“I waited a few months to get an order. I had to cancel my first order after about a month of waiting. Then I ordered again after receiving a notification your store was back online. I waited another three weeks without getting a shipment notification, so I sent an email to inquire. I received a form letter regarding shipment difficulties. A week later, the order shipped. It arrived five days later melted, and already in the process of fermenting. Your representative blamed it all on FedEx. I was told I would need to purchase your products locally because shipping was too difficult. So no, my experience wasn't great.”
“I originally purchased these bars at Costco and got used to them. It's great that they are only 2 net carbs each. Not as good as ice cream, but not like most really really chalky other substitutes. The cost per box is very high through the website (I'm sure because of the way they have to be shipped). You only get 4 and it's way more, but i really wanted to try the other two flavors. For now, I'll stick with Costco as the value is much better, but I'd love to see the mint version boxed and sold at Costco as well in the bigger boxes :) Any chance of that?”
“I was not happy with the melted -then- refrozen treats that lost its shape and was a total mess to begin to eat. The ice-cream itself (mint chocolate) had a pasty taste. The peanut butter was tolerable. The salty caramel was the best (I should have ordered more).
Overall personal opinion, I enjoyed other brands of keto-friendly ice-creams that are easily accessible at my local supermarkets.
Sorry to sound so negative, but if you are trying to improve your products, I believe you would appreciate my comments for growth purposes. One good thing I must say that I appreciated so much, was the communication about the delays in receiving your products was outstanding. It made me feel that I wasn't just another sale. Kudos to your customer service department!”

“A.MA.Z.I.N.G!!! I’ve been into keto for over two years now, and this has been the BEST keto ice cream that’s currently out in the market! I’ve tried every single keto brand and nothing compares to Keto Pint. Everything about the bar is delicious! The ice cream is smooth and not too sweet and not too salty. The balance between flavors is on point! The chocolate shell is my favorite part! I like to eat the shell first then eat the ice cream. I know, weird... but I love it so much! I keep anywhere from 3-4 boxes in the freezer. My hubby knows that 1 box will not do! I wouldn’t change anything! If anything, I would request more flavors. Maybe even an ice cream sandwich. “First of all, the Ice Cream is DELICIOUS!!!! One of the best keto ice cream brands out there, especially the strawberry/ chocolate and peanut cup flavours are sensational! The other ones tend to be a bit less creamy. Yesterday I had a cup of the strawberry ice cream and I did not even feel like I was eating a low carb/ sugar food item. SO GOOD, I felt like i was cheating but actually wasn’t at all! However there are some issues with transport, so it is best to get your pints or bars at the store. I had to wait several weeks for my order to arrive and two of my ice cream bar boxes inside my shipped order were damaged and inedible unfortunately.Otherwise, great service and delicious ice cream!!!”
“Keto Pint is awesome whether you’re Keto or not. You get all the yum & texture of regular ice cream without that heavy icky gross feeling high-sugar foods leave you with, especially in summer heat. My boyfriend is not Keto, but he loves Keto Pint products. He is not any of the others he has tried, so Keto really is in a class by itself, doing something different. My only complaint is I can’t get all the flavors at my local stores!”

“This stuff sucks! I eat the bars from Costco grudgingly and only because they are an easy treat. They are icy and often chalky. The chocolate coating is ok. I really don’t like them but ready-made keto items are a luxury I don’t often have. I taste tested Rebel Chocolate Chip, which tastes like the keto ice cream I make at home, against Keto Chocolate Chip. There is no contest! Keto tastes like styrofoam and air. The mi t flavor is insipid and the chocolate chips are sparse and bad. I’ve been keto for more than 5 years. I love this way of life. This ice cream will never be part of it. To be objective, I asked my non-keto spouse to taste it. He said it’s got a weird texture, like eating air. Cheap conventional ice cream is all air. It’s worse than that. I refused to use any of my 20 daily carbs consuming this. Then I tested the melt. After 40 minutes at room temp (71F) Keto ice cream had not melted! There should be cream in the bowl. There wasn’t. I won’t be buying this again. I had such hope.”
