The items were sent in platic garbage bags! Never seen a poorest packaging. No wonder one of the hooks of the bakcpack arrived broken.

Coat may have been half price and good value but the foot print on the inside and dust all around the bottom were not good. The free mug - arrived broke.

The products, price and speed of service is excellent. However, I was unable to input a discount code (for 20% off so not inconsiderable on an order of over £100) when I placed an order. There was no customer service phone number I could contact to speak to someone to rectify the problem. Only an e-mail address from which I received an automated 'we've received your e-mail and will get back to you within 5 days' response. In which time the discount code had expired and I never did receive a reply despite re-emailing. Which is why I've rated 'poor' as there was absolutely no customer service or assistance available for if there are any issues. Other than that, I am happy with my order but would've been even happier if I'd got the £22+ discount I was entitled to.

I thought I was ordering from karrimor and not sports direct. When my order arrived they had charged me for the boots I had ordered and the picture on the box was of the correct boots but the boots in the box were the wrong ones which are actually £15 cheaper. Now I'm waiting for sports direct to answer my email about how I can return the boots for an exchange without me having to pay for the return postage as this error wasn't my fault.

I placed my order on Thursday morning and my delivery arrived on Saturday which was really quick. However, I ordered a 3 in 1 waterproof jacket, but only received the inner fleece - the outer jacket was missing. I immediately emailed Sports Direct, who sent the order, and on Monday received a reply to say that I had to send the fleece back so that they can send me the correct item. I don't know now if I will receive the jacket I wanted as they were low in stock to begin with. I think this could be more a fault of Sports Direct rather than Karrimor. I have been very happy with Karrimor products in the past and will buy them in the future.

Karrimor's policies regarding a 24 hr change are problematic. Not only am I going to receive 2 pairs of pants which are the wrong colour, which I noticed within 24 hours and tried to change without success, they failed to let me know about customs and tax charges on my end in Canada ($24.00), I would have appreciated knowing this. I very much like their products and will continue enjoying them but these 2 points are important to customers and we need to be advised before clicking on our orders. Thank you.

I paid 6 pounds for 48 hour delivery but the package took 3 days and when it arrived, the coat inside had an electronic tag on it, so that I had to take it back to a Sports Direct shop to have the tag removed.

Purchased a pair of prime mid walking boots very good product but my experience with the Karrimor web site was very frustrating having received an invitation by email to enjoy a 20% discount and followed all appropriate links no discount could be. Applied and no means of contacting sports direct would work ie no phone number no contact form available if offering a discount why make it so difficult to obtain ? Still they really are good boots so man up sports direct and give me the discount !!

The Offer code wasn't requested at checkout so I had to contact help desk to get the discount. that was fine, but when my jacket arrived there was NO inner lining. i am still waiting for customer services to reply to my email asking if the lining can be sent to me. Very disappointed.

Felt cheated when i went on to your own site to order, yet got my order from sports direct. I have ethical reasons for not using this store and you have let me as a customer down by not even having the decency to send it yourselfs

I bought a sport shoes for rupees 23 euros. look and colour is good. One problem is ...am not feeling comfortable with right leg. Initially i thought shoe sole was bigger and i tried by trimming the sole for the shape of the shoe. But still the problem is there.. My right shoe is not comfortable as left shoe..I think some manufacturing error.. As I was busy after ordering the shoe and i tried or wore only after 1 month of delivery, now i am not able to return also.

I am returning item because It arrive in a terrible state broken plastic bag all wrinkled The medium size is huge not a 40 like described Poorly described not white but grey Regards Sigrid Cragoe

The jacket was not properly folded or packed fully in the plastic bag and the mug, which I assume is a free gift, was smashed.

Unfortunately, the item I ordered was wrong. The invoice and the box tallied with what I had ordered - unfortunately on opening the box a totally different pair of trainers were inside. Clearly, this had not been checked before despatch. I have now had to waste time and money in trying to sort this out. I'm not impressed.

I still have not received my order after ordering last Sunday n the delivery tracking said it had only just been picked up. No phone number to call customer services. I could have ordered coat from Amazon for same price but wanted to buy direct from you... Wish I had ordered with Amazon now. Hope it arrives before christmas

The delivery service was poor. Initially it looked set to be delivered within the 5 working days, but seemed to get stuck with the courier. The tracking said it had been out for delivery twice but 'delivery not attempted' & returned to the hub, After that it said nothing for 4 days, then the courier just turned up. It was lucky I was at home. I notified Karrimor via email & they just reiterated that my order had been dispatched & to check the link to the courier & ignored all that I'd said; very impersonal. It was only when they knew It was going to arrive did I get a signed 'sorry for the inconvenience' email.
