“Excellent service. The product was exactly as described, and delivery was very rapid even thought it was just before Christmas. The driver communicated with us very well prior to arrival and was very helpful getting the fridge off the lorry and properly installed. After sales service was also very good: we noticed a piece of trim was missing, and only a few days later a new piece arrived. Brilliant!”

“This has been my second order from Kingdom Appliance. The service I have recived has been second to none. I was contacted after I placed my order with a delivery date that suited me. I reicived a phone call the day before the delivery date with a delivery time slot. the driver was very helpful and did not leave until I inspected the good and was satisfied there were ok. I am very pleased with the appliances, they were as discrided and in excellent condition. You cannot beat the price on Kingdom's appliances. I shall be ordering from them again.”

“Item was delivered without original package. the description didn't show that this will be the case. The product makes some noise, when in use. Can't tell if something has been damaged by transportation. Wouldn't order again.”

Please remember you are reviewing the service, NOT the product. Product reviews can be left in a separate section. The item was clearly described as 'new-graded'. We have clear definitions on our website if unsure about any terminology and of course we can always be called during office hours to clarify any matters.

“I ordered a Zanussi oven from them that had been opened from its boxing but was claimed to be in new condition. Although Kingdom Appliances said they had the product available, delivery was to be up to 2 weeks since they only deliver weekly to London if there are several deliveries to be done. A day or so later they confirmed delivery would be in one week and they would need me to help the lone driver carry it. The day before they were due to deliver they phoned up to say they didn't have my oven any more and tried to sell me a different model which I did not want because it could not operate on a 13 amp plug. The salesperson tried to persuade me it could be used with a 13 amp plug (contrary to the manufacturers statement on it which I had read previously). I did not accept. They refunded my money promptly. The purchase would have saved me about £40 but dealing with them left a poor impression and I would not order from them again.”

“The cooker was very good value for money. The man who sold me the cooker over the phone was excellent - courteous, pleasant and efficient, as was his colleague who arranged delivery and indeed, so was the delivery man. My one quibble is that, a few days after delivery, I realized that the foil covering the insulation under the cooker was damaged. The insulation was hanging down. I suspect the damage was done by the trolley on which it was wheeled to the house. Sadly. when I phoned about it, I was told it wasn't a problem - even though i thought it was.”

“We purchased the oven which I thought was new, however on arrival it was in a plastic bag with slight damage. We have just fitted it and it appears to be a good oven. The damage is slight marks which have been put right”

“Great for a small kitchen. Ovens are good, particularly the fan oven and quick to heat. It does not get very hot on the outside so good for small children. It has a "hot hob" light, which is very useful. The only difficulty I’ve found is that the grill is not intuitive. It has an all on full, a middle on full and and all on partially, rather than a continuous control. It may be the price for having 2 ovens. I'm willing to accept that for the ovens.”
