“Order dispatched but never received. Courier said they had delivered to our safe place, but nothing there. Turns out they delivered to a different address. After a lengthy process of communication with Karrimor (Sports Direct) they advised the parcel was lost and asked if I still wanted the products. I did and they placed another order, only to then receive notification that the products I ordered were now not in stock. The communication with Sports Direct was good, but the couriers they use (Hermes) were terrible.”

“No problem with the clothes but one pair i ordered apparently wasnt in stock so i wanted time to look for another pair as needed 2 pairs,this wasnt possible apparently so now means have to pay postage twice and then to make matters worse i went online and yes there they were and could still have ordered them so dont think will be using Karrimor again sad to say”

“To whom it may concern The service provided was excellent my only problem was that I want two of each item.and only got one piece each, but outside that hiccup the deliver was on point as stated in the correspondence from the company. I will be doing more business with your company”

“Bought a product at full price, and when it was delivered it had a 1/2 price sticker on. Absolutely shocked that I was charged full price for an item being advertised at half price.”

“They ended up sending me a jacket a with a 50% off tag on the hood but I never got that discount. When confronted they said opps that happens but we won’t honour that discount.”

“I already have 2 pairs of these Run shorts in navy purchased in the JD Sports store. I would have liked another 2 pairs in navy but have been unable to find them in my size so settled for the black. Any ideas where I can get 2 more pairs in navy as they are good value and ideal for lounging around in.”

“On the 7th of September, I made an order for a Karrimor Urban 30 ruc 00 Sulphur for delivery to Milan, Italy. I gave clear and full delivery instructions to my office building that has a porter. Bartolini the associate courier of DPD said they could not deliver as in adequate address this is not true, they also had my mobile phone number. I have contacted repeatedly Bartolini to get the parcel delivered, they say Karrimor have to approve this, Karrimor customer service just sends out computer generated replies and no authorization occurs. Karrimor is a great British brand that is let down, I am very saddened by the poor/non-existent customer service of this Sports Direct brand.”

“Great service and product. I am worried that they are fading out the Panther shorts as I could only get black, I usually buy the olive and charcoal colours as well as I wear them for work, climbing, bouldering, trekking and everyday use, they are the best shorts ever as they are durable, flexible and have multiple uses.”
