Kiwi is 100% SCAM! I wish I had read other people's reviews about this Scam , as hundreds of people had horrible experiences with Kiwi based on reviews on the Internet, and On Facebook there is a campaign to warn people about staying away from this Scam company. Be cautious as you will be scammed, just take a look at other people experience and on Facebook search for " KIWI travel agency are thieves " group and you will find hundreds of people who got Scammed by Kiwi, anyway as I mentioned in my first review because of their misleading website I bought saver ticket and 48 hours later which was 1 month before the flight , I got noticed that my travel documents take more time to arrive that's why I asked Kiwi to refund me or at least reschedule my flight that they didn't accept it, after that as it was a connecting flight one of the them had changes in departure and as I bought protection plan from Kiwi ( Scam company ) I wanted to cancel that flight and ask for refund as I had protection plan already that I bought from this Scam but they ignored my request and after contacting them a few times they said it will be considered as voluntary cancelation and it depends on the airline company that they refund you or not ? What the heck ? When I bought a ticket from them, I also had a protection plan, which I think was another trick that they use to rob more money from you; otherwise, later, they do nothing for you. Long story short, after many contacts, they refunded me 32 Euros while they ate my 900. The funny thing is, I paid them about 25 dollars just for that protection plan, but you can not do anything with this scam. They are exactly like an experienced thief: after robbing you, they run away, and then they play with the words, and at the end of the day, you feel bad for being scammed by a company that is allowed to rob people legally based on their rules. I have just worked with Canadian and US companies, and I have not faced such a horrible experience. Now, honestly, I am worried for my bank information that I used to buy tickets from this scam, as they might share my bank information with other scammers or... Just be away from this SCAM

I booked an air ticket through Kiwi.com and had to cancel due to bad weather. Kiwi support team did not help at all and the air line was kind enough to issue me a voucher for the amount I paid. The voucher details were copied to kiwi as they were the issuing party of the ticket. When I tried to book a flight using the voucher it was already used. After so many emails and calls with air line and kiwi agents, kiwi agreed that it was used by their travel agent. Now it is already 6 months passed and they still saying it is under investigation. Still I did not receive my money or the voucher.

I bought an indirect flight with a shirt connection. I added a transfer guarantee, extra charge. Although the first flight wasn't late, we (there 5 people in my situation) didn't make the flight and had to look for another flight, only 7 hours later. Kiwi didn't take any responsibility and didn't reimburse me for the new ticket. They referred me to a hidden section in the contract that says I had to contact them first. I told them that they have no phone number, only a chat that can take up to 4 hours for them to get back to me and when I was looking for a flight, from the airport, there was one last ticket for that day so I went ahead and booked it. They didn't reimburse me for anything!! Another thing, I wasn't able to check in online via their app and in the airport in manchester, Ryan air told me I had to pay 55 gbp since I booked via Ota and not them. Of course i paid it. My vacation was only 3 days and because of kiwi, I lost 1 day and paid double what I planned.

I will never book with kiwi again and I will recommend all my friends to NOT to use it. In my experience the service is very bad. Here what happened to me: We booked a flight from Bahia Solano to Armenia (with layover in Medellin) with Kiwi. The airline operating the flight was called Easyfly. In the booking process I chose to pay extra (34,20 euros) to be protected by "kiwi guarantee". This is a service that promises the following: "Our Kiwi.com Guarantee is a unique extra service that covers you if your trip gets disrupted because carriers changed, canceled, or delayed any part of it. If that happens, we’ll get you to your destination or can immediately send you a refund." In our experience this is absolutely not true!!! When we got to the airport 2 hours in advance our flight was disrupted (even though we had a reservation) and we could not fly. We spend the entire day at the airport trying to find a solution but we never got to our destination. Easyfly (the airline) didn't find us any alternative, didn't pay for refreshments or didn't pay for an extra hotel night. In this situation Kiwi Guarantee was completely useless, we called the helpline: they said they didn't refund the extra costs (hotel and food). They just found us an alternative itinerary which would make us arrive to the destination with a delay of 76 hours and for which we would have to pay extra 350 euros!!! Kiwi also didn't refund our flight immediately. Instead, they will ask a refund from the airline and if the airline refunds (which is very unlikely) they will refund us. This, according to kiwi, will take minimum 3 months!!! So basically, all the protection that the "kiwi guarantee" claims to offer is a very big lie!

Never choose this airline, the poor , the worst and the scam airline and website The worst website ever. I booked three ticket although I canceled them one week before flight but see in picture they refunded only 10 euros out of 224 euro. it is really not justice to rob the money of the people,

Kiwi Booking agency has stolen my money!!! They are professional scammers … Unfortunately I have fallen a victim to this fraud Seller (Kiwi), they have sold me a transit ticket that require Visa in the same departure day where I have surprisingly been denied of boarding due to non-availability of this Visa, they blacken my day as they didn't notify me about the Visa Requirement, and ultimately they denied to refund any of the amount I paid them, they are terrible scammers that I advice everyone to be further vigilant not to buy from them, I am highly disappointed indeed, but I have a strong believe in God that they will fall soon...

