“Timely and responsive service”

“Delivery took a little longer than advised. However service was brilliant & product (lamp) is lovely and was cheaper than anyone else. Had delivery arrived the date I was told it would I would have given the top rating. A minor problem.”

“The lights are fine and look very nice. However, I did ask before purchasing whether the bulbs were replaceable, to which KES replied that they were. However, I discovered after delivery that the whole LED light, not just the bulb needs to be replaced if it fails. This will be very difficult as the connector is up inside the main box and also I am concerned whether the replacement lights will be available when needed in the future. Any comments please to nozbig@hotmail.com should anyone actually read this.”

“Happy because of the product and the personal care! I have one tip though, please do not wrap the products with the paper shreds. I have to get the vacuum cleaner to make the floor clean again ;)”

“I was initally disappointed when I was informed that the floor lamp I paid for online was actually out of stock. However, KES Lighting kept me informed as to the expected delivery date. I was also notified when it was on its way and received a follow up email to check all was well. I appreciated this and was very happy overall with the customer service.”

“We ordered some wall lights from here. Communication was quickly followed by the company. Unfortunately, there had been a mistake on their behalf which they politely apologised for and offered us compensation. Of course this was gratefully appreciated. Delivery was speedy and I was kept in the loop from the start. I would use the company again.”

“An excellent range of quality products, with customer service to match. There was a supply problem with my order, but I was kept informed in clear and polite e-mails and delivery was made on the promised day. KES will definitely on my list next time I'm in the market for lighting.”
