I have my grandson visiting us he decided to buy a jacket which gave us two options next day delivery at a charge or delivery on Thursday 30th of august. He opted for the Thursday delivery to save money he is 14years old, he chose delivery to sports direct. We went to sports direct yesterday and were told they don't have deliveries on Thursdays the manager checked the reference number and the item has not been released yet, my grandson returns home to St Helens today. Two telephone calls made to help line to be told lines busy

I ordered two pairs of sandals in the sale because I was not sure which size was right for me. Unfortunately the pair that fitted were damaged so I have had to send both pairs back.

The goods I have ordered and showing signs of poor quality stitching .I.e. the outside string pockets are coming away from the rucksack

Half of my order was summarily canceled because the item is "temporarily out of stock". I was not given an option to wait for it to become available - I was notified via an automated system that half of what I had ordered wasn't gonna come, and wasn't given any way to contest this or tell you to hold off in shipping my whole order til all items were again available. Won't order from your company again - I can get shite customer service from Amazon anytime, thanks.

Your courier does not deliver. I have now had 2 parcels, one as Sports Direct and one as Karrimor. They both said "Return to Sender Requested". This is NOT true. I have not spoken to any of your couriers. I suspect that this relates to an incident around the time of the first delivery. I work from home and was in an important conference call when a courier called. Never the less I asked the people on the call to excuse me for a minute so I could answer the door. By the time I opened the door the courier had gone. A couple of minutes later I looked out of the window and there was a courier sitting in a van waving his arms around. I opened the window to talk to him (although by this time I had resumed my conference call) but he shot off like Lewis Hamilton. So, I DID answer the door but he did not bother to wait until I had done so. I have NOT spoken to him. I DID NOT refuse the parcel or ask him to return it. The second parcel did not appear at all so it appears that your courier has decided that he is not going to deliver to me. I love some of your products but if you can't get them delivered then I am wasting my time ordering them. I find this particularly annoying because as I work from home, I regularly take in parcels for all my neighbours. I treat couriers with respect and try to help them when the people they are trying to deliver to are not there.

I ordered size 7 which is my normal shoe size and they were too small. I am sending them back on Monday.

Here's what went wrong for me: I opted to pay £9 for expedited shipping, a service not provided. (it took your courier 3 days just to fetch the item after you processed it, and it still hasn't arrived.) Yesterday I sent you a message requesting a refund. In your reply you simply ignored this request. So I have had to send a second e-mail (no reply so far). Your customer service doesn't provide a phone number. That's simply not good enough. You claim to offer an order tracking service but unless you created an account there is no way of accessing this.

Paid for next day delivery. Courier company tracking record said delivered in afternoon and client had signed acceptance. Not true. On second day, tracking record was updated to say item would be delivered that day which it was. Tracking record stated delivered with customer signing acceptance. It was delivered but we did not sign acceptance note. Can I have a refund of my delivery charge please. L.Evans

I paid £6.99 to have my order delivered by next day delivery as I was going on holiday but the parcel arrived the day after so I am not impressed as To send them back only cost £2.90

We paid for express delivery, but one item was missing from our order. We have paid for the item and it is listed as included (but wasn't), but have been unable to contact anyone to tell us where the missing item is. You need to have a phone number instead of just an anonymous email that goes unanswered. If I don't hear from someone in the next couple of days I will be laying a complaint under the Fair Trading Act in NZ, and the equivalent in the UK. You can't take people's money via an online store and then just fail to deliver, with no explanation and no recourse to the purchaser. That's theft.

The trainers arrived but the sizing is wrong. My daughter had these trainers in black last year and loved them. We ordered exactly the same this time and the sizing was wrong. To small. Wasted time and postage.

Well I placed an order last Saturday the 29th, we are now at Thursday the 3rd, I have received no e mail to advise my footwear are ready to be uplifted from Perth Sports Direct. But I have been charged for 2 pairs of sandals, instead of 1. Not impressed

Not delivered yet. Ordered on 24th and had mail from Hermes to say will be delivered today but no indication of timeframe, so a little bit inconvenient. Hopefully if I am out they will just leave in my porch and not require a signature?

shoes came quickly as ordered - so that all worked very well. what didn't work well: no email confirmation of my order. I signed in as a guest, so no record of my transaction anywhere. The shoes are too small for me (not your fault) - but I can't find any instructions on returns. The 'returns' lable didn't even mention the name Karrimore, just consisted of a large barcode and numbers, so had got lost among my other papers. I still need to figure out where to send the shoes back to request a larger size. Other companies include a receipt and instructions about returns. Why don't you?

Ordered Karrimor Ravine WT Snr73 Black because they were advertised as waterproof. They are totally unsuitable for walking in wet grass. I always end up with wet feet and am really disappointed with these shoes.
