I ordered a pair of socks for £4. The socks seem ok but had a big pink sticker 2 for £6. They had come from the sports direct shop. I know SD owns karinore but to realise I had lost £2 plus postage and packaging seems a off.

Whilst the products were as described the delivery for which I paid next day delivery price was lousy. The driver put that he attempted a delivery and when you looked into it you said Hermes thought it was restricted access. I have a wide open drive leading to my door! So my parcel was delivered two days later with no apology or offer of delivery refund (still the same drive). A deliver service which is poor and made Karrimor look bad.

unfortunately although i was buying identical sandals to sandals i had bought previously the size came up fractionally smaller making them unwearable and one of the straps was in a poor condition

My Boots are clearly seconds with the mouldings and patches all off position on one shoe. They don't match.

I was not told or did not see any information about when my shoes were in Thailand i now have to pay 30% Duty and 7% VAT ,this has made my shoes ,sandals very expensive .I will not order any thing again as it makes it to expensive will all the hidden extra costs i have to pay.

Paid for next day delivery at about 3am on a Monday morning, stayed in waiting all day Tuesday and the order arrived Wednesday at 5pm.

I have bought karrimor sandals before and been happy with them. I need a broad fitting and they usually fit the bill. However this time, both sets of sandals I ordered were really narrow which was not clear from the advertising. The ordering and delivery were really efficient, just the product was no use to me.

I have to say that this automated email cancelling one item is not very customer focused. It could have said "we are rally sorry Mr Puffer, but our stock levels are low and at this time we are unable to process your order in full. Would you like us to cancel the order, or hold it in our system until stock becomes available?"

As with most on-line operations, you hide behind a wall of obfuscation when something goes wrong. My order has not been delivered, your carrier is ignoring the fact, you have been paid so the effort level drops. What the hell, he's only a bloody customer !!

Address label was wrong and the courier had to send the parcel back to yourselves to re-label which resulted in us paying for a wasted "next day service charge". The original label read :- James and then the post code KA4 8PA. Now, I know that these couriers are quite smart people but how was he supposed to deliver a parcel with only that amount of info on it. As a result, he had to send it back to Karrimor which resulted in a parcel for next day delivery arriving 2 working days later. Not a good impression for a first time user of your service. Not got a problem with Karrimor as such or their products, but Ordered via click and collect and 5 days later I am still waiting to hear when my order will be available? Would have used the postal system if I had known it would be this long

The shoes were the wrong size. The box was for the correct size (7) but it contained the incorrect size (6). Really disappointed.

I live in Hong Kong and I bought 5 Items on 17/4 night and received on 21/4 morning. That's quite a satisfactory speed. HOWEVER, the product should be checked in well condition before mailing. One of the items is a 2 L hydration bladder, the screw mount on the bladder is DEFORMED, and there is no way to screw the duct into the bladder. See the attached photos. Obviously, exchange or refund is certain. But the problem is I have to pay the return international mailing fee which may equal to the discounted value of this bladder, which means I may need to pay more than the original price to buy a product, that make me very hesitated to do it. Please let me know if there is any other way the get exchange this product.

I have been asked for a review of products that I have not yet received. I believe I ordered on Saturday 15th of April and received an email on Sunday 16th of April stating that my order had been processed. I understand that there has been a bank holiday during this time but I have received no other correspondence to state when my order will be dispatched or if it has been dispatched and when it will be ready to collect. If I could have feedback regarding this issue it would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Abbie Blackett

I ordered my items on 2nd April with a promise of delivery in 5 - 7 working days. Within a few days I had emails saying order processed, then order collected and you gave me a tracking number, then nothing. Tuesday 11th I chased and was told it was still waiting collection from the courier and should be with me in a couple of days. (this doesn't correspond with the email on 5th April saying my items had been collected) The items we ordered were needed for Friday 14th. When I chased on Thursday 13th, no response was given. I thought ordering items with 2 weeks to go would be fine. I am very disappointed. Also there is no telephone number in which you can be contacted directly. We are now doing our 2 day trek without the items we wanted. Completely not satisfied and wished I'd ordered them elsewhere.
