“Very poor delivery service. No tracking numbers given, late delivery of items (still waiting guys), told to pick up items from store otherwise they'll be put back into stock (I was never initially told they were in the store!!) and I'm still waiting (nearly a month now) for the items.”
“I needed to replace a window winder and Googled online and Keeler Hardware came up. Having been involved in the construction industry in Sydney more than 20 years ago, I had worked with Keeler on a number of projects, so I knew who they were and that they could be trusted back then. However, I was now in Perth so I did check out the locals thinking that I might get better local service, but I ended up going with Keeler and they certainly delivered. Online ordering was simple, there were regular updates and the ordered product was delivered well within the original estimated time and packaged so it was in mint condition when received.
Plus - I am now in the good books because my wife can easily open the winndow.”

Items that were advertised on their website as available in stock were in fact not available.
Their phone support number routes to an Asian call centre who can only provide scripted information, not what is really going on.
The purchaser account function which is touted as the way to find out the status of an order does not work. I tried multiple times to create an account and reset passwords to find out about a the status of an order but was unable to access the account at any time.
It took 3 days from placing the order and 2 days from sending an unhappy customer email for Keeler to respond advising that the items I ordered were not available.
The only positive thing I can note is that I was refunded the money I had paid.
I will not be dealing with Keeler Hardware again.”