Kiwi really let me down. For some reason, they booked my flight as two separate tickets instead of one although sending me one reservation. I therefore didn’t realize I needed a visa for India as it is not needed for transit. When I was denied boarding and I called to have the ticket issued as a single ticket, there was nothing that kiwi would do. Same inhumane script and no suggested solutions at all. Heartless and poor customer service. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a supervisor. Still, there is nothing they will do after I missed this expensive flight. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the risk. One small thing goes wrong and you are flushing your money down the drain. Book directly with the airline

Scam Voucher Codes** Beware this company offers scam voucher codes. I was offered by Kiwi a voucher code which when applied took money off the flight price. When paid the voucher code didn’t stay and I was charged the full amount. Customer service then proceeded to tell me this system error was my fault and I would have to pay it all. Really do be careful of this company.

Trading on short notice flights with zero flexibility. I was looking for an emergency flight from Stanstead to Shannon after missing a flight in Stanstead. I searched up other flights available and kiwi had one showing. I went to their website chose direct flights that would get me in that night. A quick search later and up popped one showing it was leaving at 10pm and arriving at 11.30pm, all sounded good. So I booked it..Only to find it was not a direct flight but that it was a flight from Stanstead that night to Edinburgh then a 23 hour stopover before I flew to Shannon the next day!! I immediately called them and tried to explain that they had not provided what I asked for and could I cancel the ticket (I was prepared to pay a small fee of course) I was told in no uncertain terms that they would not cancel or refund the sale as it was outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy, I explained that the flight they had sold me was less than 3 hours away to no avail. I even tried to convince them that I must have some Sort of cool down period ( I called them 5 or 6 minutes after the sale) or consumer rights protection. I was met with indignation and stubborn refusal. Do yourself a favour, never ever use these guys, customer service is hidden away and the call centre operatives are script following robots that have no clue. Pursuing a claim against them via my bank.

I have purchased 7 flight tickets for my relatives traveling back to the Ukraine. Today, I received a notification from kiwi.com stating that one of the transit flights from Tbilisi to Chişinău (FlyOne 5F-582) has been cancelled by the carrier. Given this information, I had no option but to request a refund for a full trip for 7 people. However, when I reached out to the airline (FlyOne) directly, they confirmed that the flight is not cancelled and will proceed as planned. I am now seeking clarification from kiwi.com regarding why they sent me a wrong notification .The support team appears to be promptly handling the refund request, but there have been delays in responding to my messages. This is clearly done intentionally, forcing customers to make a refund and get nothing in return, at the same time making the same ticket available in the system to sell more expensive price. Considering that these individuals are already affected by the war in Ukraine and have limited options, it would be greatly appreciated if they were provided with support instead of being subjected to such a situation. Now when I check the same ticket in their system , they sell it twice price now and it is also confirmed by airline that flights will be operated, what was the problem then , nothing , it is just kiwi faking the notifications to let the customers request refund , so they return no money back and selling the same ticket two times more expensive to the other victims. This is scam

Their customer service is an absolute disgrace - a shambles of dishonesty and outright deceit! I can assure you, I will NEVER do booking with them again! It seems they're more interested in hoodwinking customers and pocketing your hard-earned money than in delivering a fair, honest service! Beware - transact with them at your own peril! They've shown their true colors to me, and I won't stand for it! I mistakenly clicked the refund button and the system informed me that this action is irreversible; the refund has been processed and no further reimbursement can be claimed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, ranking among the most challenging I've faced. In an effort to prevent fellow Koreans from encountering similar issues, I plan to pen a comprehensive article shedding light on the situation.

I booked the flights for myself and for my daughter to Rhodes, Greece through Kiwi. But because of the wildfires it was a bit dangerous to go there. Unfortunately the flights were provided by Ryanair which wasn't cancelling it's flights to Rhodes. I decided that we're not going to fly there and cancel our booking on kiwi's website. I read the information that they can give a refund if a customer spends more that 20 Euro and cancel the booking 2 days before the departure. I was quite happy about it but when I received an email with information that I'm getting just 10 Euro back it made me very upset and disappointed. Because I spend almost £400 for those tickets! I tried to give a call to Kiwi's customer service but one rude lady on the phone was keeping saying that I can't get that 10 eur by cash... She obviously didn't understand me and my query about getting the full amount or a voucher or postpone the dates. I presume I had to fly to the that island in fire or call them directly without using the website. Very sad that kiwi is not helping in the cases which are not in customer's power to change.

they offered me a flight that it was not possible to take. I warned them, they refunded me 10€ out of 800€. Their business model is to then be reimbursed much more by the airlines.

Do NOT use this website to book flights. The new Ryanair policy to ban 3rd party companies that sell flights makes you go through a identity verification process that does not work well on purpose. If you can’t do the verification the only option is to pay to do check in at the airport where your plane departs. This meaning that if you have a tight transit you will never make it. No one will facilitate you help to have access to your online check in and retrieve your boarding pass and Kiwi (or any other 3rd party website) won’t held responsibility for this

There was no way that I could write this review if I don’t give them 1 star but if I had option to give them negative star I would have done it. NEVER EVER BOOK TICKETS THROUGH KIWI. We lost all our money. One of the connecting flight got cancelled so my husband couldn’t get to his next flight. And had to book the whole new flight with paying double the price. He was stuck in Abu Dhabiairport with no money And kiwi didn’t refund any saying they are not responsible. My husband was coming back from India after his mother passing away, he lost both his parents in short span of time. And since he had to be there in India to take care of them he lost his job. So what ever money was left he booked the tickets through Kiwi. And now we lost all the money around $1700 and had to book new tickets for around $2700 that we borrowed from a friend. Now with his moms passing away and loosing all the money he is in a state of traumatic depression. Thanks for Kiwi for putting my family in this situation. So please if you pay some extra dollars pay that to reliable company not to kiwi. Date of experience: July 15, 2023
