When I received my sleeping bag, I was sad to see there was even sand on it. It has been used obviously, but you selled it to me as a brand new one.

After the preorder item received a delay from one month , I was a little bit annoyed . We have this item then canceled . That worked well. But then came a new e-mail with the infromation, that the jacket Karrimor Urban Jkt Sn00 Charcoal XX Large temporarily is not available. People something like this has to be communicated earlier . In addition, I thought that my order was already summarized and we only had to wait for the Preorder Item . That´s not OK!

The T-shirts are 2-3 sizes smaller than advertised, so am having to return 3 of them and pay for the return postage as well as the initial outbound postage charge. Why should I have to pay for postage charges for a fault that is down to Karrimor? The Jacket I also bought fitted perfectly, so it's definitely a manufacturing issue. This is a shame as the fabric of the T-shirts felt like good quality.

I purchased via your website and specifically requested not to be sent any marketing related emails. This is now the third I've received! Please respect a customers selection and stop annoying them with garbage they requested not to receive - to the point that they would think twice about ever doing business with you again.

Security tags left on garments with no way of removing them. Everything else was great and delivery was quick.

I never received an email to say my order was ready for collection at the designated store. I only found out by checking my current order status on your website.

I have not received any confirmation from Karrimor about my order. It also appears impossible to contact Karrimor customer services to find out what has happened to my order. Therefore, I can not make any comment about Karrimor's service as I have not received any service.

Package arrived exactly when it was expected. On opening the parcel the package was badly damaged and looked like it had been already opened. This just gives such a bad impression of your products, which are usually good value. On examining the item there was no battery inserted in the product. To be fair the package says 12 month battery life. But doesn't specifically say battery included. Although I would expect it to include a relatively inexpensive battery. This is the first bad experience I've had with karrimor who are usually good value. Thanks.

The wrong boots were delivered in a tatty dirty old box. The boots delivered appear to be from old obsolete stock.... VERY UN HAPPY

We ordered two pair of walking boots and they came on the correct day. However, a pair of men's 9 did not fit and had to be returned. My husband has always worn size 9 therefore we have to think that the size was incorrect.

The shoes were too narrow for my feet. I wanted to take them back to the store to save postage but was only allowed a credit note. The reason i buy them online is because the store doesn't usually stock my size (4.5). By chance they did so I was lucky this time and was able to exchange. The service would be improved if (a) I could order online and have them delivered to a store of my choice without having to pay postage. (I don't mind waiting until the lorry makes it's next delivery) and (b) the stores could stock more half sizes so I could try the shoes on first.

Products were of good quality and price. However I ordered in plenty of time and paid for next day delivery. The items were dispatched to the courier in time but the courier (Yodel) failed to even attempt a delivery on the specified date. Nor did they advise me that delivery would not take place.

The product is fine - walking shoes. But the delivery from Yodel was woeful. I paid £6.99 next day delivery as shoes required for a holiday in 2 days time. Waited in all day because a signature was required on delivery. No delivery. Contacted Karrimor, who immediately gave me a £2 off ie reverting to ordinary delivery terms. OK, but waited in all day again and finally the shoes arrived with a few minutes to go to the delivery cut off time of 7 pm, and just in time for the holiday next day. Karrimor has a good reputation which is being put at risk by a third rate delivery company. I checked other feedbacks many of which had had a similar experience with Yodel!

I like the rucksack, little uncomfortable though. But the glasses is damaged and this was supposed to be gift and I can't give that sunglasses now.... I am really sad,. Don't you ever check the items before to send me?

The shoes are, as ever, very good value for my purposes and the delivery charge, for 3 pairs, very reasonable. As I was in a bit of a rush for the shoes I opted for the next day service and paid my £2 additional to the standard £4.99. The problem only became that I was out when Yodel tried to deliver the parcel and redelivery was out of the question so I had to resort to collecting them from Yodel`s depot, making nonsense of the next day element and adding to my own costs. It was not stated that the parcel had to be signed for, and it is not unusual to be out for 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon, so I am displeased with this aspect of the service.
