“Matt was confident and this helped me as I was on my own and felt stranded. He was quick and efficient and recognised the problem quickly. I managed to get home safe and had the information to take to the garage to remedy the problems. He came approximately 1 hour after I contacted Green flag which was the stated time. Thank you so much. Great service”

“Broke down in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait two hours for recovery vehicle. Afraid and cold. But when Kevin arrived he made sure I was ok and sat me in his vehicle to warm up. He was very friendly and reassuring. He hooked my car up and towed it to y local garage and dropped me home. I was very impressed with his efficiency and kindness.”

“Daniel arrived in good time and quickly found out the cause of the problem. I have since booked my vehicle in to be repaired. Very impressed with the way I was consistently kept up to date with time of arrival of technician. Would definitely recommend this service.”

“Andy GF108 was very pleasant and knew a lot about the problem with my wifes car. He arrived on time and rectified the problem very quickly. Although it was not a major problem it was dealt with very professionally and he gave us very good advise on how to deal with it again if it re-occured. great service.”

“Andy GF108 came out to my Nissan Qashqai that wouldn’t start. He was really helpful and even went to collect a replacement battery for my car that wasn’t a stock item. It was such a relief to have the problem fixed in such a fuss free way - Thank you Andy!”

“My car broke down today -a problem with the clutch. I was fifty miles from my home. I received very prompt service from the recovery driver who towed my car and took me to my local VW dealer. The driver who was called Jake was very efficient and professional as well as being friendly.”

“Loss of tyre pressure warning came up on dashboard. Pulled into the next layby and rang for assistance. When I got the ETA I wished I had two screaming kids with me, however, my serviceman bettered it by ten minutes. Thankfully he was very efficient and carried out the tyre change quickly. He was very friendly and courteous and explained what I should do subsequently too. Excellent service.”

“My car broke down on a Sunday morning in central London (flat tyre and clutch not working at the same time, you couldn't make it up) - I called my breakdown service, imagining hours of waiting, car towed away to some unknown destination, etc) - within twenty minutes, Luis from Kavanagh's appeared, changed my tyre and fixed my clutch and sent me on my way within about half an hour. Quick, efficient, friendly and polite - brilliant! Thank you, Luis and Kavanagh's. Pamela Burton”

“On the start of our holiday on Sunday Whitson bank holiday, just got onto A3 when car broke down phoned green flag and Richard GFR 193 arrived after only 15 mins waiting time. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite and helpful person. Unfortunately our car was unrepairable and arranged transport to get us home. We also had a caravan which also had to be got home we ended up with 3 different trucks and every driver was extremely friendly, could not have had better service 🙏”

“On 25th May I had cause to use Kavanagh Motor group. Phone was answered quickly and in a couple of minutes I knew what time someone would be to me. Was even faster than I was told and that was excellent. Joe arrived, sorted problem. He was kind, approachable and informative. I was beyond grateful. On Monday 27th I spoke to Noreen in the office. Again same nice, polite, friendly attitude. Want to thank Kavanagh Motor Group sincerely and would highly recommend them. Been in retail all my working life, I know how important customer service is.
