got as far as opening account then found they did not recognise her password. After a couple of attempts to log in, found they had frozen her out due to too many attempts. Now purchased from elsewhere with far less hassle. Buyers beware.

I was not happy with the service I have received. I am having problem with them refunding money that is credited from my Kaleidoscope account which over payment was made before the closing balance to be transfer to my Bank account. My Kaleidoscope account balance is £0.00 I was told before, that the money had been transferred. Today on the 14/4/2021 I contacted customer service again and was told it had not been transferred and have to pay a minimum payment of £20 I could not believe what I was hearing I spoke to customer service in South Africa. For all of us as customers why do we have to call customer service over Sea`s when the head office is in Bradford UK. calls to these numbers are expensive especially using mobile phone. I am going to close the account after this has sorted.

I recently ordered 5 items of ladies clothing and found they are all good quality and I'm very satisfied with them. I had not ordered anything for several months and having read some of the critical reviews I wondered if the company had changed. As I said I am pleased with the items. A couple of them could have been bought from Monsoon at exactly the same price.

Since February was waiting for my order. Contacted Customer service. Promised on March 10. Received another email, telling me it may be shipped in April. If you have no stock, what is the point to offer? Promised it will be shipped within 24-48 hrs, but not in 2 months.

I made online purchase with this company I did not receive my parcel no email no message no phone call nothing awful service I won't be using this company anymore I demand full refund not happy at all very unprofessional

Watch out I’ve found at least 3 websites for other companies all using the same layout selling similar products. Seems dodgy and judging from the reviews on here would avoid all!

Paid just over £200. The delivery was late. When I rung up they said it had actually been cancelled. No email no phone call to let me know. Won't be using them again

I am now AT THE END OF MY TETHER re an item for return that has been in our UNLOCKED enclosed porch awaiting collection for almost a FORTNIGHT !! I've contacted the UNhelpful help line to discover why this is and each time I've been told it WOULD be collected in a day or two's time.....It's STILLin the porch. I admit that I have been told that the cost of the item will not now be charged on the next statement .But as a longstanding customer I've now lost faith in their returns policy . And I shall think twice about ordering from them in future.

I used your company for the first time to order a guitar and found the service incredibly poor. I placed an order for a guitar on the 15/11, which I wanted to buy as a gift for a friend on his birthday. On the site it said delivery would take up to 5 days. After 5 days the guitar never came and a notice was up on the tracking site asking to contact customer services, which I did. The assistant said the site cannot guarantee delivery, and refused to take any responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution accept that I wait. Several days later I was informed by the item tracking site that the guitar would arrive on the 27/11. More than 10 days after the promised delivery time. Yet, again the item never arrived and I was again asked to query by calling the specified number. When I called the customer representative they couldn't answer the basic question of when (if ever) will I receive my item. I received an email today stating that the item 'should' arrive by the 7/12 , 22 days after my order and 17 days longer than promised on the site! To me that's incredibly bad service. Obviously, you cannot use this site if you need an item at a particular time, such as a birthday or Christmas gift. It's been a very disappointing experience, and I wish I'd read some of the other reviews here before buying and avoided myself such an experience.

I ordered a parasol and base at the end of May. The parasol took weeks to arrive, the base never did. I checked my account June and July I even called them and was told it's not yet in stock and it told me it was not yet available. This went on for weeks. Now it says its been dispatched but I haven't got it. Now I'm being quoted a 90 day cutoff to ask for delivery. Of course they have cleared all the notifications on my account to prove the date of dispatch and refuse to discuss over email. I have to write to someone. Really??
