“The chicken is of a low quality and Taste's unpleasant. The potato chips are so small for such a high price. They would not even satisfy a infant. I would recommend most of any other chicken shops rather than KFC. As there standard's are less than adequate for human consumption and over priced.”
“-10 is what I would give them for a rating!!! Order food for 5:15 pick up because we were going out of town. Got there about 4:50-4:55 and my order was ready. I should have knew it was cold has hell because the ice was melted and the sodas were very warm. Fries, mashed potatoes and all the chicken and nuggets were very cold. “Today I visited the Brixham Road Paignton branch where myself and my friend stopped for food. Sat down at the bench and noticed the following. (See attached photos) This is disgusting.. I have sent these photos to environmental health at the council.
When I spoke to the so called manageress asked do you have cleaners here she replied yes we do with a can't be bothered attitude only 10 minutes previous when we arrived at the car park she was found slouching on an outside bench with head in hand not the image that wants to be seen!”

“Bad food and bad service means that I no longer eat here. I went to a branch where the staff were unknowledgeable about deals, had poor English, short-changed me and forgot to issue the drink. The chicken was overcooked and the chips were mostly bad. A special offer had finished despite still being live on the website. The food was usually below par whichever branch you went to. The Colonel must be turning in his grave!”
“Disappointed with KFC Collier Row's Hot Wings Offer
I recently visited the KFC outlet in Collier Row excited to indulge in their hot wings offer, only to leave feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. Despite the enticing promotion, my experience was marred by a significant oversight in the selection of wings provided.
Upon receiving my order, I noticed that instead of a balanced mix of wing pieces, I was given solely flat parts, or what some might refer to as the tail parts. This lack of variety greatly detracted from my enjoyment of the meal.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I was met with indifference. Despite my polite request for a mix of wing pieces, or at the very least an acknowledgment of the discrepancy, no effort was made to address the issue.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I expect consistency in both the quality of food and customer service across all outlets. Unfortunately, my experience at the Collier Row branch fell short of these expectations.
In the future, I hope the management takes proactive steps to ensure that all customers receive a fair and satisfying portion of hot wings, regardless of their preferred wing piece. Until then, I'm hesitant to revisit this particular location.”

“Very disappointed. My friends and I went through the drive-through on a saturday night. Unfortunately, due to the traffic we couldnt hear the operator. Although, we tried to speak very clearly he wasnt able to full hear us probably.
This resulted in us driving to the window to confirming our order. When we arrived at the window seconds later he explained he cancelled our order and stated we would have to drive back aound to make an order.
We explained we wouldnt be able to do this as we had already made an order. He was rude then All of a sudden his colleague came and gave us our order.”

“Never trust this KFC & deliveroo! They are so bad. I haven't received my order. I gave them a clear instruction to buzz on my flat. And they've got my number to text me. I've just got a message on their site portal that the rider is outside my door but no one was there. No text, no call or knocking the door! I got a bad cold and flu thats why ive ordered online just today. Never I will trust this DEViLeroo again. That was £21.25 order wasted.”
“Ordered online and turned up to collect. Checked in at car park and as I approached restaurant there was a sign up saying it was closed due to staff shortages. KFC still took my money for food I couldn't collect.
To be fair from past experience of this restaurant some of the items I ordered would have been missing from the bag anyway. Avoid at all costs

Not worth the hype or the money! Hardly enough sauce to give the meal a flavour of teriyaki. Bag of fries couldn't be smaller! Chicken fillets (2) one half the size of the other! Very, very underwhelmed! Don't bother!”
